Perfekte Lage inmitten der Altstadt, 3 Minuten zum Zocalo. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist ein idealer Start in den Tag und wird ins Zimmer gebracht. Ist doch absolut fantastisch. Das Frühstück ist schlicht aber genügend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Hinweis ans Personal: Morgens um 6 sollte man vielleicht die Konversation untereinander ein wenig diskret führen.

Location was what we were looking for. The place was clean and everybody was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was pleasant and brought to our room. Only on chair though.

It was very small, stuffy because the room did not have a Window, and noisy because the door was thin and did not close properly. We could hear other guest talking loudly in front of our door late at night, and a party in a square close to the hotel.

It’s very pretty and good location.

The hotel next to them had loud music on Friday and Saturday, especially on Friday and in general, you can hear people from the next room.

Great location. Beautiful building. Close to plaza de armes. Clean quiet room with cushy bed with fluffy cotton sheets and pilllows. Lovely breakfast in room. Kind hospitable staff. It was my second time since last year. Will return again for sure!

Excellent service, especially for late arrivals I had a great stay at Serafín Hotel. What stood out the most was definitely the customer service. My flight was delayed and I arrived around 1 a.m., but the staff was waiting for me and were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. The same happened when I had to check out around 4 a.m. — everything was ready and the staff made the process very easy. The hotel is comfortable and has an excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants, museums and many of Querétaro’s attractions. Great experience overall, but especially thanks to the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

The only thing I would have loved was a little more variety at breakfast. The fruit, yogurt, granola and bread were good and nicely served, but I’m definitely more of an eggs-for-breakfast person 😊. Having an egg option would have made the breakfast perfect for me.

El staff es muy amable y atentas, te hacen sentir como en casa. Habitación amplia y limpia. Cama cómoda y el desayuno, que lo sirven en la habitación, bueno. La ubicación es muy buena para caminar por el centro y visitar los puntos de interés de la ciudad.

Por decir algo, la ducha. O salía mucha presión de agua o muy poca.

The location was perfect for wandering around the Historic Center of Querétaro. The room was roomy and comfortable. Having our breakfast delivered to our room, where we could eat it out on the terrace was the perfect start to every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, including one who ordered us a 2AM taxi to the airport and then was there in the entry at 2AM to make sure that taxi came (including calling the cab company again when they didn't show up in time). Translator apps were useful when our Spanish was not quick enough to keep up, but they were very patient with us. On top of everything, the price was very reasonable for what we got.

The mattresses in our room were on the firm side, although we both slept quite well on them.

El hotel es espectacular en cuanto instalaciones, personal muy hospitalario y la ubicación de lujo cada que regrese a Querétaro me alojaría de nuevo, fue una gran experiencia estar en Serafin.

Excelente atención y servicio. El hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Llevan el desayuno a la habitación; es un desayuno sencillo, pero suficiente como para probar la comida queretana al medio día. El personal es súper amable y te apoya con lo que necesitas. ¡Muy recomendable!

El hotel y los cuartos tienen un toque de época y boutique muy agradable, y la ubicación es muy práctica para salir en el centro.

Al estar ubicado en el centro se escuchan mucho los antros y bares, total que hay ruido hasta como las 3-4 de la mañana y no se puede descansar. El desayuno incluido es continental y se proponen llevártelo a tu cuarto dentro de un cierto horario (7.15 a 9am) lo que no es tan cómodo como bajar por el desayuno a la hora que uno quisiera. Muchos venimos para descansar y lo último que queremos es desvelarnos por el ruido y tener que aferrarnos a un horario temprano para desayunar.

Me gusto lo cerca que esta el hotel de lugares turisticos, y para caminar a lugares para comer rico y comprar recuerdos para la familia. Muy callada mi habitacion y el desayuno en mi cuarto estuvo fabuloso. Simple, pero muy rico.

Super amablolodad de todo el personasl y la dueña nos obsequio un vino espumos. Mi esposa prefirio otra ha itacion y nos la cambiaron de inmediato. Una excelente experiencia

La puerta no servía, a pesar de poner el seguro se abría sola. Lo que ocasionó que me vieran desnudo... desconozco si todas las puertas tienen ese mismo problema, pero no recomiendo el lugar hasta que solucionen ese grave problema.

The location is very close to Queretaro's colonial downtown. This location offered places to eat, incredible colonial churches and other landmark locations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to sleep at a colonial, beautiful and quiet place for a few days in Queretaro. This is, in fact, the second time I stayed there. As a matter of fact, the first time I arrived around 2 AM in the morning due to a delay on my flight and people were very accommodated to my arrival. As soon as I got off the taxi in front the hotel, there was someone waiting there to open the door for me. Kudos to the staff.

The hotel is charming , old hotel that has been meticulously taken care of . Above all is the staff , they are golden. Sra Maria is the owner who has an eye for style. Her son also works there and the culture they have created permeates throughout the staff.

More rustic than expected. Our toilet stopped working the first morning so we had to switch rooms. Then internet went out the night before we left which was very inconvenient.

Location was excellent , rooms were great. Above all , staff was above and beyond. Owner , Sra Maria and her son run a small boutique hotel that is magical. The decor, the ambiance , old colonial style rooms, the staff. This isn't holiday inn, this is old Mexican, beautiful styled furniture, w great beds.

The facility was very clean. It was located very well an walking distance to most attractions in the Centro Historico. The area was quiet, at least the 2 nights we were there. The access to the hotel is fairly simple, need a card for the front door then pick up your room key at the front desk. The included breakfast was a very good serving of very fresh fruit, yogurt, slice of toast with butter and jam on the side and a cup of good coffee, all delivered to your room at a time you select. Staff was helpful and kind. I enjoyed the shot of mezcal we received when we arrived, nice touch!

We were on the second floor. There is only one set of long, fairly steep, narrow stairs to get to the second floor. We are in our early 70's and it was a work out. Next time I will request a main level room. There were many light switches in the room that did nothing, somewhat confusing when you try to find the right switch for the lights in the room, never did find or figure out the wall light over the bench.

Viajé junto a mi hija. La ubicación es inmejorable, hicimos todo a pie. El personal siempre fue amable y nos ayudó con lo que necesitábamos. A pesar de estar en pleno centro el hotel se siente muy tranquilo.

Hotel Serafin Queretaro is an amazing boutique hotel and exceptional place to stay. Excellent traditional decor and comfortable furnishing... An exceptional property with outstanding attention by staff and management... special kudos to Señora Maria Miranda. Location was close to historic downtown Queretaro. Restaurants and shopping all within 5 -10 minute walking distance. Highly recommend if you want an affordable and colonial Mexico boutique property in historic Queretaro.

We had to leave the key at the front desk when we were away, but there were nobody attending the front desk. I felt unsafe leaving the key unattended.

Todo me agrado, el desayuno estaba muy rico, me encantó el café, la ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de varios lugares turísticos. La atención del personal fue excelente la limpieza de las habitaciones y la cama muy grande y muy cómoda.

Employee Gloria was very kind in recognizing our physical limitations and proactively arranging for a seamless transfer from an upper floor accessible only by steep stairs to a first-floor room. Other hotel staff also were attentive, agreeable, and helpful.

The Booking.com website marketed this hotel as having shuttle service to the QRO airport. However, when we arrived, staff told us that our only option was to pay for a taxi/Uber. The hotel staff was very helpful in ensuring that we got a good, timely transportation at a good value (via Uber). More lighting in the rooms would be appreciated.

El hotel es muy acogedor, tiene una fuente en el patio y el sonido es muy relajante. La habitación amplia, el colchón firme y en buen estado, las almohadas muy cómodas. Con gusto repetiría.

We were greeted with a mezcal toast, a welcome sign, and plenty of info. The room was large, with two Nothing comfortable beds. Excellent shower and privacy. We love the common spaces, especially the rooftop and the beautiful way that. Each and every space was decorated thoughtfully. Maria gave us great restaurant suggestions.

The room and beds were very comfortable and the whole interior courtyard was beautiful. The room was clean and the shower was a nice size. Staff was helpful.

The location while very close to everything is in an area that is a little bit run down, but, if you walk a couple of blocks it all changes. At night you do hear street noise. The breakfast was ok, but not great (the coffee was not strong). Also, there is only one bottle of water and I think two would be more appropriate. We were brought more when we asked however.

The hotel is comfortable, but unfortunately it does not have an elevator.

We had the large family suite with lovely french doors opeining onto the street. The room was massive and comfortable. Sometimes the traffic got noisy, but closing the doors and turning on the heat pump helped. Also, coffee, fruit, and toast were delivered daily to our room promptly when we requested each night before. The rooftop was a fabulous place to have a beer each evening. And the location was stellar... central to everything.

The hotel location is excellent. The staff, especially Adrian, were friendly and helpful; Adrian was exceptionally accommodating of and flexible with our late check-in and early check-out times.

Overall the room was quiet, but our next-door neighbor was very loud upon arrival on both Friday and Saturday nights. Although I did not hear them, they were noisy enough to wake up my mother. She didn't tell me until Sunday morning, so we chose to report this because we were checking out on Sunday.

Quelques légers détails : l’eau chaude de la douche est longue à venir. Il manque des lampes de chevets . Pour le petit déjeuner : un jus de fruit et une viennoiserie seraient bienvenus.

La reservación incluía desayunos. El primer día el desayuno fue una taza pequeña de café, un platito de fruta picada, dos rebanadas de pan tostado (mermelada y mantequilla) y un vasito de yogurt, cantidades pequeñas pero suficientes; el segundo día faltó el pan (mermelada y mantequilla) y el yogurt, por tanto, sólo desayunamos el platito de fruta picada y la taza pequeña de café teniendo que salir a buscar un complemento para desayunar o almorzar algo más completo.

It is a basic hotel with old infrastructure. Definitely needs an update. Point of note: We went during christmas and we could hear nearby light show music until 2-3 AM

It’s my go-to place to stay in Querétaro

We ran a bnb for 6 years. Our breakfasts were much more varied and we served 3 courses. This breakfast was fine, same everyday - yougurt, fruit, toast, and coffee. All very good. No variety at all, though I know they are trying to please a Western appetite. The "old colonial" nature of the room was special.

PARKING!! The review i had read said that the Boutique would help with parking costs. Nope. In the end, for 3 days parking at a local parking garage (you really have no choice) they charged us $2,660 pesos!! That equates to around an extra $200 CAD or $150 USD.

The area is very walkable. A convenient location in El Centro.

This area can be noisy some nights, especially on weekends or holidays.
