They Put the Family from Hell in the Room Next Door with Adjoining Door. Crazy noise from Midnight until 3.30 AM

The staff in this property go above and beyond for the guest . The rooms are very clean but try to get a higher floor room. The food at the buffet is amazing it’s worth it to do the all meals included option .

There’s not much to not like about this hotel . If there’s something you don’t like the staff will try their best to fix it for you. The staff in the lounge area need to be a bit more attentive I sat there twice and not one person approached me to offer a menu or anything, they would go to every other table. The night server did try to make it right but the next day they did the same thing . So I’m thinking it’s the day staff. Apart from that everyone else was phenomenal.

It’s my favourite place to stay. Everything ‘on point’ Especially the breakfast, big choice and they don’t charge for cafe latte, unlike some hotels who make you pay extra

I booked this because of the pool as it shows in booking. Com. But as soon as I paid the whole booking process and completed I got notification email that the pool is not operable I tried cancelling my booking but it won't allow me. And no one to contact to can't my booking. Phone number provided is not working. We ended up staying there and mesirable.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

However, it was disappointing that the pool was not available during our stay, especially since we were looking forward to using it. Overall, we still appreciated the pleasant service and good location.

The breakfast was amazing, I loved the spa treatment, the gym and the room. I didn't use the pool so when she said we couldn't use it I didn't realise it was under renovation for a long time. I think that could have been communicated better.

Location - close to the airport and right next to a mall. The buffet breakfast was out-of-this-world - amazing! I love that they had actual adjoining rooms!

The room's AC was kind of all over the place- it would get too cold, then too hot. Kind of hard to get perfect. And because of that, the comforters would feel damp, even though they weren't. Another type/fabric would be nice. We had adjoining rooms as requested, but the doors are heavy and way too hard to keep open. If they close, you have to get someone to come open them again.

バスターミナル（SMシティセブ）のすぐ裏なので、空港アクセスがとてもいいです。3食ビュッフェ付きのプランにしましたが、品数が多いので2泊3日でも飽きませんでした。スタッフの方は皆さん気持ちよく挨拶してくれました。

チェックインに時間がかかります。シャワーはぬるめです。客室のエアコンは温度が中央管理されています。スマートTVではありません。

The property doesn’t live up to its name anymore. I don’t mind the pool rennovation. But the cleanliness from their lobby couches, gym, to their room were bad. Couches in the lobby have stains, gym facilities were old and some are broken, only one treadmill was working. Our room view was great, however the smell of dust and aircon wasn’t great at all. Even we asked for housekeeping the next day, it still feels uncleaned. They didn’t change the pillow cases and the beddings, you’ll know since stains were still there. The curtains have stains too. The bathroom has slimes. They just arranged everything and then that’s it. It was actually our second stay in the hotel since we gave it a second chance from our not so good first stay. The breakfast spread was also okay, not really worth the price.

J’ai effectué le transfert en voiture Cebu / Moaboal grâce au service de l’hôtel 13000 PHP. Je n’ai pas apprécié l’insistance du chauffeur John afin que je lui donne un pourboire. Le pourboire est un acte volontaire du client en aucun cas une obligation, il est très impoli d’insister, cela donne l’impression de se faire racketter.

WALL THERMOSTATS ARE ONLY DECORATIONS - DO NOT RAISE OR LOWER ROOM TEMPERATURE. A cold room is more tolerable in the summer heat then rainy winter days. We are used to using the hair dryer to warm it up a little.

Direkter Zugang zur SM Mall. Entgegen meinen Erwartungen war das Restaurant abends sehr ruhig und angenehm. Personal hat mir meinen Wunsch von Ocean view & Kingsize Bett erfüllt. Frühstück ist unglaublich viel! Davon eher wenig Gemüse leider.

Es ist für mich alles zu krass runtergekühlt. Man muss sich langärmlig & -beinig anziehen für's Essen und obwohl ich die AC ausgeschaltet habe war es beim Zurückkommen wieder wie im Kühlschrank. Keinen guten Kaffee beim Frühstück und keine Sodas inbegriffen am Abend (ich hab extra für Sprudelwasser bezahlt). Wenig Früchte, obwohl die Märkte voll davon sind.

But before that when we arrived on our first day, staff were very friendly. Tanan sila, walai pili. We are here in Cebu for a doctor’s appointment for my youngest. So far, all in our favor. Praise God. Plus what is also worthwhile is our stay in Radisson Blu. All staff were amazingly friendly from Day 1 to our Day 3, though we a bit minor misunderstanding but the team was able to fix and resolved it. Today August 8 is our last day of stay here and it is my Husband Chris birthday, the Feria Family was so generous to sing a Happy Birthday to him and they surprised him with a birthday cake. We are so happy of the experience. Thanks guys. Will come back again next Feb 11 for our doctor’s check-up. Hope to see you all again soon and hopefully pool will be open by then. By the way, checking out August 9 early morning pa. So we still have 1 day to enjoy the services. Thanks guys!

The hotel needs new linens, pillows, towels and friendliness of staff should be reviewed including room services.

From the moment we walked in, Ronaldo and the rest of the team made us feel like family rather than just guests. Their attention to detail was remarkable — Ronaldo , Chris, James remembered my breakfast order every single day (cappuccino and ginger tea with honey! And mango slices) without me having to ask twice. That kind of genuine care is rare and made every morning feel warm and personal. Thank you Ronaldo and team ! Honestly, the hospitality extended beyond Féria too — from the front door staff to the rest of the team, everyone was consistently welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to take care of our needs throughout the stay. The location is also fantastic — right next to SM City Cebu, making it super convenient to explore the rest of Cebu City. My only note: the pool has reportedly been out of service for over a year and a half, which was disappointing since it's usually a highlight of a hotel stay. That said, it didn't take away from the overall experience — the staff, especially Ronaldo, more than made up for it with their warmth and excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cebu

The staff – from security to the RA team and Feria restaurant – were consistently friendly, making my stay at Radisson Blu truly pleasant. I would especially like to commend RA Vincent, who did an excellent job clearing the flies from my room. My biggest praise goes to Oliver from F&B at Feria: when he learned I had a bad sore throat, he kindly went out of his way to prepare ginger tea for me every morning for three days straight. Kudos to all of them for their outstanding service!

The toilet wasn't clean

All variant of food are delicious.

This is my 2nd time to stay in this hotel. The staff are professional and helpful. I forgot the name of the room boy who has been assigned to clean my room he has been amazing. Commending him for a job well done.
