Das Zimmer wurde immer gut gereinigt und es gab jederzeit frische Handtücher.

Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Das englische Frühstück war mit viel Öl gekocht und für mich zu fett. Dusche ohne Handbrause, Kastenkapazität für 6 Tage zu klein. Wir mussten aus dem Koffer leben.

The location, the room size, the staff all very friendly and helpful. Parking was a problem as there was some events on. But settled later. Meals were lovely and plenty good portions . Paid extra £10 to stay a few hours longer as going to a funeral.

Our room was room 20 and we over looked a roof of the cafe. Pretty depressing especially as we stayed for a funeral, would have been nice to of had a view better than this.

Having a member of our party having allergies. I was a bit disappointed that they could not have a meal and was resorted to chips alone. The chef refused to dry fry a steak in order for them to have a meal. Knowing this was still served a side portion of chips

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant is lovely and the food was good.

On the Friday the live music was too loud to hold a conversation and my daughters bed was so hard that she couldn’t sleep and has affected her physio treatments.

Good location on main route from M1. Good sized room with good tea/coffee making, tv and really lovely bathroom with good shower. Clean and fresh room.

I have never seen so many rats running around outside a hotel before. I know they are attracted to this type of area however these were happy to run right next to people. This meant I did not book the breakfast as I originally intended as despite the room being very clean, it made me question the hygiene with food/waste storage.

Room was minimalistic with no hairdryer no shampoo only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets !! No glasses in room for water by bedside , penny pinching !!

Very conveniently located for the festival I was attending. Ample parking. On the whole staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but that should be a given.

Mattresses were very hard. Breakfast was fairly expensive and there wasn't really any benefit to pre-booking it. The weekend morning staff were not very helpful and didn't know how their own breakfast menu worked (kept trying to charge for things that were included).

It's our go to Hotel when visiting family in the area. The staff are very friendly and the food in both the cafe and restaurant is very good. They know what room we prefer and always try to deliver our choice.

The location was perfect for my needs. I have stayed before.

We liked the size of the room, and the staff were friendly and helpful

The facilities were very basic, not enough basic complementary products. The bathroom was clean the desk areas quite dusty. Had a vending machine as bar didn’t do snacks, this was very basic with not much to offer, didn’t work.

Lovely hotel the receptionist was absolutely lovely and very welcoming

The bed was harder than a slab of concrete The drain in the shower is faulty as the water from a 5 minute shower was almost leaking into the room The breakfast is not worth the money the sausages were stale eggs looked like they were cooked one side but not the other All in all it be a 2 star rating the receptionist is the only reason it's not a 1 star

Very clean room and very spacious bathroom was lovely.

Unfortunately, there is no AC in the room only in public area and our room was next to the main road so we were unable to open the window

The "honeymoon suite" was a basic suite but clean and spacious, front of house staff was friendly as welcoming

The honeymoon suite was a basic suite nothing screams out honeymoon suite even though this was highly priced. The restaurant staff was abrupt and not very welcoming, the breakfast......... Bacon rubbery , scrambled egg extremely watery and didn't taste very nice, sausages were OK but cold beans were cold hash brown was OK. Only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel in the room, overall I wouldn't pay the price for what we got.

Marine was really helpful and sorted out the room out and she is a really nice woman and friendly too the bar staff are lovely too helpful and friendly too the room was lovely nice and comfortable bed clean room and toilet all lovely and clean

Our view from Room 19 was non existent, we simply looked over a roof. However, attending a wedding there wasn’t much time to appreciate our surroundings.

Room was nice, recent refurb to a high standard.

The shower is a rainfall shower, which was fab, however I have long hair, which did not need washing and NO shower cap. A disposable shower calp would of been greatly appreciated.

Lovely modern, well-furnished hotel with great parking. Front desk staff, especially Claire, were very helpful during our stay; nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for the needs of our large group. The bar was great and the bar staff excellent.

Breakfast was a little haphazard with staff difficult to locate at times. The continental breakfast was weak in the pastry section with just croissants and bread was a choice of two commercial sliced loaves, suitable only for toasting in the very efficient toaster. The vegetarian sausages were incredible but the only decent part of the meal; the poached egg was very poor- hardly any white and tasted of vinegar which must have been used in the poaching water.

Bedrooms were a good size, bed and bedding very comfortable .extra pillows were available in the room.

Although the shower was large and easily accessible there was only a waterfall shower head even though the fitting also had the ability to connect a hand held adapter. Would be good to have the choice. No shower caps were supplied. Other small annoyances in the bathroom ie position of soap dispenser or shelf in the shower. Unfortunately there was no high hooks in any of the 5 rooms our families had on which we could hang the brides wedding dress to allow for pre wedding photos.

Lovely friendly staff, great Breakfast! Great outside seating area especially on a lovely day/evening. We explored the area and found a great Park to walk around which was lovely.

There wasn't anything I didnt like, I needed a hairdryer as didnt bring one and so the receptionist gave me one straightaway.

Way too hot, no air conditioning & a Travelodge equivalent room.... Very basic for the price.

Key card didnt work every time we went back to the room. So had to go down to reception numerous times. Stayed on the hottest day with No aircon, just a small fan provided. Which made our stay unbearable. Apart from that all good.

The location is nice - quiet area with full of nature. The staffs were really nice and friendly Good breakfast, freshly cooked full english breakfast and nice continental food.

The staff were very pleasant, the bar and restaurant were lively, the room was clean and tidy.

The beds were very very uncomfortable.

The reception staff went above and beyond when I checked my friends in for there over night stay for there wedding night.

The night my friends got to the hotel, they where asked for payment which I had paid in full the day before when I dropped them an overnight bag off, then the following morning the hotel called me at 7.10 to ask for payment!! After going through the story they actually found my payment and apologised for the call. Rather embarrassing for both my friends on there wedding night and for me the morning after.

First time at this hotel and was really pleased with my choice. Didn’t get off to the best of starts as the TV in my room wasn’t working, but having just arrived and not used anything it was quickly resolved by the receptionist, she was so kind and moved me to another room. Room was bright and spacious with nice decor. Bathroom was really good too with a brilliant shower, something I always judge rooms on. Had read reviews about the great food and boy were they spot on. Had the steak pie which I had to wait 30minutes on, as it’s made fresh, but it was worth every second of that wait!!!! Wow!!! Breakfast was good too, served quickly and nice and warm. Will definitely use again as I’m in the area every 5 weeks..

Comfy bed, nice size shower and bathroom

Breakfast could have been till 9:30 which would have given us a bit more time. Need air con in bedrooms as quite hot at night. Fire doors need a magnetic closure that operates in the event of a fire as it was difficult to get through with a wheelchair. Problems with key entry as many people were also struggling with keys which randomly stopped working.

Bed was very comfortable. Too late for breakfast so went to the cafe next door which was excellent. Couldn’t find the hairdryer but should have asked at reception.

Would have been nice if a small fridge was in the room to keep our bottled water in as it was very hot

Great location, not far from the motorway. Lady that checked us in was pleasant. Room was very nice had the family room. Kids loved the bunk beds. Double bed was comfortable to. The toilet and shower area was very modern. We did not use the cafe or restaurant but next time we are traveling down or back from down South will give it s try.

Much improved following rebranding and refurbishment. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and after an excellent 1st visit it had declined significantly following COVID. Family members living locally joined us for an evening meal which was excellent.

Location good for Cannons Hall Farm

No air conditioning in rooms which were unbearable. Breakfast vastly overpriced and too rushed ( plated up and kept in oven for some time).

Stayed for a wedding, beautifully decorated. Prices were fair tbh for a hotel.

Staff were brilliant, they couldn't do enough for us. We had breakfast and evening meal which was great and the rest restaurant was open late too.

The room was very hot, but to be fair, it was during a heat wave and the staff helped as much as possible.

We love the decor both in the room and the bar/restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean and very modern. The staff were very helpful. Lots of free parking. A great place.
