Location and amenities.

The trash was still there from the previous guests, the bedsheet had a stain and we would have liked to watch the football game but that TV channel was locked out.

The location is great, it takes 5-10 minutes strolling downhill to get to the main street. The apartment looks great inside, don't be deterred by the looks of the building itself. There was ample space to park your car. The kitchen was well equipped - tea, coffee, sugar etc. was all available. The bathroom is small, but has everything you would need, including a washing machine. The check-in and chekc-out were as simple as it gets.

It gets a bit stuffy in summer, but it's fine with the windows open. The outside of the building and walk-up to the apartment would need some love, but as I said, it looks modern inside.

The apartment was nice, clean and functional. The location was excellent, and the views were lovely. Everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and communication was easy and clear. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend the apartment to others.

Lage, Raumaufteilung

Das Gebäude wirkt von außen eher heruntergekommen.

I stayed here at the end of January and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place in Tromso. The apartment was fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all the appliances and tools for proper cooking, which made it feel like home. There were even board games available, which was such a thoughtful and cozy touch. The view from the living room was stunning – we even saw some northern lights, it made the whole experience even more magical. The location was perfect: very close to the city center, yet in a quiet area. Everything was within easy walking distance. The temperature inside was always perfect and warm (which is extremely important in Tromso in January!). The bathroom was on the smaller side, but very cozy, warm, and fully equipped. It even had conditioner, laundry detergent, and fabric softener – details that really show care and attention. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well organized. Last but not least, the host was absolutely amazing – kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tromso.

房间干净、舒适。

La struttura è accogliente, il suo punto di forza è la posizione vicinissima al centro.

Il bagno forse un po’ piccolo ma con tutto l’occorrente

It was very clean, comfortable and perfect location. The hosts were absolutely amazing

The hot water tank was to small

Good price for the location. A 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Spacious unit, with good facilities. Responsive hosts.

Only negative was the access to the unit was covered in snow, and a little icy. Our visit was in January, so completely understandable. Just worth being aware of if you have any mobility concerns. We wore snow boots and ice grippers and it was ok.

On the plus side, the hosts thought of everything, to the smallest detail. It feels like home and has everything you may need for a pleasent stay. It is great that they have left supplies like coffee, salt, sugar, cooking oil, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, etc. It has a nice welcome feel and the hosts also left a small booklet with detailed instructions and suggeations, which is a nice touch. Location is very close to the center, albeit it is uphill, which is also great.

We stayed 4 nights in January 2026, and the average daily was -10. The appartment was extremely cold. Due to the poor quality of the electric heaters, it takes a while for the room temperature to get comfortable, but the floor remains freezing cold. I did not expect that. The heather in bedroom is not good at all and the room was cold all the time. Using the cheapest heating devices is not ok in my book. We come back from a day spent outside in the harsh freezing weather to a cold home and again it is not ok. Also whoever designed the cabinet above the sink should not be doing that job anymore, as it is not possible to for instance brush ones teeth without doing some bending...

Posizione Aveva tutti i confort

Near Tromso city within walking distance.

Parking space was covered by snow and wasn’t clear up by owner. Park at the court yard which actually disturb the neighbor. Only 2nd day was able to shift our car to another apartment for parking.

Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. innen alles sehr sauber, von außen etwas alt.

Boiler im Bad war recht schnell leer.

Not far from centre and within walking distance to centre. Parking available.

Tried to contact the host to solve some issues. They (host) never got back or even acknowledged receipt. We were sent a code to pick up the key the day before and that's it. ANY place where the host just dissapears and doesn't attend any issues that might come up gets the minimum score. Luckily it wasn't the code to get the key, otherwise, you're out on your own. Not serious to disappear when you know guests are coming on that day. The place itself is a former living room transformed with a not-so-well built wall into a living plus tiny bathroom.

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, everything ok. Washing machine is combo with drying machine- we didn’t use it, but is a very good option for one night stay. Quick response of the owner. Close to the city center.

Comfortable house with well equipped kitchen. Has a washer + dryer combo unit which was very useful to do our laundry. Within talking distance to the sentrum area of Tromso.

Quiet apartment with everything you need. Great location close to the center with free parking. Great solution for exploring the city and a late or early flight

Puiki vieta, netoli centro. Nemokamas automobilio statymas. Puikus vaizdas pro langą.

Pritrūko karšto vandens, kai prausėmės vienas paskui kitą.

Great appartement with everything you could possibly want. Walking distance (uphill back 😉) from everything. This was our holidays greatest positive surprise.

Don't judge the book by the cover. The front of the house is not so nice, but once you enter the apartment everything changes 😀

Facilities, location, cleanliness

We didn’t find any

Great position, just 5 min from city center. Just a little difficult to reach the entrance. Very clean and the best welcome kit: coffee and tea, even some pasta. The owners very kind and the polite, really at our disposal for every kind of information. Will return for sure. You will be provided with anything you may need and the bed is really comfortable! Nice furniture is a plus!

The house was in perfect condition and in a nice area

Lovely cosy and warm little apartment with a great work space and nice views over Tromso. Great booklet that had lots of helpful information, I really appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea.

It was a little tricky to get to the back door with lots of luggage in the snow! Some steps there would be great.

One of my best stays. The place was incredibly cozy and warm, we had everything we needed. The location was just 10 min walk from the Main Street in the city center and the host was very thoughtful and welcoming!

The location is great with the view. The kitchen also has everything for cooking.

Close to the bus stop and city centre is just a walking distance

None

This apartment is close to Tromso city center with a free parking. The kitchen has everything we need and we have cooked 2 dinners there. We like the stove and electric kettle, and the extra sofa bed is comfortable.

Great location- 10 mins walk to city centre. Had a washing machine and dryer. Well thought out apartment that was very well equipped. Host also allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated!

Exterior looked worn down

There was a nice view from the windows of the apartment which was quite spacious. The apartment had good facilities including a kitchenette and washing machine.

The outside of the house and access to the room was not as expected. It looked like we had arrived at the wrong place so it’s quite a run down looking house.

The apartment was clean, well appointed, in a good location and contained everything that we needed.

This property was very centrally located, just minutes walk from the downtown area and the port. It had a spacious, well equipped kitchen so I was able to easily prepare meals. The living room has a wonderfully large window with an amazing view of the city and the mountain across the bay. This was one of the nicest things for us about the property. I spent an enjoyable evening sitting in front of the window watching the snow fall outside. Overall we were very pleased with this apartment and our stay. I wish we could have spent more time here. Unfortunately our stay was for only one night.

Lovely place in central Tromsø with a fab view and all the facilities that you could need.

The hot water went a little quickly on the shower. But that’s just the limit of the tank.

Niice location.

Apartment was cold. There was no teaspoons.

position , home confortable spaces

price very high for a night..

It was so confortable and has and Amazing view

The hot water runs out so quickly

Had an amazing view and all the essentials and necessities. Great location.

Everywhere had heating except the bedroom which when you are sleeping right next to the window you can feel the draught coming through, so can be quite chilly at night.

Excellent facilities and amenities. We had a wonderful and great time staying here. Highly recommended for a small family. Walking distance from the city centre.

Nothing

Perfect conditions and facilities. Flat is clean and well equipped. Very good localisation close to city centre. Host is very helpful and responsive, when I accidentally left my cell phone he sent me back my belonging!

Fully equipped big clean apartment close to city centre. Car parking inside the premises. All functioned perfectly.

The outdoors surrounding area needs some care as they re innovate other apartments too.

Basic, clean apartment a few minutes’ walk from the center of town. Well-supplied kitchen. Great view from the living room.

The shower was a little weak.
