Wonderful breakfast.

Modern and clean .

The cobblestone on the road to the hotel was terrible. Literally was hurting our backs. That’s the only thing I didn’t like in the hotel.

the location, pool, beach areas, breakafast, rooms are in very good condition and bathroom is out of this world

We just returned home from our second trip to the W in 2 months. The new Alune (old woo bar) is an amazing addition to an already perfect holiday destination.

I stay at the W each time I go to Seminyak. We always stay in a pool villa so that we can have down time. On the beach, great facilities, fun, great staff, great food, nice pool, big beautiful rooms, best spa, and close to all my favourite restaurants and shops.

Our stay at W Bali – Seminyak was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I confirmed our booking, the team reached out with information about the hotel, its services and the different options available to us. When I mentioned that we were coming to celebrate my husband’s birthday, the level of care and attention was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, staff knew our names and somehow made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel. What impressed me even more was realising that this wasn’t unique to us. Everywhere you looked, staff were smiling, engaging with guests, remembering names and genuinely taking an interest in people. It never felt scripted or transactional. There is a warmth to the service here that is very difficult to teach. A very special shoutout has to go to Silvia and Winda, who played such a big part in making our stay so perfect. Being vegetarian can sometimes make hotel dining feel limiting, but Winda made sure that was never the case. Every morning at breakfast she would check in with me, ask what I felt like eating and organise whatever she could. She discovered that I loved mangosteens and then made sure I had my little “dose” of mangosteen every morning! It was such a simple thing, but incredibly thoughtful. At dinner, she also made sure Sam and I were so well looked after. If we asked whether something could be adapted or made differently, the chefs genuinely tried to accommodate us. There was none of the usual “what is on the menu is what we can do” attitude. Instead, the feeling was always, let us see what we can do for you. That willingness alone says so much about the culture of this hotel. Nanda also went completely out of his way to find jackfruit for us. Again, something that might sound small, but it was another example of staff actually listening to what guests say and then making an effort to create a memorable experience.

Breakfast was good with a great variety and tasty, staff were excellent happy and nothing was too much for them to do, they went overboard never experienced anywhere else in my travels around the world.

The beach in front of the hotel needs to be cleaned of all the plastic being washed into the Ocean

Food at both the buffet breakfast & room service for the couple of dinners we had in house were exceptional! The pool in the villa was beautiful & the staff for fantastic & so friendly.

Nothing we didn't actually like. They treated us so well on our honeymoon & we are both so happy we decided to stay here. They made our trip that much more special & we cant wait to go back.

Net en schoon hotel met uitstekende service. Het personeel doet er alles aan om je in de watten te leggen. Het mooie zwembad met comfortabele ligbedden is een pluspunt.

Het hotel voelt hier en daar wel wat gedateerd aan. Daarnaast waren er werkzaamheden bij het zwembad, waar we vooraf niet over waren geïnformeerd. Dat was jammer.

The Villa's were incredible, great size, beautiful pool, nice outdoors and indoor space. We didn't want to leave!

We liked staying in a villas style room that was still part of the hotel. We enjoyed going around in the buggies and the overall sunset vibe at the pool area was lovely

At times the service at breakfast was a bit over the top, couldn’t relax and enjoy without being asked every few minutes if we need anything. In saying that, staff were fantastic.

I have small issue about check out it was to early.

Perfect location in the heart of Seminyak walk to all restaurants. The staff are delightful and very attentive. Have been here many times and highly recommend. We always stay in the pool villas which also highly recommend.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained.

The check-in process was incredibly slow, and the balcony sealant is not as expected. The waves can be heard from the room at all times.

Everything! Mostly the staff and the fact that I never wanted to leave the resort. I actually really loved sitting on the deck and watching the waves crash in the ocean as well as the sunset.

I recently stayed at W Bali and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, specially the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend W Bali for anyone looking for a quality stay!

Restaurants were amazing

The food was great and reasonably priced to compete with outside restaurants. The sunset by the beach and pool was brilliant even with some construction.

The gym is too small and needs more equipment. It was really popular in the mornings and it made it hard to have a workout as many people wanted to be in there. The people attracted to this hotel are into health and well being so it isn't surprising the gym is in such high demand.

My daughters and I have been to Bali 12 times now staying all over the island and at many 5 star resorts and villas. W was by far our favourite and we will be returning again soon.

We loved everything! We had 2 villas and found them to be exceptional. The staff went above and beyond for us and one in particular made our week. Yuma down at the wet deck looked after us like we were family.

Excelente localização, em que se consegue ir a pé pela praia para Canggu, fiquei hospedada nas Vilas e sao maravilhosas, o staff superdelicado e prestativo.

só nao dou 10 por causa do SPA, apesar de a resposta das funcionarias do SPA ter sido que o SPA foi feito de acordo com o conceito do W, mais parece um acrescento do ginasio, as massagens sao demasiado caras para a qualidade das mesmas, o serviço muito frio de bem-vindas e da zona de repouso, assim como as condiçoes do SPA

Everything was excellent

I am so sad to leave the hotel, the level of customer service here is immaculate, my friends and I were highly impressed. This hotel needs to be the reference point for all other hotels. I could write so many amazing things about the W Bali. The food, the cleanliness, the convenience.. just superb!

We had a lovely pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are super kind and welcoming. Room service was exceptional !! Every time we asked for extra amenities they were kindly responsive. The hotel has a restaurant with a sea view and nice breakfast buffet. Absolutely recommended place.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking ocean views and beautiful swimming pools. Every team member was cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests had a wonderful experience. Absolutely Amazing.

Loved everything about this hotel. The room, Staff, food, location, service, all amenities were excellent!

Food was terrible. Had room service. Didn’t think you could stuff up a club sandwich but was inedible. Did Sunday all you can eat lunch. Quality was poor. Food didn’t taste fresh and/or not good quality
