Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Great location if you are staying overnight to grab an early bus. The receptionist was very helpfull. The room and bathroom had plenty of space and were clean and comfortable. There is a small 7-11 right under the hotel.
The only thing is that at the street was a bit noisy, for me it wasnt an issue but it could be for people that need absolute silence

Plug ins were broken, like the actual plug was loose and couldn’t even charge my phone at the bedside. There was no soundproofing at all in the door, everything in the hallway can be heard. Needs more than 2 elevators

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Location was great as it was walking distance to SM Cebu. The food selection at the restaurant were good and the staff were attentive.
Checking in, I stood by the front desk for a significant time without any of the front desk staff at least acknowledging my presence. I understand if they are finishing up on some other work before attending to me but a little friendliness or communication would go a long way. The hotel also do not provide a tissue box and only the toilet roll in the dispenser which was half finished too. I will be sharing photos of the state of the mirror and the aircon.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Everything went smooth from booking and check-in. Staff has the same calmness tone of voice which is the most important. The security and safety we felt during parking and going up and down in elevator is exceptional as well as the entire room. Thank youuuu so much, Bayfront! This was my 4 time stay and today is more special with my in laws.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026小奇麗なホテルで、受付の対応もよく、安心して滞在することができた。2週間後に同じ地域の別のアパートホテルに宿泊しましたが、ホテルとアパートと宿泊形態の違いもありますが、ホテルの安心感が全然違いました。SMモールにも徒歩で行けるので、良かったです。
ドアの建付けがよくないのか、ドアを閉めてもしっかり閉まらず、警報音がピーピー鳴いていました。自分の部屋だけかな、と思いましたが、同じフロアの別の部屋からも音が何度も聞こえてきたので、建付けの問題なのかもしれません。

I didn’t like the staff especially the lady who received me during check in. She seemed nice but I didn’t think it was genuine. The security personel always had someone to talk to that neglected why he was hired.

On my frst stay i was on the 7th floor the shower room water did not drain quickly during my showerr time. But above all I really enjoyed especially the breakfast provided. Variety of Filipino food etc to choose from . Thank you very much.

Chambre reçue sale. Pas nettoyé. Il y avait énormément de poussière. On n'a pas apprécié notre nuit là-bas. Déplus on a eu une suite sauf que notre chambre communiquait avec une autre. Donc on entendait les voisins c'était horrible.

Right near a bus depot. Got woken up all night by screaming noisy staff and honking bus horns all night. This would be the main reason for not staying again. It was excessive

Otrzymałem pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami zamiast jednym podwójnym tak jak było w rezerwacji. Personel na recepcji jest bardzo niemiły, nie uśmiecha się. Kolejka do śniadań. Lokalizacja kiepska, bardzo głośno całą noc w pokoju wszystko słychać mimo 10 piętra. Pokój wymaga odświeżenia.
