Pathetic service, no co ordination between staff and reception, no in-room dining facility, the corridors are a bit stinky...the QR code provided in the room for 24 hrs help doesnt work at all but still the reception guy keeps on telling to send msges via that only....food service is pathetic..beyond imagination...

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025The weather was very pleasant, and the view from the room was awesome. The food was delicious, and the stay was comfortable and hygienic. Room service was quick, and there were many indoor and outdoor games. The swimming pool was neat and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit the property again in the future, as well as recommend it to friends and family.
There were multiple power cuts during our stay. They did not last long, only for 1 or 2 minutes each time, but they occurred several times, including at night, which I didn’t like. However, I can understand it might have been due to weather conditions. It was not a major issue, as we still enjoyed our stay.

After Charging a 5 star price the property was dirty when we checked in. They simply put up an additional mattress on the floor for my son though they assured one . Only after escalating they brought the roller bed. It was more of wedding hall feel than a resort. The breakfast and food was good. The staff needs to be more careful attending to the needs of the customer and management has cut corners by providing tube lights at the recreation center and gym.. it gives such a bad experience.
