El estacionamiento nos cobró más de $600 pesos por la noche y no se respeto el costo de $100 pesos con el convenio del hotel, porque hubo confusión con el sensor o tarjeta que te da el hotel y se genera un ticket y te lo cobran ..... Una de decepción total porque sale mejor hospedarte en hotel más lujoso!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026The location is great, as central as can be. All the main sightseeing is within walking distance, plus plenty of great food options. The staff members are very nice and welcoming. Room was clean.
For a "Deluxe Quadruple Room" in a "4 star" hotel, the room was very small and sparse in terms of furniture and comfort. The photos are flattering, it is closer to a nice hostel than a 4 star hotel. Storage space was minimal and the bathroom was purely basic/functional, and the AC unit did not work well at all. After the staff reset the AC, it got cooler, but not to the temperature we were trying to set with the remote. We were on the third floor, no elevator, and the only way up is a somewhat dicey narrow glass staircase that could pose a problem for elderly travelers or those with lots of luggage. The bedding also mildly irritated my skin and had me itching.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026観光に便利な場所にあり周りには土産屋、レストラン、カフェなどがたくさんあります。ホテル前は車両乗り入れできないけど、数メートル歩いた場所にはタクシー横付けできるので困りません。 スタッフが明るくて親切です。英語がわかる人がいるので助かりました。お湯の出し方やお湯が出るまでの時間など丁寧に説明してくれました。 部屋は水回りが広々してシャワー室はガラスで囲ってあります。冷蔵庫とエアコンがあります。壁紙の柄が独特でしたし、石で壁をデザインされてるのも斬新です。
エレベーターはないのでスーツケースの人は運ぶのが大変です。部屋は窓なしもあります。人通りが多い場所の部屋は廊下の話し声がうるさいです。

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Este “hotel boutique” de CUATRO estrellas es como mucho un sitio de alquiler de 6 habitaciones. Como mucho debería tener dos estrellas, pero parece que en México las estrellas se compren así como se compra la policía. La solución de aparcamiento que esta gente proporciona consiste en un parquing público, ellos te proporcionan una tarjeta electrónica y se pagan 100 pesos cada día. Hasta aquí todo bien. Luego pero te piden 125 pesos de depósito para cada tarjeta, para que no se la robes, entiendes, te dicen. Tuvimos que salir rumbo CDMX a las 7 de la mañana. La noche antes nos dijeron que el “conserje” solo empieza a las 9am, que podrían hacernos una transferencia. Esto, ya sabiendo que venimos desde España, no es fácil hacernos una transferencia. Y claramente de su tarjeta electrónica no sabemos qué hacer, ya. Nos dijeron entonces que dejaríamos las tarjetas en una caja que tienen en la entrada, y de enviarles un video, que alguien nos proporcionaría enseguida el código de otra caja donde dejarían los 250 pesos. Ya sabía cómo acabaría: el código no funcionaba, intenté llamarlos dos veces y no contestaron. Por whatsapp nos dijeron solamente que el código era correcto. Yo no me lo creo, intentamos varias veces. Al final tuvimos que irnos. A mí esto me parece un robo. Si se hubiesen fiado de que les dejaríamos las tarjetas y nos hubiesen devuelto el dinero la noche antes esto no habría pasado. En cambio me han dejado amargado por la estafa.

El piso puede ser un poco ruidos, me daba un poco de pendiente el ruido que hacía el piso al caminar porque seguramente se escuchaba mucho en la habitación de abajo y eso puede ser un poco molesto.

Al realizar la reserva se pregunto si contaban con estacionamiento y me aseguraron 2 veces que si con un precio y al llegar la señorita de la recepcion muy mal encarada me dijo que no sabia quien me habia contestado eso y nos toco solucionar eso aparte .. de haber sabido antes hubiera elegido otro hotel para no tener ese gasto tan grande extra como lo pregunte desde un inicio

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Hotel céntrico, con acceso autónomo. Cama muy cómoda, colchó confortable, buenas almohadas. Cuarto con buen espacio. Ducha con buena presión de agua. Aire acondicionado operativo (que en este ciudad, siempre se agradece). Personal servicial y muy amables.
El Internet es su principal punto por mejorar. Es muy inestable y no puedes llegar a tener una conexión decente en ningún momento. Si quieres trabajar conectado desde el hotel, mejor busca un café cerca. Otro detalle importante es que el escritorio no cuenta con enchufes para la laptop, algo vital ya que no existe otro lugar donde sentarse a trabajar. El aire acondicionado es un regalo en estos días de calor en la ciudad, sólo que cuando quieres enfriar más el aire (temperatura por debajo de 23°), empieza a gotear y se hace un charco dentro de la habitación. La iluminación es escasa dentro de la habitación, que debería ser algo vital ya que me asignaron una habitación sin ventanas, que está en un entrepiso, en pleno camino de las escaleras del 1er al 2do piso. Digamos que para lo que se paga, estos detalles hacen una gran diferencia.

L'aria condizionata è perfettamente funzionante. Il letto è comodo e garantisce un'ottima qualità del sonno. Il wifi non dà problemi. In camera c'è una grande televisione a schermo piatto mai accesa. Non viene servita la prima colazione. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono.
Le stanze hanno finestre che affacciano sui corridoi e non sull'esterno.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Si bien me gusta el concepto, pedí una habitación con una cama y me entregaron una con 2 camas, había mucha intermitencia en la señal de TV por cable y lo más delicado solicité la emisión de una factura por mi estancia, la cual nunca me enviaron, solo te puedes contactar con ellos vía WS y nunca me respondieron ni me enviaron la factura, por ende no pude comprobar este gasto.

pésimo el estacionamiento están lejos pero en general los hoteles del centro histórico no tienen..es muy caro pagas x 24 hrs de 400 a 500 pesos y sus formas de proceder no son las más prácticas...el hotel tuvo tarifa especial al respecto..Recomendacion si llevas carro mejor un hotel que tenga estacionamiento incluído... No me parece que se define como hotel boutique pero le falta para cumplir con las instalaciones adecuadas..

The biggest disadvantage of my room was the noise isolation. Because of the wooden ceiling/floors and the room located directly above mine, I could hear every step the neighbors took. It was quite loud and made it impossible to sleep late in the mornings since the walking overhead woke me up. Also, be aware that there is no elevator. This can be a challenge if you have heavy luggage. However, I have to give a huge thank you to the staff, they were kind enough to help me carry my large suitcase up the stairs, which I really appreciated.

There are restaurants, shops and plazas around. Also, you can Uber to other places for a reasonable price. I also liked then coffee/tea station on the top floor.
They don’t have a place to just hang out. The terrace is nice but they need to invest in some nicer furniture to sit and just do some people watching. The furniture Ty te they have is all metal and not comfortable.

We arrived at 12pm and rooms weren't ready, which is fine. We needed a quick restroom stop, but we weren't able to use it as they only allow us in to the room at 3pm. The hotel is really a reception desk and rooms. The bathroom doesn't have mats, with poor ventilation and smelled like sewage. The bedroom has a window to the hallway where people make coffee at 5am and we hear the upstairs room as if they were stepping onto our heads. That means we needed to use the AC just for ventilation...

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025The location of the hotel is amazing. We walked everywhere from there. There are lots to do around the hotel. There are lots of restaurants, markets, stores and plazas just blocks away. We also took an Uber to places and it was not expensive since we were in the historic center.
They do not have a place just to hang out at the hotel. They do have a terrace in the second level which is nice and there is a nice view of the town. The problem is that the furniture there is all metal which makes it a little uncomfortable. They need to make an investment and have better and more comfortable furniture there.
