One&Only The Palm Dubai

Honestly this was the best service I have ever enjoyed, and it was because they were so conscientious, and I have been to some of the very best hotels in the world, they just really got it right

The room service for the tea at night took a long while and we were asleep by the time it arrived, other than that it was excellent.

The bedrooms, breakfast, the pool, quiet and the staff are exceptional

I liked everything!

Construction around the hotel.

The hotel was exceptional. It is set in lovely gardens, with several pools. It has a relaxed vibe and after staying at several hotels in the area, I would rate this as the best. I could not fault the staff, who went above and beyond. I loved the added touches such as having home made protein bars in the gym area and ice cream by the pool. We also visited both restaurants (the third is currently closed) and enjoyed them both. I don’t often complete reviews but had to for this hotel.

Nothing.

Nothing it was amazing

All great except see below

The room service wasnt up to date. The cleaning of the room wasnt done when asked and often room wasnt done. The Japanese restaurant was a real downer. Food was bad and wine list a joke. All other restaurants were really great

Buffet breakfast was amazing, the staff were great. The pools were excellent.

Love the hospitality of all the staff at the resort, especially Ian, Deepanshu and Ejay. They made our stay so memorable especially for my baby's birthday celebration.

The sizes of the room categories could be a bit bigger and the check in process can be worked on to make the wait time a bit shorter. We came at an off peak season.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel, the staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Beautiful property, quality pool, great staff and lovely stay

Not much.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is great, the place is incredibly clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended! I loved everything about this place! Super clean, cozy, beautifully designed, and has an amazing atmosphere.

Nothing at all! Everything exceeded my expectations.

This hotel isn't about the tiles or the color of the walls—it’s all about the exceptionally great service and the amazing staff. I especially want to shout out Brendan from Cape Town and the rest of the guys from South Africa. Keep up the fantastic work!

The stay was amazing, and with just a tiny bit more variety or options at breakfast, it would be a 10/10 experience.

The staff spacious rooms, fabulous interior, they have a table tennis table - you don’t find this in many places. From the moment we arrived, we felt a certain level of calmness. The environment was quite serene. At the restaurants, the staff were very composed and ready to go the extra mile and did go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I rarely do reviews but I really felt that it would be unjust if I didn’t do this one.

Everything was beyond my wildest expectations. For what I was charged versus what I received, this was such great value for money. Being our honeymoon, I thought that all the upgrades we received and unexpected surprises were because of that, but I spoke to other patrons and they reported similar cases. This is absolutely the place to stay if you want utter peace of mind. Nothing underwhelming during our entire stay. The Spa felt so executive and calming. My wife and I agree that the massages we had there were one of the best we’ve had, and that should mean something. Loved the food at the Italian restaurant, the waiters were amazing, and fantastic choice of wines. Plenty of options for breakfast and very delicious pastry options. There are so many fantastic staff whom I can’t recall by name but I can say with absolute certainty that the entire OOTP team from the concierge, to the reception, waiters, room service, masseuse, upto the guy who rides on the buggy at the beach replenishing towels and water for those of us who were courageous enough to brave the sun, I applaud you all for your commitment to delivering such excellent and impeccable service. YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE💯💯🔥STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE TO ANYONE WHO TAKES PLEASURE IN GETTING THE BEST OUT OF YOUR MONEY!
