Best Western Plus Service Inn & Suites

The front desk staff were awesome.

Pretty expensive.

Everything. The staff. The attention to detail. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Big rooms. Lots of comfortable towels.

Nothing.

My Hubby liked it. I left early for meetings so I never got to try out the complimentary breakfast.

Overall It was great

My husband and I were in Canada on a business trip, and when our trip was delayed by a day, we decided to stay in a hotel. Based on the reviews, I chose to give Best Western Plus a try — and unfortunately, it was a big mistake. As soon as I walked in, there was an unpleasant smell. We were eventually greeted by the front desk and given our room. The first thing I always do when I enter any hotel room is lift the sheets and check the linens. Right away, I could see the bedding had not been changed. The sheets and pillowcases had human hair all over them. I immediately went to the front desk to report it. When the supervisor came, her initial excuse was that it was a pet-friendly room and the hair could have been from a dog. I explained that it was clearly human hair and even showed her the video I took. She acknowledged it and offered to move us to a different room, but at that point, I was completely disgusted. If housekeeping left this room in that condition, I had no confidence the other rooms would be any better. We requested a refund and went to the hotel across the street, which was much cleaner, updated, and had no issues at all. I definitely do not recommend staying here. But if you do, make sure you thoroughly check the linens before settling into the room.

Nothing.

The so called manager David is unhelpful and unfriendly at all. The rooms are horrible. Do not recommend anyone to stay there.

My room was not ready for quite a long time and something got mixed up but the front desk employee on at the time He upgraded me to a King room which better suited my needs anyway . It was on Sept 4 around 4:30 ish Good Job !

Appreciate the Gluten Free options that are available. The coffee machine by the elevator is a treat.

Everything was great , Great breakfast

Great place to stay for a family.

The room was clean and comfortable.

We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub however there were swimming lessons taking place in the pool and the noise level was not relaxing.

Everything especially the real dishes, cutlery glasses

Lovely stay. Clean room; no issues at all. Pool is small but very nice; the kids enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the pool, hot tub and breakfast. There were some young adults loitering around the parking lot which made a few of us staying there nervous about our vehicles. I also felt like there were many using the pool who weren’t guests and it was incredibly busy so I couldn’t even enjoy the hot tub.

Big, clean, new, comfortable rooms.

Limited walking distance restaurants.

Wonderful

My 'go to' place to stay when in Lethbridge.

The location was great! In addition, the breakfast was excellent.

Very friendly front desk staff and very friendly staff in the breakfast area! The room and bathroom was clean. The kids liked the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was ok.

Ice machine next to our room was loud, the beds were creaking and the mattress uncomfortable.

It was a great place to stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast staff was amazing!

.

Generally the accommodation quite good for an overnight stop and included a very good breakfast. Would stay there again.

Nice place to stay in Lethbridge

.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean with crisp white bedding. Loved the blanket….had some weight and was warm without being hot. The shower had good water pressure. Bathroom was bright and clean. We loved the extras like coffee/hot chocolate machine on the main floor. Unfortunately the hot chocolate was either not working or out of product. The self serve breakfast was excellent with a very good variety. The girl who was looking after the breakfast was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.

There was a bed

Front desk lady cranky

Overall good stay and value

The staff were exceptional. They were knowlegable, efficient and friendly.

Hotel was in good condition. Staff was really friendly and had good amenities. The pool was on the small side but still fun. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and the specialty coffee and water station was really convenient.

Clean, modern, large room

The staff were kind and attentive. My issue was the room wasn’t cleaned well, and the charging ports in the room didn’t work. It’s not a bad place to stay just make sure to alert the staff with any issues as they are very helpful.

The staff was amazing. At check-in, i mentioned that it was our first anniversary and within 20 minutes they lady that had checked us in was at our door with a basket. In the basket there was a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and a card. It made our stay feel extra special. The breakfast had so many choices and the ladies kept it well stocked and clean. They were also super friendly. Our room was very nice and we didn't hear any noise from other guests even with a kids baseball team staying they. If we stay in Lethbridge again, this will be our first choice for a hotel.

Hot tub too small

Check in was smooth and easy. There was quite the line as it was a busy weekend but the staff was quick to jump in to ensure everyone was being checked in promptly. Staff was kind and eager to assist. The pool area was clean and fully stocked with towels. Rooms were clean spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and had something for everyone!! This will be our go to for Lethbridge now!

We traveled as a team of 11 year old boys and really appreciated staff's friendliness and organization.

The carpet could use a good cleaning.

Great stay!

Comfortable. Spacious room.

Good Room with decent bedding. Although the hallways and public areas were under renovation and messy.

Great staff. The room was clean and the beds comfy. Warm breakfast. Good fast food places near by.

This hotel is away from downtown and surrounded by other hotels. Not much to do walking from the hotel. The playpen we were given wouldn’t set up all the way. This is our third child so we’re well versed in them. One side wouldn’t stay locked.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Pool was small and hot tub was even smaller. The bigger challenge was - we arrived at 3:00pm and the room wasn't ready. We were told to come back at 4:00pm - came back at 4:00pm and it still wasn't ready.

This is the best pet friendly hotel that we stay at. They have the pet friendly rooms on the first floor so no intimidating elevators or flights of stairs. They also have 2 fenced, off leash dog runs that are kept clean and well maintained. The dog treat at check in is also nice.

A man was pounding on a door in hallway at 2:00 am for half an hour . The room doors are on spring close are are continually banging shut there were baseball teams there running up and down halls until after 11:00’nonsupervision couldn’t use pool it was packed all the time with kids and kids from other hotel-Hampshire next door I watched them come over in their bathing suits to use our pool all this was told to front desk with only a sorry response I will not book here again d sterling

I loved how friendly the staff was, how clean the hotel was. Will definitely be coming back

Breakfast staff was knowledgeable about celiac safe food, I appreciated that. The pool was very dirty, water not clear enough to see through.

It was a clean property and staff was helpful. Our room wasn’t cleaned once while we were there and I had to ask for new towels.

Quick stop for the night, hotel was a great choice!

Great stay. In for Baseball tournament and the volume at Breakfast was handled perfectly

Very clean and quiet

Fun pool for the kids

Good price for the hotel
