Reviewed Sep 12, 2026non è un hotel 4 stelle. le foto su booking sono fatte benissimo..complimenti al fotografo..ma sono abbastanza ingannevoli..soprattutto per il bagno e le dimensioni della camera microscopica.. che abbiamo preso noi. tutto era al limite dell'accettabile per comfort, qualità dei sanitari e doccia... e poi la colazione varietà e qualità per quanto mi riguarda sotto la sufficienza..altro che 4 stelle..solo il prezzo era da 4/5 stelle.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Wir haben uns im First Hotel Skansen sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie die hervorragende, zentrale Lage – Tromsø lässt sich von hier aus wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, und auch die kleinen zusätzlichen Angebote wie Kaffee, Tee und Kekse in der Lobby haben zu einer angenehmen und unkomplizierten Atmosphäre beigetragen. Insgesamt ein sehr sympathisches Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Unser Zimmer war eher kompakt und bot nur begrenzte Ablage- und Staumöglichkeiten. Auch bei Ausstattung und Komfort gibt es in einzelnen Details noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Das hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Aufenthalt jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Flott beliggenhet, og mulighet for parkering i bakgården, for kr. 350,- pr. døgn. Fikk stort familierom til en god pris, med stort og fint bad, egen balkong er et stort +! Veldig stille og rolig område.
Frokost var grei, men ikke mer enn det. Kjedelig eggerøre (ferdigmix?), det burde vært speilegg/omelett og stekte grønnsaker/potet også. Mulig det kan bestilles, men er usikker på det.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026En plein centre! On avait un vol très tôt le matin et on nous a préparé un déjeuner à emporter. La dame de l’accueil était adorable et serviable.
Légèrement bruyant mais vous êtes en centre ville, donc voitures qui passent. Mais correct quand même. Chambre très petite mais pour le prix , c’était bien dans nos attentes.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Das Personal wer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend. Ich hatte das Gefühl dass die jungen Menschen sehr gerne in dem Hotel arbeiten. Deshalb war die Atmosphäre so angenehm. Toll mit dem Kaffee und Keksen im Foyer. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Sehr gut , dass alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026- great central location, close to museums and right next to a bus stop - kind staff - the possibility to drop off luggage before check in and chill in the lobby area - cosy lobby area with books, coffee, tea and cookies - kettle in the room, with a mug and disposable cups, tea bags and instant coffee - might sound simple but is not a standard in many places so big plus for that! - they have an agreement with a Spa where guests can book at preferential rates- haven’t tried this time but it sounded appealing!
- the room was somewhat small and it lacked a desk that was part of the description on the website when booking (though not an issue for me this time) - breakfast - very limited choice for vegans, and the room was on the smaller side which made it extremely crowded on a Sunday; not only was it not possible to pick your food but one was forced to sit right next to other unrelated guests - no set quiet times - as a result I had trouble sleeping at night because of noisy neighbours who tried to force the emergency exit (probably for fun) that happened to be next to my room

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato al First Hotel Skansen durante il nostro viaggio a Tromsø e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza: centrale e comodissima per visitare la città a piedi e raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni. Un hotel che offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando anche i prezzi generalmente elevati di Tromsø. Esperienza assolutamente positiva e struttura che consigliamo volentieri.
