Esta padre la habitación, puedes aquí hacer desayuno, comoda y cena, cerca del malecón y varios tours que te siguiere el hotel, hambres y atentos, es un buen hotel con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones.

No me gusto que no hacen la limpieza, tu te encargas de todo para limpiar, todo te cobran, hasta por una toalla blanca manchada, tiene penalizacion.

No air conditioning in kitchen and living room, just a fan so it was hot .sewage smell which went to the bedroom. I found the card on the kitchen table telling me the price of every item very tacky. Like 35 cents for a fork , the front desk upon checking in expected me to wear a wrist band the whole 18 days there, absolutely ridiculous. The worst experience and the reason I won't come back was when I checked in the standard take your credit card for a hold if you cause any damage which is common practice. The problem was when I checked out the young women there with glasses, she asked me if there was a hold on my card to remove. We'll the person when I checked in never put the hold on the credit card ,not my fault. But this women was very vocal about like it was my fault, made bad face about. I finally said look i gave the card there was no damage, my room was checked, still holding me . I said look i must catch a flight, I never had this experience, I'm a full time world traveler and this left a bad taste in my mouth. I was going to go back for a month, so I will never go to this property.

The sewage smell from the bathroom to the room ,only fan no ac in the kitchen living room . The good stay turned into bad experience when I checked out , the front desk clerk asked me if the customery hold on the credit card was placed on my card through my bank . I said I never saw it , this wasn't my fault if the desk clerk when I checked it didn't do it . I did give her my card so I assumed she did. She made me feel it was my fault, I will never go back

Cleanliness, very smelly, since the start of my stay there was some disgusting smell and I told them multiple times but they did not do anything about it. Need to ask refund for this

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly, early check-in was so appreciated. Room was well appointed for long stays. Tap with safe drinking water is always a huge bonus! Sunset from the roof is gorgeous!

Our particular room had no balcony and the bedroom window faced the inside corridor and voices carried in the morning. (We did book during peak season quite late and felt lucky to get any room. In the mornings some people had their doors open and the rooms with balconies or larger windows looked lovely). The pillows were quite lumpy. The largest pool was very shallow. While we were there it was an older crowd of annual visitors who wanted to read in silence at the pool, so the vibe was quite somber (could just be out our timing).

el lugar esta muy bien ubicado, tiene transporte para las playas del sur, asi como al malecon o zona hotelera, el lugar es muy tranquilo y es una buena opcion por si quieren conocer...

posiblemente podria ser que le falta un poco de mantenimiento, y de los insumos siento se limitan pero la atencion y respuesta es buena..

Extremely uncomfortable, hard bed. Room smelt weird upon arrival. Wifi was unusable in the bedroom. Charged 350 pesos for a large blue stain that was present on all sheets not made by us.

Coffee and Mexican pastries excellent. Water service Great!

The staff was wonderful.

The hotel was very noisy both during the day and at night. Though the bed was acceptably comfortable, the furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable. And the lighting made the room feel dingy. It was not a pleasant environment. There were lots of problems like plugged drains, hot water taps that didn’t work. There was only air conditioning in the bedroom so during the day when you couldn’t have the door open because of the noise, it got very stuffy. I really wanted to like the place because it was a Mexican family run hotel. But it was just too noisy and uncomfortable.

I left 3 days early and rather than return my damage deposit to my credit card they charged me an additional $78.75 rather than return the actual deposit of $38.73.

We felt we were staying long enough that our request to change rooms should have been accommodated. The folks going into the room we wanted hadn’t checked in yet and were leaving before us. Our room, the one we were staying in, could have been the one people checked in and out of.

Bed was hard!

We booked a suite which consisted of two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. We were looking for a quick, inexpensive weekend trip so we booked at this hotel It was perfect for our needs. The location was within walking distance of the Malecon and the downtown Zona Romantica. If you are looking for a traditional Mexican hotel experience at a good rate with a good location, this hotel should do it.

Not much not to like when you set your expectations properly. You get what you pay for and this is all we needed on this trip. I would stay here again in the future.

Es céntrico, tiene elevador, amplio, 2 cuartos, 2 baños, camas grandes, una cocineta con electrodomésticos

No hicieron el aseo en una ocasión, en otra no me dejaron toallas por lo que tuve que pedir y bajar a la recepción donde me entregaron unas color azul, sin embargo, a la hora de entregar las llaves me pedían unas de color blanco que ni al caso tenía, de hecho ya no me cambiaron después toallas; el inmobiliario, puertas y pisos se ven muy desgastado y pensé nos ofrecerán un poco de agua de garrafon, café y azúcar (lo comento por que en un departamento similar en Oaxaca donde hace un mes nos hospedamos, venía incluido)

Very poor customer service and no effort to help. The air conditioner of one of the bedrooms didn’t work.

The hotel had a pool, but I was disappointed that it closed early so I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it.

No Breakfast. Location was ok.

One of the young staff girl was kind of rude. Sliding door was broken wouldn't lock I asked front desk to please send someone to fix bc I didn't feel safe and her response was maintenance had already left for the day. I had to take a chair and tried blocking sliding door to secure it. Anyone could jump the balcony and go right in our room. Asked 3X's for an extra blanket and was never brought up to the room. Beds are not that comfortable. Cleaning lady however did a great job at cleaning. Let me add that I was charged almost $7.00 for a towel that was slightly stained. Towel was stiff and old and I had to pay or they would have kept my $500.00= ($28.73) pesos - deposit. Honestly very disappointed at this hotel.

Excellent location beautiful suites

The location, quiet, friendly staff. Beds are super spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were stand up showers and hot water was instant. A/C in both rooms.

The kitchen/living room didn’t have A/C which was not pleasant going to your room that is air conditioned then going out to straight heat. Also there’s was a scent of cigar once in a while which was not pleasant

Loved the location. Pool is not heated and small(just for sitting in). But the roof top area has a great view of the river and the bay. Room was excellent value with the kitchen having everything you need to make a meal and the staff were friendly but unfortunately the beds were terribly uncomfortable. I would not stay there again because we couldn’t get a good nights sleep on the bed. That being said if you can get past the bed this hotel was lovely!

Location was good, and it was quiet. Kitchen was good and well equipped. Wifi good in one room.

Unfortunately I had a bed with bedbugs and was bitten badly.When I informed management I was moved to another room, which was actually nicer and bigger than the one I was in. But it was not a nice experience and management did not even apologise, they just said it happens and does not reflect on their level of cleanliness.

The staff is friendly, great room amenities and comfortable.

Location and spaciousness of the rooms. The roof pool area is beautiful and the kindness of the staff. Rocio and Sara are the best!

Absolutely love to this place! Although not a five-star, it's full of charm, old Mexican wooden doors, colorful tiles on the stairwells, and tons of plants and flowers. A four-story mango tree in the central Courtyard just tops it all off. Would absolutely stay here again! Felt safe with my daughter traveling, and the people were wonderful!

this is right in the heart of everything from the beach, shopping, great food, clubs excursion pick ups. Can be a bit noise at times given vendors are around and people drive crazy but this is a great way to access everything. A little hard to communicate with the staff if you don’t speak Spanish (which I don’t) but they are super nice

We really liked the property. the only complaint we had was charging us for a couple towels with very little stains. never in the 28 years Ive been going to PVR have I been charged for such a small stain( or any stain on a towel). Not appropriate!!!

This is an excellent location. Wonderfully close to the Malecón and the Zona Romántica. The rooms are a little dated but always kept clean. We loved being able to cook and reheat food. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We would happily stay here again. Downside: bed is extremely firm! If you like sleeping on rock then you will be comfortable. We brought inflatable sleeping pads and that helped a lot.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Cute Mexican style hotel. I had the luxury king suite and it was huge with a good size kitchenette and hangout area. The roof top pool/patio was a nice place to hangout, convenient location to the Malecon and mercado. A/c worked well, hot water in the shower takes a min to get working but then was a good temp and water pressure. This is a busy area so you will hear all the fun from the streets but I found the noise of the a/c helped drown it out. My only complaint was the bed and pillows was a tad stiff compared to what I like. But that's a personal preference. I would definitely stay here again!

NOISE!!!! Rooms have jalousie windows opening up into a tiled courtyard. The effect amplifies noises from the halls into the rooms. Staff contnually make noise that go into rooms even after being asked to be quiet. Also, the hotel appears to cater to smokers. Guests chsin smoke in the rooms but leave doors to the hallway open so that noise/smoke goes everywhere. Room gets little natural light.

Your paying for location. Great for family with small kids or older people. Has an elevator. Hot water. Pretty good AC. Walking distance to malecon and very safe at night. Receptionist was very helpful.

The suite that we got was very basic specially the bathrooms. There was a funky smell all weekend like insecticide. Dirty kitchen appliances. Jacuzzi was not working.

The location is close to the Zona Romantica and in a nice walkable area of town.

I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews, and this may very well be the first one I've ever done. Overall, the price of the hotel and the amenities and services do not match well at all. For $200 CAD a night for two people, you can a do a lot better in many nicer hotels/suites in the area. There some important things to consider about the amenities: 1) you cannot use air conditioning outside of the bedroom, 2) the living room area includes pillows on a rock hard surface, so you can't get very comfy here, 3) there are ashtrays in the rooms with confusing signs/information (you have signs that tell you, you will be fined if you smoke while the staff tells you it's okay to smoke (perhaps the ashtrays should just be removed), 4) there are numerous signs throughout the room that warn you how you will incur extra charges (i.e. if you don't do the dishes and clean the kitchen before leaving, if you dirty towels or sheets with obvious stains, if you leave the bedroom door open and the air conditioning gets out); 5) depending on your room, you will not even have a view of the street let alone the water (i.e. I had a room of the laundry facility); 6) for coffee in the morning, you need to bring down cups from your room; 7) the 'pool' is not a pool and they clearly tell you this at check-in despite being advertised online - rather it is a large sitting pool beside a jacuzzi (this is an important note being in a beachside town); 8) the 'beach' that is 300m away is very rocky and so you have to go further to get to a comfortable place with descent sand. When I approached the staff to voice my concerns, I was told that "I saw the pictures online" and therefore consented to being charged the full three-night amount. I stayed for one night and moved to another hotel. I was fortunate that Booking.com gave me reimbursement for one night so I was not out $600 CAD for this three-night booking.
