Pool areas lovely, quiet and peaceful at the main rear one. Breakfast excellent, good variety and quality. Restaurants plentiful. Staff excellent.

Our prestige room on ground floor opposite bar with Boom Boom music all day and too much foot tr affic passing by. Not the ambience we wanted. Have been before in Deluxe room on higher floor, perfect.

Great location and if you want a good room, look at the Garden Room. We had a cabana which came with two free cocktails. Three snack dishes and two large coconut water.

The renovations of the resort are beautiful. Big kids club, babysitting service, best breakfast, 3 pools.

Location was perfect and near a lot of the day and night life activities. Facilities at the hotel were also great including the excellent service and friendly staff.

That is didn’t have direct beach front view or access and the noise of the bikes/scooters so close to our room late at night. So just the rooms being so close to the road does lead to some noise disturbance.

Resort superbe, bien placée dans Seminyak, facilitès complètes, 3 belles piscines, grande chambre et terrasse, espaces propres, bon choix de chaines TV et de Wifi. Petit dejeuner parfait. Bon service dans l ' ensemble. Resort recommandé.

the front desk staff so helpful specially for mr aditya, i left my laptop on the plane and i just realize it at midnight , he help me to contact the airline , the airport and finally he found it after contact his friend who work at the airport and give me the macbook ontime in the morning because i have an important meeting, he was so helpful and very responsible. i am so thankful to him , he is such a very good staff and kind heart, so big effort he put on to help me got this laptop and he ask me just go to rest and leave everthing for him, all will be solved, because he knew how important this laptop for me, thank you so much mr aditya, wish you have a great and successful carier for the future, you are amazing

this hotel quite old and the stuff need to change

the hotel was great, staff went above and beyond, great food and facilities. the area was vibrant and safe, i could walk to the beach and other places.

We had a wonderful stay at Montigo Resorts Seminyak. The location is excellent, the hotel is comfortable and well maintained, but what really made our experience special was the staff. The team in every department was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. From the reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and other hotel services, everyone was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their kindness, attention, and willingness to help made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire Montigo team for making our stay so enjoyable. The excellent service and wonderful staff are definitely one of the main reasons we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We stayed at three different hotels during our Bali vacation, and Montigo Resorts was easily our absolute favourite. The rooms were super spacious, so we had plenty of room to stretch out. The breakfast buffet was awesome too—heaps of variety and everything tasted great. It’s also an amazing spot if you have children. Our kids had a blast at the kids' club and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this place if you're heading to Bali!

The staff were extra helpful.. I was travelling on my own, so would end up getting in from dinner earlier than my bed time.. my TV wasn't a "smart" TV so couldn't use it to hook onto my streaming devices. When I mentioned this, they swapped my TV over to a newer model.. now that's service.. 🙏🙏

My particular room type was completely open.. would have preferred the toilet to be seperate/closed off for added privacy if I was sharing. Room type Montigo garden suite

This is our second time staying at Montigo Resorts and was another amazing stay. The staff are so attentive and friendly, my partner got sick and the staff had noticed they hadn't seen us that day and called our room to check we was ok - they sent some fresh fruit to the room also for us to eat once we was feeling better. There are plenty of pools to choose from and the rooms are clean and well presented.

The only issue i had with the room is that there was no door on the toilet meaning no privacy when going to the bathroom. This was not a major issue though.

Absolutely loved my stay at Montigo Resorts Seminyak! The resort is absolutely stunning and in such a great location. The rooms were incredibly clean, modern, beautifully presented and so spacious — even better than I expected. The facilities throughout the resort were amazing, and everything was kept to such a high standard. The staff were also exceptional — so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything. The inclusive breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options, and overall the entire experience was faultless. I felt so comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend Montigo Resorts Seminyak to anyone visiting Bali. Such a beautiful resort and an amazing experience from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breakkie buffet was absolutely delicious! Great variety! Staff were amazing super friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy - firm but not hard. Swimming pool was clean and good temperature.

Great breakfast options and great coffee. Room is wonderful with a view - good size for couple. Pool and gym are also amazing.

The room is a bit dated compared to the overall surrounding environment.

Location prime, spacious room & washroom. comfy bedding, thick bed, the pillows & duvet goose down meet my expectations. The breakfasts serves enough varieties but most importantly the hotel serves good quality food, homemade yogurts, fresh and crunchy nuts & granolas, generous fresh tropical fruits, The pastries and sourdough breads are good better than other 5*hotels in Nusa Dua. The staff are friendly & amicable.

No options for black tea selection. Like earl grey or English breakfast. The water supply from shower abit salty.

With 3 pools to choose from, the onsite spa and restaurant, everything we needed was there. Let alone being in the heart of Seminyak where everything was a short walk away. Despite this, the rooms were quiet and it felt like being in an oasis. The staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was comfortable and kept spotlessly clean.

The pillows were not to my liking and it would be great to have some other pillow options. There was no way to call a waiter to the pool cabanas in the middle pool. Given the package we had came with a cabana and cocktails, snacks, water and coconuts, it would have been great to be able to order these directly from the cabana.

Great service, very prompt. Always given extra bottled water as we have a baby with us, ease of making her milk. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The toilets need a revamp, old and dated. The water doesnt feel nice to wash our mouth with when brushing teeth so we literally had to gargle with bottled water.

Location was great and along with superb rooms and excellent staff we would highly recommend this resort.

Walking distance to restaurants and staff were fabulous.

The proximity to beach, shops and restaurants. Massage was great though a bit expensive.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite located on the first floor. Beds were very comfy and it was very spacious. Some aspects were slightly dated e.g. some stains on the sofa and rug, one of the toilets had a drip which they did try to fix. But overall these were minor issues. The breakfasts were great, the choice of swimming pools really nice and nice to have a kids club. Overall the resort is really well maintained with beautiful gardens. We also loved the location with cafes, restaurants and markets all withing walking distance.

Not much to suggest other than that the it would have been nice if the kids club included some free activities rather than having to pay extra for activities like painting or play-do.
