The location was amazing, it was just opposite circle K and The Iron Fairies. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't get an opportunity to use the facilities but they have 2 swimming pools.

The phone in my room is a little old, I had to reset it a few times to actually make a call to reception. The jacuzzi on the rooftop pools looks a little murky.

Excellent view ans facilities

Les piscines sont vraiment très agréables, celles du bas est immense et calme, pour se poser au calme ou nager. Celle du rooftop est idéale en soirée avec un verre pour bronzer. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec un lit plus large que long! Matelas et oreillers super confortables ! Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire, il y a de tout, pour tous les goûts, cuisine du monde, du salé du sucré du chaud du froid, des fruits, légumes viandes, oeufs... Ils préparent les oeufs comme vous le souhaitez, des pancakes tout chauds. Bref il y a tout.

Certains clients parfois peu discrets dans les couloirs qui résonnent...

Value for money it was excellent, however, this was reflected in the hotel being very much in need of an overhaul. .Especially the roof top.Most areas very tired looking. Breakfast not good value for money and very cafeteria like. I hope they do get around to upgrading this hotel...Happy to pay a bit more 🙏

Only the bed

Terrible experience — definitely not recommended. First of all, I booked a Twin Room but was given a King Bed instead. Check-in was also delayed, which was already a bad start. The bathroom is very old and seriously needs maintenance, especially the bathtub. The Wi-Fi is extremely weak and almost unusable. The elevators are also very old, and they are placed in random corners of the hotel, so you sometimes have to walk a ridiculously long distance just to find one. But the worst part was at check-out. They accused us of taking a beer from the minibar and actually tried to make us pay for it. We are Muslims and we don’t drink alcohol at all, so being accused of something like this was completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful. The ONLY good things about this hotel are the location and the comfortable bed. That’s literally it. If you’re staying in this area, do yourself a favor and book another hotel. This place is absolutely not worth it.

Stayed 8 days, staff are very freindly, Breakfast options in the morning were great, pool front rooms were great. Overall great place to relax.

La piscine sur le toit est petite, et la terrasse est très abîmé. Des clous sortent du bois. La piscine du bas est très mal exposé, il n'y a du soleil que 1h par jour. Notre première chambre donnait sur un mur et sentait très mauvais l'humidité. Le petit déjeuner est riche mais tout ce qui est pain viennoiserie ne sont pas bonnes. Mauvais goût. Mauvaise qualité. Une boîte de nuit est mitoyenne, ça vibre et mon entend la bass toute la nuit. Nous avons très mal dormi. A 9h ça sonne à la porte pour faire la chambre... La pression de l'eau chaude passe de chaud a froid dans la douche. Attention ça brûle ... L'hôtel est abimé, ça sent l'essence dans les couloirs. Bref loin d'un 5*.

Not worthy of its 5 star rating. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and very run down. To make matters worse, a nearby nightclub blasted loud music until 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness, condition of the property, and overall experience. Would not stay here again. Disappointed with booking.com giving this a 5 star rating 😕

Comfortable large bed clean room

Hot water wasn't working properly Club next door so quite loud all night if your a light sleeper

Room was very dated, beds squeaky, towels did not feel clean, very hard to work out the shower.

Perfect location, the staff were very nice and do the best massages.

The only thing I didn’t like was the 2 beds we had squeaked every time we moved. My only complaint for this hotel.

We stayed here for 6 nights and was our first trip to Bali. The hotel is really lovely and the staff are excellent throughout the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, so lots for everyone to try. The rooms are a little dated, although kept clean and could do with a lick of paint in some areas. The beds are really comfortable though, so we did get a really good night's sleep for the whole duration. The bathroom however would be the only gripe we would have. To get into the shower there is a large part of the bath that is quite wide and awkward to get in and out of. I would not recommend for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues, they would really struggle. We are in our 60's and managed but it was quite hard to do each day. The hotel has 2 pools, a smaller one on the roof top but a lager pool downstairs. Both very nice, but for a good swim you need to be in the one downstairs. The other is more of a dip pool. Would definitely recommend the hotel though and would return. Thank you to all the staff.

Our experience closely reflected many of the recent reviews mentioning cleanliness, maintenance and breakfast. In hindsight, I placed too much emphasis on the attractive price and positive reviews. Positives: Friendly staff, comfortable bed, well-equipped gym, and a good location within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Moodest Café next door served great coffee and was an excellent breakfast alternative. Unfortunately, the hotel is clearly showing its age and lacks the level of maintenance and housekeeping we’d expect. Many of these issues may not be obvious during a short stay, but over eight nights they became a consistent part of our experience. The main issues were: * Poor housekeeping and cleanliness: mould and heavy limescale in the bathrooms, dirty mirrors and light fittings, floors that didn’t appear to be properly mopped, and after housekeeping the bathroom vanity still left a white towel brown when wiped. * Maintenance: damp-smelling wardrobe, constantly running toilet, wooden drying rack that stained our clothes, and a lounge missing back cushions with a sheet covering stained seat cushions. * Pool areas: the Superior Pool Access rooms—a key selling point in the listing photos—only receive direct sunlight until around 11.30 am due to the high surrounding walls. The decking around both pools needs maintenance, rooftop loungers were heavily stained, and there is no shade around the rooftop pool. * Breakfast: average for a Western diet, limited choice, and consistently slow. Having one person cook every egg order resulted in waits of 20+ minutes, and on several mornings the cook appeared inexperienced, leaving many guests frustrated. * Bar purchases couldn’t be charged to the room. While there are genuine positives, they were outweighed by the ongoing cleanliness, maintenance and guest experience issues, and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again

The gym doesn't open till 9am very annoying as by then its time to start your day .

The swimming pool was ok at first glance but there is a children’s slide and the entrance to the slide is dark and full of mould inside. Breakfast selection seemed ok, but quality was cheap and not worth eating. My daughter vomited from the breakfast, she ate a chocolate muffin and was sick for the rest of the day.

Room full of mould everywhere! No window, bathroom full of mould and the shower curtain was so dirty and full of mould we couldn’t shower. There’s an automatic aircon and no aircon remote, so you’re either freezing or there’s no electricity in the room. Having no window in the room was shocking. Children’s play room is filthy and old. Sunbeds next to the pool are full of stains. Honestly could never stay here again, one of the worst run down hotels I’ve ever stayed in and absolutely terrible if you have a small child- mould everywhere!

Location: Seminyak- 10-15 min walk to the beach, lots of bars and easy access to food and transport. Atmosphere: 30+ Rooms: Suite- No Complaints, very comfortable, could do with extra storage. Value: Good value for money. Cleanliness: daily room service available. Noise Level: Nil issues with noise. Service: Staff polite, unfortunately a wait for food and drinks by the downstairs pool as has to come from a different area. Amenities: 2 pools, gym and restaurant- hotel needs a bit of loving, as looking slightly tired in places… Good value for money though..!

The biggest disappointment during my stay was the bathroom. The bathtub and shower area are very old and covered with mold in many places. The shower fixtures are worn and poorly maintained, and the drain did not work properly, causing water to accumulate. The bathrooms urgently need renovation and much better maintenance. Another issue is that the hotel appears to be a popular destination for large tour groups, particularly from India. This resulted in significant overcrowding throughout the hotel, including the elevators, swimming pool, and restaurant. The large groups also created a considerable amount of noise, making it difficult at times to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Breakfast was acceptable and the dining area was clean, but the food selection was limited and became very crowded during peak hours. On a positive note, the staff were outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They deserve the highest rating for their excellent service and hospitality. The bed was large, comfortable, and clean, which made sleeping enjoyable. The hotel's location is also very good, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions in Seminyak. In terms of value for money, the hotel offers reasonable value because of its excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. However, the outdated moldy bathrooms and the overcrowding and noise significantly reduced the overall experience. The wonderful staff and great location are the hotel's strongest points, but the poor condition of the bathrooms and the constant overcrowding prevent me from giving a higher rating.

The maintenance & upkeep. There definitely needs some maintenance for example the decking around the lower pool was in desperate need of some tlc the handrail leading to the infinty pool wasn’t secure or safe. The sanitiser next to the lift on lower ground had mould on the top of it. I love the swim up bar but every time I ordered a drink the staff had to make it in side then it was served in class so it could not be drank in the pool which defeats the purpose and lastly I’m sure it’s not any issue for everybody but there was no bacon buffet breakfast had a beef bacon and chicken bacon which was nothing like real bacon.

I initially had some problems in my room. The shower head was squirting everywhere. They moved me to a new room, and it was too noisy, so I asked some of the staff to be moved back to the level that I was on. They thought this was funny and were sniggering and laughing to each other once I turned my back. This happened a few times, So I reported them to the Manager He was very apologetic and apologised for their behaviour and stated this is not what we do here. I have never had this problem in Bali before. The rooms were big and everything provided. I stayed on Level 3 which was up the back and very quiet.

It was a nice hotel and very reasonable price. Nice big room with a massive bed. There are 2 pools, one downstairs and One at the rooftop. One little thing they could improve is the water pressure, it is a little low. Would have been awesome if the water pressure was good. No need to bring adapter from Australia as there are sockets that cater for Aussie electrical equipment.
