Nothing. The resort has become worst. Complains not entertained. Poor food quality. Mess, dirty, no pest control in room

Everything. The property is very poorly managed now. Gone are the times of Subroto Roy when the resort was superb. Now it's dirty, boring, poor food quality, no pest control, wait for check in over 40 mins showing they have too much work. Very poorly managed. Dirty rooms, no pest control. AC not working. Water dripping from washroom shower area. Cockroach in the room. Hole in the bedsheet. The intercom doesn't work. I have to call on mobile for help.

Food options very limited for alacarte, can be improved. Taste was also average.

Property has become too old. Need a renovation badly. Rest is really good specially nature.

Location Services Cleanliness

The city's concept is nice but not well maintained. It has everything to spend good time - nature, lake, wave pool, games, swings, gardens and good food.

We chose the Aussie Suite (premium category). Check in process was chaotic and time consuming. Then as we reached the room realised the jacuzzi was not clean, the balcony furniture was extremely dirty as if not cleaned since months, old tea bags almost looked like left over. Ordered tea and snacks - they came after an hour. The room didn't look as good as shown in the pictures. Experience of holiday was missing. Felt like a lot of effort in everything.

Smelly rooms with broken furniture, cupboards, wifi not working ,tv not working, management couldn't resolve the issue even after repeated reminders

Dirty bathroom and damaged toilets and room service is very late and telephone was not working and no proper guidance check in procedure was late and food is average

Room was good but not hygienic enough and fungus was there on tea cettel and sugar pouches…fungus under curtains tv not working properly…..everything was paid there and There was a musty smell in the room atleast u should provide room aroma

I stayed at the Spanish Cottage and really enjoyed the service provided by the staff at Woodpecker and Lake Front Café. The staff were courteous, attentive, and helpful, and I had a good experience with the café. There were some issues with the room amenities, which were not up to the expected standard. However, the hotel was responsive to our concerns and changed our room, which I appreciated. .

The main area that needs improvement is room service, as it was quite slow. Overall, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, but the room amenities and room service could be improved to make the stay more comfortable

Aussi Chalet was a bit disappointing. The room was spacious and nicely maintained; however, there was a noticeable wooden or musty smell that was quite bothersome throughout our stay. Due to the rain, plastic sheets had been placed over the balcony area. During the night, the sound of raindrops hitting the plastic was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep and resulting in a very uncomfortable night. On a positive note, the service and hospitality were excellent. The staff were attentive, helpful, and provided a great overall service experience.

The best part is the location of the facility and the greenery. The breakfast was really good with all varieties.

The landlines did not work at all even after informing the desk. No action was taken. The food was common at all the places. No variety in sea food. There were mosquitoes in Woodpecker restaurant. Even after informing the staff no action was taken. Services can be improvised. Delays in sending order and also food came in cold.

Rooms, Spanish cottage..had no view no privacy..horrible

I would like to highlight the following issues: 1. The allocated cottage was unhygienic and had a dirty, lingering smell affecting the blankets, pillows, sofa, bed, chairs, and wooden flooring. 2. The bed provided was in a damaged condition. 3. The toilets and washrooms were unhygienic. 4. The wooden flooring in the cottage was damaged. 5. There was no access to Wi-Fi or TV connections. 6. The cottage pickup and drop-off vehicle service was poorly managed and involved long wait times. 7. At the swimming pool, the lifeguard was inattentive and the jacuzzi temperature settings were not functioning adequately. 8. We found foreign objects in the coffee stirrers. 9. The breakfast arrangement in the banquet hall was inadequate and inconvenient. The tea, coffee, and live counter buffet were organized in a scattered manner, making it very time-consuming. These services should be offered in a proper restaurant with appropriate ambience. 10. Tables and chairs were arranged in close proximity to the restrooms. I have attached photos that are self-explanatory regarding these issues. When paying a premium for a luxury resort like Aamby Valley, we expect a high standard of service. Unfortunately, the service we received was below that of a basic lodging facility. I look forward to hearing your perspective on how these lapses occurred and how you intend to address them.

Beautiful area, weather, mountains

Extremely poorly maintained rooms. Spider webs in room windows, unclean beddings, trash, staff passing buck, no one takes responsibility, unclean restaurant tables, plastic sheets covering windows... Too many issues to count. It's like the place stopped being maintained 10 years ago.

Due to heavy rains in Mumbai and Maharashtra , the Resort remained closed on the days that we reserved for to stay. The resort is not reachable on those days - while travelling from Mumbai to Lonawala - The Resort location. The assistant reservation Desk informed us the resort is closed due to heavy rains and not taking guests inside. We were also told that Resort will start taking Guests only by 15th / 16th July onwards. So we did not travel - and sought full refund of amount paid by us. Sent email on this to the reservation - bookings desk at the Resort as well. Awaiting reply.

Cleanliness of the room tables, bed sheets , towel . The structure of the room is hooked on nails about to collapse . The key wasn’t working , had to wait near the room for the help to come which takes atleast 12-15 mins.

Very disappointed with the overall experience. The room was poorly maintained, with peeling paint and cheap-looking furniture. The so-called jacuzzi was just an ordinary bathtub. The biggest issue was that the restaurant and breakfast area were 4 km away from our room, and no transport service was provided. Since we arrived by cab, we had no way to reach the restaurant or even return easily. For the price charged, the amenities, service, and ambience were far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money.

Room upkeep, couch was dirty worh stains, wirhout notice mosr of the amenities like golf course, ATV ride, good restaurants, ....etc were closed . Food is very expensive.

Room size was awesome and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Big swimming pool. .

Everything is overpriced. Even plain rice was 500rs. All the amenities are very far and you require your own vehicle to reach there. Could be a one time visit for an experience but not a recurring one.
