Sport Raum sehr klein und weniger schön, Ist aber nicht schlimm, da wir wandern waren.

Chambre très grande, vue mer sublime, les jardins sont très agréables. La piscine est agréable. Le petit déjeuner entre buffet et service à table est très appréciable.

Le parking est un peu petit par rapport à la capacité de l'établissement.

Climatisation dans la chambre trop froide, difficile à régler à notre convenance. Idem dans la salle à manger. La personne de l’accueil de l’après-midi, début de soirée est revêche, mal aimable, s’exprimant mal en anglais, ne comprenant pas tout… et en plus, Peu compréhensive quand on lui signale une infiltration d’eau (due à un tres fort orage) dans notre chambre qu’elle me veut pas éponger, me demandant de le faire (car pas de personnel) Un comble !

Sauberkeit in den Zimmern. Es waren Armeisen in dem Zimmer und ein Blutfleck auf dem Bettcover und ein weiterer Fleck am Bettlacken!

Forfærdelig modtagelse ! Da vi ankommer kl 10.30, direkte fra lufthavnen, kan vi ikke få hjælp til hverken mad eller drikke. “Poolbaren åbner kl 11.30” det gjorde den ikke ! Vi gik fra hotellet kl 11.15, uden at poolbaren var åben. Vi bad om hjælp til bordbestilling, eftersom vi ikke taler spansk. Det kunne ikke lade sig gøre - I kan selv ringe dertil. Vi endte med at spise i restauranten. Spaghetti carbonara, hvor guancale var meget brændt. Retten blev ændret, men burde aldrig have været serveret. Betjeningen var sød og venlig, men langsom. Vores værelser lå direkte ovenpå restauranten, med dertilhørende larm fra morgenmaden og grim lugt fra myggelys, hvilket umuliggjorde ophold på altanen. Netop altanen var den primære grund til at vi valgte netop dette hotel.

The hotel had old school charm with largely modern facilities - The pool is large set amongst fragrant pine trees and beautifully clean. The pool bar improved this year with better facilities and menu and the Staff were always friendly - the restaurant has improved also since last year with a more consistent quality but always delivered brilliantly by Daniel ,Diana , Carmen and Marc ( not meant to exclude anyone I cannot remember) a quiet tranquil summer night on the restaurant terrace here is something we will badly miss and always come back for

The TV reception wasnt great but the spectacular views from the balcony more than made up for it , I think the balconies are big enough to have maybe a reclining chair but the sofas are a welcome addition this year - one final thing , I am not precious but given we have returned every year four 4 years and had five visits I would have hoped the reception system could have recognised us and promoted Rochio to “welcome us back ?”

Reservamos una suite esperando tener una de las mejores vistas del hotel, pero nos asignaron la primera planta. La vista estaba tapada por árboles y solo se veía un trozo reducido de mar a la derecha (mientras vimos que a clientes con habitación doble estándar les daban una 3ª planta con vistas muy superiores). Además, la experiencia no correspondió en absoluto al nivel de una suite: Descanso: La cama era sumamente incómoda, de muelles viejos que hacían muchísimo ruido a la mínima que te movías, impidiendo descansar. Detalles: No dejaron ningún tipo de amenities en el baño (ni siquiera cepillo de dientes). Ambiente: En el bar de la piscina el personal estuvo gritando constantemente, por lo que fue imposible relajarse. Desayuno: Muy deficiente. Pedimos el brioche con salmón y nos sirvieron una rebanada de pan de molde común con un salmón de muy baja calidad y sin sabor. En definitiva, la suite decepciona enormemente en relación calidad-precio; da la sensación de que merece más la pena pagar por las habitaciones más económicas.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, die Aussicht zum Meer ist spektakulär. schönes großzügiges und angenehm helles Zimmer. Der Swimmingpool liegt in einem Pinien Garten und ist mit Sicht auf das Meer, sehr entspannt und ruhig.

No bathroom amenities in the rooms, ie cotton pads, shower hair cap, decor was sparse in the rooms.

Lage, Ausblick aufs Meer, Zimmergröße, Sofa auf dem Balkon, Frühstück, Abendessen und Speisenauswahl, Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, v.a. auch im Restaurant, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Poolbereich und Poolbar, Parkanlage, Ruhe, Sonnenuntergänge - besser geht es kaum, wir fühlen uns immer sehr, sehr wohl und bestens untergebracht. Es ist traumhaft.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Die Speisekarten sind sehr abgegriffen, das Papier ist fleckig und teilweise eingerissen. Das ist schade und dem hohen Standard des Hauses nicht angemessen. Einfach 1x/ Woche alles neu ausdrucken bzw. die schmutzigen Blätter austauschen, und alles wäre "fein".

Der traumhaft schöne Ausblick mit Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang.

Tout! Chambre supérieure avec vue sur mer: magnifique surprise: une grande terrasse exterieure avec salon, lit d extérieur avec coque, et surtout une vue à couper le souffle!!!! Chambre magnifique, grande salle de bain parfaitement équipée, propreté irréprochable comme le service d étage. Literie parfaite. Accueil extrêmement souriant et professionnel. Petit déjeuner en terrasse avec vue sur mer: vraiment exceptionnel, jus fraîchement pressés, mets en abondance sucrés et salés de grande qualité, on pouvait également commander un breakfast cuisiné personnalisé. Personnel très classe, discret et très souriant, aux petits soins, tres bien organisé rien n est laissé au hasard. Extérieurs: nature, roches, végétation, on peut y faire une petite balade, mirador en pierres...tout ça rien que pour les résidents ! Idem pour la piscine, vue sur mer, bar etc...grand parking extérieur. Décoration intérieure de l hôtel juste magnifique avec de vraies œuvres d art..

Die Lage etwas außerhalb von Valldemossa ist wunderschön und ruhig, mit einer großartigen Aussicht – sofern man tatsächlich den gebuchten Meerblick erhält. Der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen; es waren immer ausreichend freie Liegen vorhanden und es wirkte nie überfüllt. Etwas ungewöhnlich fanden wir lediglich, dass die Poolbar erst um 12 Uhr öffnet. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war ausgesprochen bequem, die Dusche riesig und wirklich toll. Auch der große Balkon mit der sehr bequemen Chilling-Couch hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Das Badezimmer war für meinen Geschmack etwas dunkel, insbesondere als Kontaktlinsenträgerin. Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung – ein normales, solides Hotelfrühstück, ohne dass es dabei etwas besonders hervorzuheben oder zu beanstanden gab.

Wir hatten das Hotel über ein Jahr im Voraus ausschließlich wegen der totalen Sonnenfinsternis gebucht; am ersten Tag, an dem eine Buchung möglich war. Unser Superior-Zimmer mit Meerblick wurde mit vollständig freiem Meerblick dargestellt. Tatsächlich bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Felsen und Bäumen vor dem Balkon; der für die Sonnenfinsternis entscheidende Blick war versperrt.Viel schlimmer als das Zimmer war jedoch der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption reagierte ausgesprochen unfreundlich, aggressiv und herablassend. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Bedauern, keinerlei Versuch, eine Lösung anzubieten. Stattdessen erklärte sie uns, andere Gäste hätten „viel Geld bezahlt“ und vermittelte uns damit tatsächlich, unsere knapp 800 € für zwei Nächte seien offenbar nicht genug. Wir hatten den Preis bezahlt, zu dem das Hotel am ersten möglichen Buchungstag angeboten wurde. Einen Gast wegen des gezahlten Zimmerpreises derart herabzusetzen, ist völlig inakzeptabel. Dass man die Sonnenfinsternis vom Pool aus gut beobachten konnte, mussten wir später selbst herausfinden. Ein einfacher Hinweis der Mitarbeiterin hätte die Situation zumindest teilweise entschärft. Stattdessen hat ihr Verhalten ein Ereignis, für das wir diese Reise über ein Jahr geplant hatten, erheblich überschattet. Besonders enttäuschend: Noch während unseres Aufenthalts wandten wir uns schriftlich an die Hoteldirektion und baten ausdrücklich um eine Klärung vor Ort. Bis zu unserer Abreise erfolgte keinerlei Reaktion. Das Hotel selbst ist wahrscheinlich durchaus gut. Aber eine einzige derart unprofessionelle und respektlose Mitarbeiterin kann den Eindruck eines gesamten Aufenthalts ruinieren – genau das ist hier passiert.

De locatie is prachtig

Schimmel en bruine randen in de douche. Ook werkte de regen douche van kamer 202 niet omdat er te weinig druk op het water zat.

Vi har varit här nästan varje sommar sedan 2019 och det är ett fantastiskt litet hotell. En pärla! De gör små förbättringar varje år och 2026 har de rustat parken med bättre belysning och flera fina sittgrupper.

Hotel Continental har tyvärr aldrig haft ett bra kök och det är det enda som saknas här. Det finns gott om bra restauranger i närheten, men med Continetals fenomenala terass och utsikt, skulle man kunna tävla i världsklass.

Es un hotel precioso , solo que para el precio por lo menos debería incluir el desayuno, y plantear posibilidad de media pensión o completa ya que está apartado y necesitas coche. Las vistas son inmejorables, el personal en general muy atento y educado. Desayuno muy bueno.

Unbeatable location with stunning sunset views. Our junior suite was very spacious, updated furniture and nice bathroom. Great balcony with amazing view. Hotel grounds were also nice.

Communication with staff could be better - after leaving hotel we had to call to ask about lost item and they didnt pick up any of our calls, finally managed to contact them via booking chat

Расположение только доя людей с машиной, но в 4 км на машине можно поехать в город парковка стоит копейки и там потусить в ресторанах, погулять и вернуться назад в тишину. Это очень спокойное место. Отсюда удобно начинать путь к знаменитому серпантину

The hotel was fantastic. The views were truly beautiful, and the hotel made sure that there are plenty of spots to enjoy, especially the sunset. The staff were also very professional and cordial always. We also liked that the parking was free.

Would have been nice if breakfast was already free for the price, especially since the breakfast options were not wide. Even the fresh cooked brekafast meals were not that great. Also, drinking water was only available for the first day.

Great views of the ocean, pool facilities were great, rooms are nice and spacious, airconditioning worked very well in the hot summer, nice balcony to look out onto the ocean with a couch outside.

Przepiękny pokój z niesamowitym widokiem na morze. Hotel położony w cichym i spokojnym miejscu, idealnym na relaks. Pyszne śniadania, bardzo miły i uprzejmy personel. Przystanek autobusowy przy samym hotelu (łatwy dojazd do pobliskich miasteczek i Palmy) :)

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und speziell Ismail hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Die Anlage ist traumhaft idyllisch und das Frühstück perfekt!

Ontbijt is fantastisch: er is zowel een buffet en je kunt ook a la carte bestellen. De detox juice en brioche met zalm en avocado zijn superb. De kamers zijn superluxe met fenomenaal uitzicht! Het zwembad is heerlijk, met een goede snackbar. Het personeel maakt het verblijf echt top!!! Het kan niet beter!!! Vorig jaar vonden we het zo geweldig dat we dit jaar terug zijn gekomen. Volgend jaar misschien wel weer, tenzij we niet naar Mallorca gaan ;)

The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, the location was good, there was no parking problem, and the air conditioning and hot water system worked perfectly.

There are tiny ants in the rooms (even though I'm on the 5th floor). There were ants crawling among the breakfast items in the kitchen too.

Pogled iz apartmana je zaista neprocjenjiv i jedan je od glavnih razloga zbog kojih bih se ponovo vratio. Sobe su veoma prostrane, odlično uređene i opremljene sa svim što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Krevet je izuzetno udoban, posteljina kvalitetna, klima radi besprijekorno, a veliki TV ima pristup Netflixu i lokalnim kanalima. Iako hotel nije nov, vidi se da se odlično održava i da se vodi računa o svakom detalju. Bazen okružen prirodnim hladom je prelijep, a tu su i besplatan parking te mala teretana. Doručak je korektan i hrane ima dovoljno, ali izbor nije naročito velik pa tokom dužeg boravka može postati jednoličan. Najveće prednosti hotela su mirna lokacija, spektakularan pogled, veliki i odlično opremljeni apartmani te prekrasan bazen. Jedini ozbiljniji nedostatak je skromniji doručak i manjak dodatnih sadržaja koje nude veći hotelski kompleksi.

Found a pair of men's underwear from a previous guest when we checked into our room. Stained towels weren't great either. Would have expected better from a hotel that cost over £250 a night.

Large spacious and clean rooms with an amazing view over the water. Staff were friendly and pool area was lovely and comfortable.

We were staying on the top floor and there was a loud buzzing / vibrating sound that was constant throughout the night. This was due to the A/C on the roof of the hotel and nothing could be done to fix it. If you are a light sleeper, this would not be for you. Beds also very firm.

Hotel sam w sobie super, także jego lokalizacja i przepiękne widoki. Obsługa przemiła i bardzo pomocna 👍 pokój przerósł nasze oczekiwania, był bardzo duży, czysty z ogromnym łóżkiem i łazienką. Mieliśmy przepiękne widoki z balkonu. Rozczulił nas koszyk wiklinowy (przepiękny) z ręcznikami na plaże. Także przestronny parking i otoczenie hotelu zasługują na wielki plus. Hotel ma w sobie coś elitarnego i tak się tam czuliśmy - wyjątkowo i luksusowo 👌🤩 jest to super miejsce dla pary na wypady wakacyjne, wycieczkowe np do Valldemosa, Soler i Palmy 👌 śniadania bardzo smaczne, lokalne połączone z kontynentalnym. Ogólna nasza ocena: FANTASTYCZNIE 👍🤩 Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócimy na Majorkę, na pewno zawitamy do Hotelu Bordoy Continental 🤩👍

It was a beautiful hotel nested in the mountain with a stunning ocean view. The room was beautiful, roomy and the king size bed faced the incredible view. The hotel was perfectly located between Valldemossa and Deià. Pool was also located with a stunning ocean view. The breakfast was included and had a nice selection. Staff excellent

The hotel itself is beautiful. The location, the views and the staff are all excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. The dinner was honestly among the worst meals I’ve had in many years. The salmon was served with what tasted like old peas and green beans piled on the plate, together with dry, mealy potatoes

La tranquillité des lieux et du site.

Barrière de la langue,le français est peu pratiqué au niveau du personnel. Ayant fait deux réservations sur deux sites différents avec une catégorie différente,nous avons dû changer de chambre en milieu de séjour,avec la rigueur du transfert concernant les heures.Au moment de la réservation j’avais signalé le fait de ne pas changer de chambre,mais il n’en a pas été tenu compte.

El hotel es una joya en una ubicación perfecta para estar conectado en la zona de Valldemossa, Deia, Soller … las fotos no le hacen justicia a la propiedad , ni a las vistas del hotel.

A pesar de que el personal en general es excelente los sentí un poco desarticulados. El desayuno esta muy bien pero podría ser wow!!

Spacious room

Schone en ruime kamers met goed werkende airco. Uitstekend ontbijt. In de omgeving genoeg te zien en te doen.

The front staff is incredibly helpful! The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, with panoramic views of the mountains and the famous Soller church. I appreciate that you can pay for parking, as the public lots are not available for tourists/non-locals overnight.

The rooms were a little dated, but it was clean!

Det var et meget stort værelse med en fremragende udsigt. Det bedste af sin art vi har haft. Såvel morgenbuffet som aftensmad var glimrende og vi spiste de fleste aftener på hotellet. Personalet på hotellet var meget imødekommende og serviceminded.

Sengene var meget hårde. De hjalp, at der blev lagt en ekstra topmadras på, men det kunne først ske på anden dagen, så vi sov dårligt første nat. Prisen var i overkanten, men det var også en fremragende hotel og udsigt.
