Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Centrale ligging, mooi oud pand aan de buitenkant, binnenkant is gemoderniseerd. Prachtig groot dakterras, deels met schaduwdoeken.
Waterdruk is laag, bad is enigszins oud en aan vervanging toe, krijgt maar 1 sleutel, wat soms lastig is als je met meerdere personen bent (zeker omdat de voordeur niet in het slot valt). Dakterras is op een andere verdieping, gedeeld met andere appartementen en wat vervallen. In het gehele dorp is alleen betaald parkeren

Lack of tissues (no kleenex). Missing some top bedsheets on each of the 4 beds. Had to use the bottom sheets of the 2 extra beds as luckily we were only 2 people to stay there.

Les ustensiles de cuisine sont limités. La luminosité des éclairages est médiocre dans l'appartement. Le double lit simple à la place d'un lit double n'est pas confortable.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026El apartamento es cómodo, espacioso y está limpio. Bien ubicado.
Lo peor las camas, son malísimas dolor de espalda seguro por que se hunden y estás curvado continuamente. Luego está el aparcamiento es horrible, si lo dejas en zona azul, obligatoriamente tienes que madrugar para que no te multen, no hay aparcamiento gratuito cerca. No es un sitio para una estancia superior a 1-2 días si te gusta la playa ya que te obliga a desplazarte mucho ya que lo más cercano es de difícil acceso con coche y olvídate de aparcar "GRATIS" si no vas antes de las 10. La entrada y la salida están muy mal, no se puede tener la entrada a las 16-17h ya que como yo, que llegue a las 8am después de toda la noche viajando, tuve que estar todo el día haciendo cosas para no perder el día y alojarme a última hora de la tarde y la salida tienes que salir corriendo a las 10am y estar todo el día dando vueltas hasta el vuelo de las 20h. Cuando lo normal es a las 12h y como cortesía las 14.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Great location in the centre of the village. The apartment is spacious for two with a bedroom and living room. It would also be good for a longer stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The air-conditioning worked efficiently.
The fridge had a bad smell whenever it was opened. I found the policy about removing your own rubbish inappropriate in this price range. The rubbish disposal in the village is not simple -- different rubbish types on different days and I don't see how to get rid of the rubbish appropriately on Check-out day. We found a way because we didn't want to discover if the 90 EUR fee (!!) would really be applied. At this price I would expect the cleaning staff to take the rubbish and dispose of it.

Booked a room for adults with a kid, only after I was informed that the kid would get a crib and not a bed (even when I specified in booking the kid was older). Very sketchy behaviour before checkin, sending weird links, spamming my inbox AND calling me repeatedly. I followed the instructions they had on their separate page and then I had more spam saying I also need to do other things that weren’t mentioned. Also giving us a cleaning checklist or else you’ll pay 90 euro - first time I see something like this on booking. While we were there it was fine but every single interaction with the property was a nightmare.

The late check in. We had a bit of a wait after arriving in Valldemossa at lunchtime. If there was a facility to leave your bags at the property it would make things a lot easier.

La mancanza di piccole cose che renderebbero la struttura perfetta. Ad esempio, per il turista che rimane pochi giorni e non vuole x forza pranzare/cenare fuori trovare nell'appartamento il necessario per poter condire un'insalata. Senza dover ricorrere al supermarket x olio,aceto,sale e pepe che sono la base x qualsiasi piatto. Delle capsule x il caffè, dello zucchero. Così che non si debba per forza acquistare confezioni delle quali poi non ne fai niente se non lasciarli in appartamento.

Sehr Fußkalt im März. Keine große Couch trotz genügend Platz vorhanden. Nicht wirklich scharfe Messer zum kochen da. Spülmaschine hinterlässt das Geschirr dreckig, kein Schwamm zum Abwaschen - Basics fehlen. Schimmel im Schlafzimmer, lässt sich bei den alten Häusern wahrscheinlich nicht verhindern.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025I've stayed here previously on two occasions and it's excellent for my needs. The facilities gave me the freedom to cook for myself or dine out and the washing machine was a bonus after walking through the mountains for3 days.
Just one unfortunate event! There were no towels! Luckily I had a small towel of my own. I could mark them down for this as I really like this place and will stay again.

Vířivá vana funguje jen částečně, polovina trysek nejede, asi by chtělo opravit...ale i tak fajn relax po tůře.

Crockery, glasses and cutlery were a hotch potch of different sets. Pots, cookware and oven trays were not all clean and required rewashing before use. Some dirty cutlery, ie unwashed, was left in the dishwasher. The two beds were comfortable but had plastic over the mattress which was not pleasant. The other three properties that I stayed in in Mallorca seemed to manage to protect mattresses without using such a basic approach. Jacuzzi bath when filled with water dropped down from sealant round the wall and dirty water emerged onto bathroom floor.

I know it was a very busy time but it was a quick clean up between the people before me and me. It wasn’t super clean but was ok. Just saying. There was no hot water at 7am on the morning I was trying to shower and get out. That needs to be fixed.

Die Betten sind durchgelegen und daher extrem unbequem. Das Besteck ist dreckig und es gibt weder Spülmittel noch Spülmaschinentabs. Die Handtücher sind dreckig und die Badezimmertür schließt nicht richtig. Die Spülung der Toilette stoppt nicht korrekt.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und groß, eigentlich alles vorhanden und zentral gelegen. Die Einrichtung und Einbauschränke sind hochwertig, die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Ein Wasserkocher wäre praktisch. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt, also ist es schon recht laut. Aber dann natürlich auch alles um die Ecke. Die Dachterrasse wirkt etwas ungepflegt. Parken ist in Valldemossa ziemlich tricki und bei Parkverstößen werden saftige 80 € fällig!!!

Habe mit meiner Tante dort einen wunderschoenen Urlaub gehabt. Die Wohnung ist super gross, klimatisiert und es ist alles vorhanden. Meine Sorge wegen Parkplatz war unbegruendet. es befanden sich genuegend Parkplaetze dort in der Umgebung. Unkomplizierte Schluesseluebergabe, sehr netter Kontakt .alles fein! 11 von 10!
Die Dachterrasse koennte man vielleicht etwas liebevoller gestalten, die Lage ist naemlich wunderschoen und man kann dort abends schoen sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das ist aber auch das einzige.

No esta limpio y además faltan utensilios básicos para la cocina, no hay un paño de cocina para poder secarte las manos, ni tijeras, no hay aceite, ni papel de aluminio, ni Servilletas, cosas básicas para poder darle utilidad a la cocina. Las camas no son muy cómodas, ya que son de muelles. Y por último, no cambian las toallas de baño, aunque las dejes en la ducha. Hemos estado 4 días con las mismas toallas.

The accommodation is superb, the amount of space and the quality of the furnishings is 2nd to none. This is one of the prettiest villages we have ever been to and this apartment is one of the best.
