From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed — with a traditional garland and teeka 🌸🙏 — followed by a lovely surprise: an upgrade to a pool-facing room. 🏊‍♀️💙 But the highlight of my evening came at Tease. 🎶💃 One of the reasons I particularly wanted to stay here was to spend some time at the lounge and enjoy the music. Unfortunately, the regular DJ was on leave that evening. I thought, Okay… perhaps no DJ tonight. But what happened next genuinely surprised me. ❤️ The Guest Relations Executive understood how much I had been looking forward to it and arranged for an in-house DJ, who was handling another event, to specially come over on my request and play some lovely numbers. 🎧🎶 Was it something they had to do? Not at all. And perhaps that's exactly why the gesture meant so much. I was delighted, amused and, yes, a little flattered! 😊❤️ It's these unexpected gestures that can completely change a guest's experience. And to top it all, discovering a Jacuzzi in the bathing area was another little luxury that I thoroughly enjoyed. 🛁✨ This stay left me thinking about something we sometimes overlook: Beautiful properties impress you. Beautiful hospitality stays with you. ❤️

Saturday night extravaganza buffet was ruined by amplified musician’s amplification being too loud t speak to your neighbors or enjoy excellent food. I left rather than eat delicious food that was on my plate. This was my 4th visit to the Taj and I hope my next visit in September will not be ruined by loud noise instead of beautiful MUSIC.

The exceptional service at Taj Hotels doesn't end there—in fact, it never ends. Every interaction reflects their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, making every moment feel special. A special thanks to Mr. Bhargav, Director of Rooms, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the outstanding service delivered by the entire team. Thank you to him and the entire team for making my stay truly memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Hospitality, comfort and ambience all were excellent. The buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes to choose from. Lovely live bansuri to begin your day. Really calming and nice. Deepak, Anjali, Mokum were excellent in housekeeping . It was a pleasure to come back to the room every day. They also were amazing in finding my silver bracelet which i had lost. We would definitely return here.

We would like to sincerely thank the staff of Taj City Centre Gurugram for making our stay comfortable and memorable. The staff were consistently courteous, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to the High Lounge team, especially Saniya and Shreyansh, for their warm and friendly hospitality. We also truly appreciated the attentive and helpful service from the Culina staff, particularly Devendra and Lakshaya. We would also like to thank Mookoom from housekeeping for the excellent care and service provided during our stay.

The meals were amazing and staff were friendly, approachable and really went out of their way to make my stay very enjoyable.

The room service menu was quite limited compared with what was being offered at the onsite restaurants. It would have been nice to be able to order from these restaurant's directly.

Room was big and comfortable. Buffet breakfast and dinner was great.

Very disappointed the pool wasn't available. It looked like they had started some sort of work on it and then just stopped.

Certain things like shaving kit should be there in hotel room. It was not there. I have to ask for it. It should be there by default. Saloon is closed. They say it was closed since last 6 months.

Although Booking.com listed a 20% food discount, the hotel had no record of such an offer, suggesting an error on Booking.com's part. Nevertheless, the Taj service was exceptional. I would suggest booking directly with the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was below standard and the reasons for this comment have been personally explained to the Chef. The Front Office staff need to be trained for improving their communication skills. I had to amend my reservation dates. I was assured that it could be done. After I formalized the request I was informed of additional penalty for making the change. The matter was subsequently resolved but only after I escalated it to the hotel's senior management.

Poor food we both suffered with stomach upsets throughout our two week stay . I’ve spent 25 years taking groups to hotels so I do have a lot of experience of butter service food . The temperature of both cold and warm food was inadequate and the turn over of the buffet food in the evening not high . I’ve definitely had better evening buffet service in lower states restaurants of four star and very good three star .

Останавливаюсь здесь уже не в первый раз, всё как всегда на высоте! Персонал ответственнен и компетентен, всегда готов помочь в решении любых вопросов. Отличная звукоизоляция в номере, уборка каждый день, всегда свежее постельное белье, удобные для сна матрас, подушки и одеяло. Особо отмечу работу климат-системы в номере, выставил температуру, поставил режим "Auto" и точно ночью не заболеешь от холода из кондиционера. По питанию, брал завтраки, и с завтрака не хочется уходить, отличный апельсиновый фреш, множество готовых блюд(veg, non veg) , что-то готовят на заказ, выбор большой и полноценный. Есть открытый бассейн, шезлонги, можно порелаксировать. Рядом станция метро, с такси нет никаких проблем. Недалеко(15 мин на такси) променад-зона с кафе и ресторанами "Cyber Hub", также можно устроить шопинг в отличном ТЦ "Ambience Mall", он тоже в этом районе.

На мой взгляд стоимость на блюда в меню ресторана очень высокая, но отель пять звезд, это наверное нормально.

It served my purpose

The room was good and clean. The consigliere service was impeccable and the staff friendly. The driver services were excellent and easy to book. The hotel was safe.The lounge service was very good and the food was delicious.

Despite the reservation, the room was not located on the lounge floors, but on the lowest floor. The pool beds were covered in bird droppings. In addition, the food service at Culina44 was really variable. Sometimes the service was impeccable, but it also happened that we did not receive our orders.

Definitely not a 5 stsr by a long run. Their staff needs better training. Too many scheduled caste working here

The housekeeping staff were very good and didd everything toymaker our stay comfortable.

It would be nice to have a little shop of local arts and crafts as well as attire.

Hotel charged double amount on my Credit Card, which I have to claim now. Hotel didn´t informed and didn´t issued corresponding invoices. Minor Topics: Drain in bathroom blocked and therefore bathroom was flooded. Hair dryer didn´t work

It was clean, spacious with everything that you need. Really nice hotel 20 minutes from the airport with nice breakfast, pool and the coffee place downstairs. We would definitely come back again.

Not uncommon in India but we had some communication issues with the front desk. However, they were super helpful.

Excellent Facilities Undermined by Poor Dining Quality

While the hotel facilities are generally of a good standard, the quality of the restaurant and in-room dining was disappointing and negatively affected our experience. More concerning was the conduct of a senior staff member responsible for managing guest seating. We requested three different seating areas, all of which appeared empty, yet each request was declined with the explanation that the tables were either already occupied or reserved. This later proved to be inaccurate, as we closely observed these tables throughout our breakfast and no guests were seated there—except for one guest who arrived after us and was offered one of the very tables we had requested. In addition, the staff member’s manner was unwelcoming and lacked basic courtesy, which is inappropriate for a role involving direct interaction with hotel guests. Such positions require professionalism, transparency, and a guest-centric approach. Although the restaurant manager later apologized, this issue goes beyond an apology. It is about respect, honest communication, fairness in guest treatment, and zero tolerance for discrimination. If not addressed seriously, such matters may escalate and ultimately damage the hotel’s reputation.
