The reception were abrupt on arrival. We the found out the parking was only for 7 days and we needed 8. As we booked on booking . Com we needed to pay for the extra days parking. On the morning of our flight while taking a shower I slipped and smashed my face up!!! There was no non slip Matt in the unit. I had to ask for an ice pack and was given a slicker pad. No basic 1st aid was given by the motel. I asked for an incident report to be filled in for ACC & worksafe. Worksafe should have been notified as this is a health and safety issue!!! I had to travel a day late and spend a whole day getting my broken nose and damaged tooth seen to I also paid for an extra nights accommodation at another hotel. Your processes and customer safety are appalling!!!!

The shuttle driver was lovely and waited ages for us to find the van. The check in was incredibly easy at midnight and the location was close to the airport.

The fold out couch didn’t fold out properly and was dirty and very stained. Therefore two people had to share a single bed, so it wasn’t really fit for 5 people. Aside from that the other beds were clean and comfy.

We selected the Airport Lodge for a one night stay because of its location close to AKL airport with a free pick up / drop off service to and from the airport. It was very quiet, away from street with a unit with three separate sleeping areas.

The decor and furnishings need a refresh but the beds are very comfortable. One member of our group struggled with very slippery tiling in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

Loved the handy location to the airport, for our early morning flight, and the option to leave your car while away. Complimentary drop off/pick up from airport in their shuttle and added bonus. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Property is on a busy road and surprisingly quiet with minimal road noise, for a good night’s sleep.

Windows were filthy. We found previous guests baby bottle under the bed in the lounge. Freezer box was dirty.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. Broken beds, bathroom thick mold and filth. Broken lights. No smoke alarms. No sheets for one of the beds. Other people’s dirty underwear under beds. Bugs crawling in the bedding Worst place I have ever stayed. Do not recommend.

We booked late for a family emergency, late check in with kids and Windows were open and room was freezing at 1030pm, room wasn’t overly clean eg Spiderwebs, shower flooded due to gross and full drain filter, toilet wouldn’t stop running and overfilling the sisten. TV was static, no movie channels or anything like that. Disappointing for what we paid.

I stayed here more than 5 times and I like everything, so nothing to dislike. Airport pick up always makes the trip soooo easy which was a bonus. Room was clean and bed was so comfy, really worth it. Shuttle was always on time. Great Staff especially the driver which drop us off at 4am in the morning was very friendly. Great Job guys.

The Shower was Amazing the pressure is the best I've ever had felt messaging relaxing. Alot of towels is a bonus they gave. Room was right next to Reception which was handy and Helpful excellen't hosts 24-7 Reception.Amazing!!!

Heat pumps weren't working or Could of been me didn't know how to work them. Definitely More blankets.

This place is way over priced . The curtains aren't hung properly. The room was smelly. The fold out couch was a joke. The tv didn't work. Mould on the bathroom ceilings. And because I didn't put the ages of the kids down they charged me $29 per child.My stay cost me $260. I explained that I had emailed, left a message on the answer machine but reception said booking.com was a 3rd party and nothing to do with them I also said it still doesn't explain why no ever got back to me. I stayed at the Naumi two nights before and they are $100 cheaper , way nicer. When I came out in the morning to catch my flight they had parked a car in the way of my car. When I rang reception they wanted to charge me for parking! I explained that my family had two cars as we had the family suit and he let me go. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL. It is disgusting, over priced and I have found several motels & hotels in the area way cheaper and cleaner! THIS PLACE IS A DUMP BOOKING. COM

Good staff, suitable for a quick stay

It was hard to contact the property for the free shuttle pick up when you don’t have a nz number to call them, and a bit tricky to find the pick up area

I liked where it was situated very close to the airport very convenient

Just a little unprofessional two2 rolls of toilet paper shampoo conditioners were half full two little sachets of dishwashing detergent a towel that looked old but wouldn’t dry anything and a terrible frypan or walk that was all burnt on the bottom and you tried to cook in it and everything just stuck to the bottom it was something that I’ve probably thrown Better out so it would be nice to update those small issues.

Curtain was ripped on the door entrance. Sheets although looked fresh had stains on them. Couch and cushions were stained and dirty. Couch looked greasy. Carpets looked dirty. Rubbish in the bin in the bathroom. 12 yr old grandson didn't like it and didn't want to stay. Heating didn't work so room was very cold. Too cold to even have a shower. Would NOT recommend this place at all.

Bathroom door handle broken. Informed reception, they asked if we wanted another room. We were happy to stay as we had already unloaded our gears.

Lovely spacious room, very comfortable beds and everything we need for an overnight stay. Happy with the location ( close to the airport). Free car parking and shuttle service made travel to the airport easier.

Unfortunately the shuttle only runs once every hour. If it went every half hour, it would have been perfect. An extractor fan in the bathroom would be a great idea as well. Otherwise its a case of having the window open, which isn't that nice in the middle of winter.

Within walking distance for reason I was in Auckland. Room was super comfy and warm and I got upgraded free of charge. Reception person was awesome.

Shuttle pick up to and from airport was excellent. Room was clean and tidy, but a little dated. Bathroom large and clean.

I had to wait for over an hour to be collected from the airport. Airport shuttle used to run every 30 minutes. I have stayed at this motel many times before - staff were not as efficient as they have been in the past. Parallel parking was difficult due to both parks either side of me had parked over the white line and encroached on my parking area, I was thankful that I had driven my smaller car to Auckland as I definitely would not have been able to park my Holden in the small space that was left for my parking

The location was good with a grocery store within walking distance. A short coach ride provided by the motel to the airport was a bonus.
