There were only two plug outlets . We couldn’t plug our device, but one at a time . We have three devices each. There was no outlet in the bathroom to plug the hair dryer. No place to put your luggage. You got two bath towels one hand towel, But no wash clothes. Disappointed

Llegué al hotel y me solicitaron que primero enviara la información al hotel sobre mi reserva y regresará después, mi habitación era con dos camas y me dieron una. En todo el hotel se escucha mucho ruido , no puedes descansar.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025This hotel is a joke. Save yourself a headache and don't stay here. They "sold" and cancelled my reservation just because. The front desk representative Diego was extremely rude. He gave me the key to a dirty room to go check if I wanted to stay there. Of course we weren't going to stay in a used & dirty room witn trash, no made beds and no towels. When customer service called him he simply ignored the call. Thankfully hotels.com was able to relocate me to a different hotel. Which was a horrible experience to go back to the city center at night with my whole familiy. The following day since I had to go back to a event I realized they had done the same to several other paid reservations. They're just a money hungry hotel and will give out rooms to whoever shows up first. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2022Soy originaria de Cd Victoria y cada que viajo a visitar familia me hospedo en Las Fuentes, pero cada vez me decepciona más. Nos ha tocado muchas veces que el baño no tiene asiento reposador, no hay secadora del cabello y esta ocasión nos tocó que el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido descomunal por lo que optamos por apagarlo y al día siguiente pedir cambio de habitación. Veo que están en proceso de remodelación pero ese punto del AC, es indispensable mejorar a la par en todos los cuartos.
