Reviewed May 10, 2026Great location, close to the malecon and beach. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping cleaned everyday which doesn't happen often anymore! Room door had dead bolt and chain for security. Loved that there was a fridge in the room! Would stay here again
No hot water for showers and the shower drain was very slow, ended up in ankle deep water at the end of the shower.

Walking distance to the malecon (one short block); lots of restaurants to eat at; close to the Rio Cuale flea market; staff for superb and courteous gracious & service with a smile always; the suite also has a bar fridge which really helps when you have leftovers from restaurants or beer you want to keep cold.
There were nights when it was rather loud because of people below and partygoers coming home at night or early morning. Just be sure to bring earplugs. The Wi-Fi was spotty unless you were in the lobby where it is really fast.

The hotel is very clean and perfectly located in the Zona Romántica, just a short walk from the Malecón and the flea market, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The breakfast was another highlight—generous, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Despite being in a lively and sometimes noisy neighborhood, the hotel itself is relatively quiet, which I really appreciated. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming. A special mention goes to Victor at the front desk, Enrique, and the ladies in the kitchen and dining area—they truly made the experience even better.
Honestly, there’s nothing I found bothersome. The only minor point is that my room didn’t have a balcony, but it wasn’t a significant drawback.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Wonderful location, close to everything but also quiet. Clean and spacious rooms. Lovely bathrooms. There is an elevator, which is much appreciated when you have heavy luggage. The breakfast (included!) is exceptional. I highly recommend this property!
There were some noise issues, but that is unavoidable in that area.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026The location is excellent. Just a few blocks from the sea, and just a few blocks from the Zona Romantica. But very quiet, with none of the noise of the Zona Romantica. The breakfast was excellent - copious, lots to choose from - I had fresh omelettes every day.
The hotel feels dated. The room was perfectly clean, but the poor lighting made it feel dingy - and parts of the room were barely visible at night. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful or welcoming.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Location is perfect. Breakfast is not bad but didn't expect too much. Simple and boring menu. The room size is big. If you stay this hotel 2 days, it would be okay but more than 2 days, I don't think it is a good idea.
You can hear lots of noises out of the streets over night. Shouting, singing, car and motorcycles noises etc. If you are sensitive of noises I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The small elevator just fits 2 people and runs very slowly so I took the stairs all the time. No swimming pool.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025All staff from Front desk/reception, room service & kitchen are all very helpful. The entire hotel is clean, rooms are clean and updated as well. Very good bed, pillows and bed sheets (even requested for extra pillow). Room service is quick and easy to make a request. Breakfast area have enough room/sitting area and the view is excellent while having breakfast as you requested made fresh by the cook. There is also an elevator to help you go up the upper floor rooms. The location is 5 minutes walking to Malecon, 5 blocks away to Our Lady of Guadalupe church, Rio Cuale & Isla Rio Cuale is just around the corner where you can buy the cheapest souvenirs & clothings.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Excelente desde el check in muy rapido, lugar centrico a dos cuadras del Malecon, un lugar muy seguro, regrese algunos dias de madrugada solo y todo muy bien, cerca de la zona romantica a unas cuadras, el desayuno muy bien durante la estancia, personal muy amable y colaborador. tiene una hermosa vista de la Catedral desde mi habitación, el personal me ayudo en todo momento a resolver mis dudas y transportación. Muchas Gracias a todos por hacer de mis vacaciones mi mejor elección, 100% recomendado!!!

The pool area looked way better in pictures (it’s a small patio rooftop with some chairs and a very small pool prob big enough for 4 people). Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Reviewed Jul 16, 2025The staffs are hotel are very kind. And equipments are very good. Building is not so new but each equipment is changed adequately and it goes well. Especially air conditioner is very good.It is larger size for room so, capacity is so high. We can rest in the room with suitable condition. We are Japanese but hotel staff help us to reserve restaurant, storage cargo before check in, tell us recommendation in PV. Location is also well. We can go everywhere close to centro and zona romántica by walk. We can go to beachside in 5 minutes. It helps us to enjoy our trip. This is great experience for us. If we have a trip to PV again, we’d like to use this hotel again.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2025I was robbed and hotel gave a lot of support, hotel personnel and I made tens of calls to solve the crime on top of they had computers in the lobby. I am hopeful the they find the right video tape on the thief. I teally lost everything, passport, drivers license, debit and credit cards but it is starting to look better already. I want to especially mention Patricia who was a tremendous spiritual and emotional support when things looked relly bad.
