L'arrivée est à 16 h00 sans possibilité de déposer les valises Manque d'ustensiles pour cuisinier (poêle hs),manque un bancs dans l'entrée pour se de chausser et pas de rangement pour les vêtements.

First, the view of the apartement is absolutely amazing!! Very comfortable apartment with good amenities. The location is also ideal, very close to the city centre. Check-in was very easy. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Excelente ubicación, hermosa vista a la ciudad, camas muy cómodas, anfitrión siempre al pendiente de lo necesario. Necesitamos hacer un early check in e incluso con eso recibimos ayuda. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Definitivamente lo repetiríamos.

Location really great - max 5 min walking to the center

Great accommodation, well equipped and clean, with a beautiful view. Very comfortable and pleasant stay

The uphill walk from the city center can be a bit tiring, although the location is still close and convenient.

We really liked the location because it was very close to all the points of interest, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee bars and pubs, starting points of tours, accessible by buses and only 10 minutes from the port for the whale watching cruises. It is a little bit uphill, but with proper winter shoes you will not have any problems even if the roads are full of snow. The apartment was perfect for 5 people, very cozy, very clean and with all the essentials (washing machine, coffee machine, hair dryer, laundry machine). I would definitely suggest this place.

The location, it is close to city centre, just a walk.. the furnitures, the kitchen appliances provided are all premium.. The whole apartment is beautiful like love is really put into it. The host was prompt to respond any issues. The day we arrived, the wifi didn't work, and the host came and fixed it (immediately changed the router)..

Flott og koselig leilighet. Ligger svært sentralt. Lyst og trivelig. Gode senger. Utleier svarte raskt på spørsmål.

Zimmer war nicht geputzt. Problem konnte 2,5h später gelöst werden. Freitag/Samstag sehr laut in der Nacht. ( laute Musik, Treffpunkt vorm Haus, knallende Türen) Junge Leute als Nachbarn. Schlüsselbox war ständig offen , jeman kannte den Code Reinigungsfirma nicht gründlich.

Schoon, modern appartement. Heerlijke douche. Complete keuken. Eigen parkeerplaats voor de deur. Locatie prima met loopafstand van centrum, supermarkt.

Smal bed voor ouders. Ramen konden niet open. Benauwd vanwege het mooie weer. Geen ‘live’ televisie. Alleen YouTube etc. Geen verduisterende gordijnen op de slaapkamers en dat rond midzomernacht!!

Labai erdvus ir skoningai įrengtas butas! Virtuvėje buvo visko, ko reikia šeimininkėms, vyrams patiko svetainė su televizoriumi! Lovos patogios, vieta gera, rami, nesigirdi gatvėse mašinų. Jautėmės komfortiškai! Gyvenom visai šalia centro ir pėsčiųjų gatvelės, visi muziejai visai netoli, parduotuvytė irgi. Labai įdomiai išdėstytos gatvelės! Mums labai patiko Tromsø! Ačiū!

Kažkas ūžė tame personalo kambarėlyje tarp miegamojo ir vonios kambario! Man miegoti netrukdė, bet vyrui tas garsas nepatiko!

A few expected items missing including tea towels, only one toilet roll and bin bags

Excellent apartment for a few days freeskiing base. A small issue with the hosting company (a middleman) as they failed to share the check-in details in the beginning (tried to share a pdf link via chat which is not possible) but was quickly solved.

Cleaning to be improved

It has all the amenities you need during a short trip, the kitchen is well furnished and the living room is very comfortable with a huge tv. Beds are very comfortable

Nothing Maybe a body shower gel would have been nice to find 😊

The location is amazing and the view from the living room is spectacular. The shower is great and the whole flat is modern and clean. There are plenty of bowls/cups/cookware etc. and a dining table so you can easily cook and eat at the flat. The flat was always warm enough and the heating was easy to control. I like that things such as olive oil, salt, sugar etc had been left from previous guests - means you don’t have to rush out and buy little bits of stuff that you won’t fully use.

There was no draining board for washing up (although there was a dishwasher, we didn’t really need it as we only ever needed to wash up a few things at a time so a draining board would have been good).

The location was perfect and the bathroom, kitchen and sitting room were great.

The beds and the sofa were not comfortable and the rooms were small.

Dragging our suitcases up the hill was a bit tricky but once we had dropped them off, it was a good location.

Only thing saving this property from zero rating was the location.

Sofa bed wasn’t made up after asking the property multiple times that it would be ready & they confirmed it would, we arrive late at night to an unmade sofa bed. Smelly wet towels were left in cleaning/storage room. Washing machine didn’t work & ruined 3 x Helly Hansen fleece sweaters. It took multiple messages to get help which was as non existent. Would not recommend staying here! Very disappointed

The property was close to all the shops, it was clean and had amazing facilities, the heated bathroom flooring is amazing!

The property is in a great location. Close to the centre. A bit of a steep hill so caution needed in the snow! The property was very clean, the beds were comfy and the sofa bed and the shower was fabulous.

The kitchen needs a toaster and tea towels. We were a family of 5 and we had mentioned that when booking the property but it was only set up for 4. We found the spare duvet and pillow but they had no covers. It also meant we didn't have enough towels. More were requested on the day we arrived but they didn't come until the night before we left which was just too late. The dishwasher was also still full of the previous occupant's dirty plates and bowls. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work initially but after contacting the agents on booking.com they eventually explained properly where to look for turning on the water. I'm not sure why the cleaners hadn't dealt with it.

We were 3 persons grandpa, son and grandson and the layout was excellent for us. The parking place was also very important.

The apartment was dirty when we arrived. We had to wait two hours until the cleaning lady arrived to clean the bathroom and bedrooms. After we checked out the ownerd charged us a "Damage fee" (5000kr) for markings on the bathroom door that were there when we arrived. It's a scam.

The place is very clean and close to the supermarket and shopping center.

We expected that somebody will be there when we arrived there because I didn't received any instructions only after we called in the cold ,and opened my email again then there you are ,we entered immediately to make warm,and it was not funny at all ,We heard you laughing.

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. The Urban City Haven is a great host. We had a great stay!

Very modern and stylish apartment with all the facilities needed for a stay in Tromsø! Will book through this host again :)
