The lady at the breakfast was super helpful and very friendly. What a great way to start the morning.

When you enter the room it smells a moldy smell. I wish that there was no carpets in the room.

La chambre était très petite, les rideaux étaient mal installés, la tapisserie de la salle de bain était décollée, une de nos cartes ne fonctionnait pas et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Lucie a demandé au technicien de venir la réparer, il est venu mais comme c’était un problème intermittent, la réparation n’a pas tenue.

A lot of options for a hot breakfast, coffee options were an extra touch. Fresh clementine and apples, waffle maker too.. the staff went above and beyond to help.. Mandeep and the personnel ending her night shift suggested we take some fruits and muffins for the road and gave us ziplock bags to put it in...

The pool was very small and the hot tub was not working. The pool area had a loud noise so it wasn't very enjoyable. The breakfast wasn't very good. Waffles were decent; eggs and home fries were not.

I stopped in Moncton as a break during my road trip, and I was really impressed by how friendly and helpful the hotel staff were. The furniture and facilities are a little dated, but considering the great value for the price, I really can’t complain. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Room was great, location great, but, breakfast was not well laid out, and choices lacking. Cheese and bacon would have been nice to go with my english muffin and eggs. Not impressed with having to aquire key from front desk to access the pool.

The room was not clean, the beds were worn out and had groovs with springs, lumpy pillows, carpets were stained and looked disgusting, and there was a terrible odor in the room. The photos of the room did not match the actual room we were given and the pool looked nothing like the photo shared here on booking. The water in the pool was very cold and there was a ring around the entire pool.

The toilets are way to short, the room had an odor of musty, the beds were so so, but most of all I booked this hotel which advertised a hot tub(for my achy body) but to my surprise it was boarded over. So we decided to go in the pool, kids swam for awhile and noticed it was dirty around the whole pool and got out.

No hot tub but it was advertised as being there. It looked like it was closed permanently. Pool area not very clean Pool water was not clean, appeared murky and dirty. Shower area and bathroom was disgusting dirty and needs a cleanup along with paint job. Room 311 needs a carpet cleaning and flooring needs to be professionally cleaned , dust bunnies in corners. Corridors need a fresher smell.

Location was decent, we went to Magic Mountain for the day and it was close by.

The sheets on both beds were dirty, the smell of the pool was strong and throughout the entire first floor. When we asked for new sheets we were told we had to make our own bed because there was no one from housekeeping working, it wasn’t even 5pm. If you are booking for the pool, don’t!! It’s tiny and the smell is atrocious.

The pool was outdated, and the hot tub was closed, with no indication that it was closed. When I took a shower, a spider crawled onto my shoulder. The TV only displayed blue-colored images. The elevator was very slow. In the morning, during check-out, I wasn’t sure how to check out. My father was waiting outside, and the man with semi-long hair who was standing outside by the door, smoking and pushing a cart, called us stupid.

Very outdated and definitely needs a make over. Bed was noisy and couldn’t roll over without it waking the person next to you. Wallpaper is peeling off the wall, tub creeks and cracks when taking a shower , breakfast was pitiful, I understand this was a busy concert weekend but that should reflect the availability of breakfast. A very small area with not alot of seating. One warming plate that is split in three sections with eggs, sausage and potato’s enough for maybe 3 people at a time to get a proper serving. Breakfast overall was cold. Not much variety to pick from. Definitely ripped off with paying almost $300 for one night

Overall, our stay was just okay. This was our first visit and will likely be our last. We normally stay with Marriott/Bonvoy properties, but this was a last-minute trip during a large concert weekend in Moncton, so availability throughout the city was extremely limited. Most of the staff we interacted with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The beds and bathroom fixtures appeared clean, but the rest of the room left quite a bit to be desired. There was a strong ammonia/cat urine-like smell that never really went away, dust and debris on the floors, peeling wallpaper, and crumbs/debris caught in the slats of the wooden headboards. Since we were only there for a short visit and mainly needed somewhere to sleep, we didn’t make a fuss about it. Noise was also an issue at times. Street noise was quite noticeable, and sound seemed to travel easily between rooms, so the building doesn’t appear to have particularly good sound insulation. There is actually a sign in the lobby stating that refunds will not be provided for street noise or construction outside of the hotel’s control. Seeing that made us wonder if outside noise is a fairly common concern for guests. If you’re a light sleeper or travelling with young children, it’s something worth keeping in mind. The pool was another mixed experience. You need a separate key card to access it, which wasn’t mentioned at check-in, and there was no signage at the pool entrance directing guests to the front desk. When we went down, several other guests were just as confused. More concerning was the former hot tub area, which was covered with what appeared to be plywood and vinyl flooring. There was nothing preventing guests from walking across it, and the plywood felt soaked and spongy. Kids were running across it while we were there. Hopefully this is only a very temporary repair, because I would be concerned about an adult stepping onto it and potentially falling through. The pool itself is also quite small. With four adults and four children, it already felt crowded, although it was still nice to have somewhere for the kids to take a quick dip. There is self-serve guest laundry on site, which is convenient, although there is only one washer and one dryer. Breakfast was a standard hotel continental breakfast and gets very busy. I do want to specifically recognize the older lady who was keeping everything running during breakfast. She was exceptional: incredibly pleasant, helpful, and working hard to keep up with a very busy room. She was easily one of the highlights of our stay. A few things for families travelling with young children to know: the Pack ’n Play does not come with any bedding, and the curtains in our room were not blackout curtains. We ended up hanging the extra blanket over the window to darken the room. There was also no non-slip bath mat for the tub in our room, although I’m not sure whether one could be requested from the front desk. None of these are necessarily dealbreakers, but they’re worth knowing ahead of time so families can plan accordingly. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to rest our heads for a short visit. If this hotel fits your budget and expectations, it may be perfectly adequate. There were some very good staff members and a few useful amenities, but based on the cleanliness, condition of the room, noise, and maintenance concerns, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Décorations de l'hôtel un peu désuet (faut aimer la tapisserie et le jaune), l'insonorisation est nul : j'entendais les clients au dessus de ma chambre jusqu'a minuit parfois et les portes qui claquent vu qu'elles sont pesantes me faisaient sursauter. Les matelas dans les chambres sont très mous donc mal de dos et l'ascenseur est très lent (le permis est affiché est expiré).

Ce n’était pas très cher, comparé aux hôtels de l’Ile du Prince Édouard. Mais autrement, j’avais hâte de quitter cet hôtel car il était défraîchi, bruyant, peu reposant.

Chambre petite, meubles entassés et endommagés. Tapis très taché, tout comme les couvre lits. Peut être était-ce propre, mais ça n’en avait pas l’air tellement tout était défraîchi. Devait être bien quand c’était neuf, il y a longtemps. Ventilations bruyante, ce qui semble être une fatalité de la vie dans les hôtels de cette chaîne. Aussi, ce fit très désagréable d’être réveillés d’une sieste 45 minutes après notre check-in pour une question de shampooing. La femme de chambre insistait et pour une obscure raison, nous étions incapables d’ouvrir la porte en raison d’un problème technique lié aux tentatives de la dame d’entrer. Fort désobligeant, stressant et désagréable.

Très agréable la grandeur de la chambre et d'accepter les chiens.

The breakfast area was way too small and no form of order and the staff used bare hands to fill the breads several times, the only word that describes it is “ chaos “

The cleanliness of the building was very poor, the walls and floors on level 3 were all covered in what looked like black grease and the elevator is the slowest I’ve ever encountered. The pool was so cold that it pained to get in it and there is a piece of plywood screwed down at one end that appeared to be where a slide was once installed and the plywood itself is very dangerous and slippery.

Breakfast was good but very clustered. Too many people trying to get food in a small space.

Rooms were clean just very run down, plywood base for bed to sit on, grout and caulking peeling or gone in bathroom, holes in curtains, wall paper peeling. For the price we paid I was expecting the room to be in a better condition.

The price was good but you get what you pay for. Cleanliness was an issue. Both beds looked like someone had been sitting on them. Hair on one of the bed covers. Dirt in the corners and edges. Bathroom fan was filthy. Tub bottom creaked like it wasn’t installed properly. Breakfast was OK. Not enough seating in the small area. Staff was friendly. Hotel needs a renovation. Wallpaper peeling at the edges on more than one wall. Needs a couple more outlets or at least on both sides of the bed.

BED BUG ALERT!! I stayed at this hotel July 25-26 and checked out July 27. On the morning of July 26 I began experiencing welts on my body and it progressed throughout the weekend. Most of the welts were in clusters or in lines. I brought it to the attention of the hotel who had orkin do an inspection. Orkin said there were no bed bugs. The scientific literature shows sniffer dogs to be 44% accurate in detecting bed bugs, while visual inspections are also unreliable. I provided this scientific data to the hotel and what ensued what a series of emails where they blatantly ignored the scientific data provided to them. The hotel at this point has admitted and I quote “ We do not dispute that you experienced insect bites during your stay”. Based on the pictures it is clear these are bed bug bites. I have been home for 4 nights and have not experienced any new bed bug bites since being home. Besides the bed bug issues, this hotel is awful. Small and dirty rooms, tiny pool with a very unsafe looking cover over what was presumably the hot tub. I paid over $300 each night for 2 nights to stay in a dump that exposed me to bed bugs. Steer clear of this hotel!!

Very dirty, things that could be cleaned weren’t. Pool has maintenance done until 11-1:30pm every day yet at 4pm there’s a green algae-like build up on steps and pool seemed not clean. Insane to me this place was $200 for one night when it looked the way it did. Also breakfast ended at 9am and there was not enough food for everyone who came down. Place felt really dingy and gross(smelled like sour milk) for a quality inn.

The place is amazing ! The owner is amazingly kind and generous. The place is to die for 😊 The house is decorated beautifully and it feels like home !! This place is worth its price and worth the time to visit :) don’t miss out ! Will be going here again and I 100% recommend it

Favourite hotel in all of Atlantic Canada for four consecutive years and counting. Convenient location, fridge and microwave in room, no carpet in room, extraordinarily good value, clean, easy to enjoy. Herb at the front desk is our favourite human in the industry, no exaggeration.

The hotel needs to be renovated, Walls, carpets are dirty, wallpaper coming off the wall. It is an overall mess, like, garbage bins that belong to the street is in the middle of the lobby with packaging cartons. etc.

Room was nice and comfortable. King bed was great, very comfortable. Bathroom was super clean. Staff was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly, HELPFUL and accommodating. Hotel was always full and still pretty quiet. I liked the fact that I could open the window and get fresh air in the room. Plenty of restaurants and stores that were reasonably close.

The included breakfast? Scrambled eggs were meh, sausage was decent and potatoes were like rubber. Get 'em while they are "fresh" and still hot and they are all better. Waffles were really quite good. Two passes through the toaster to get your bread toasted but this seems to be par for the course as we always seem to encounter this. Staff stays on top of keeping the very busy dining area clean. Thumbs up them! The dining area is on the small size for the number of guests the hotel had during our stay. The Atlantic Nationals Car Show was on and the hotel was full every night.

The staff were okay but no smiles. I noticed the breakfast staff putting bagels into the bread box for the guests without any gloves. The food was not replenished fast enough and most people were left waiting around. The bed was the worst I’ve ever been on. Springs poking into my body and a huge hump in the middle of the mattress. The pillows had a terrible odour.

We stayed here two yrs ago and liked it so we came back but this will be our last. Rooms are dated and looking worse for wear. Fridge Cabinet/dresser looks like it’s been chewed by a pet; peeling paper off the walls; no tv working and not offered a discount. You can hear street traffic if you’re at the front of the property, the curtains do not black out the light so it’s light in the room until 1030pm and with kids that’s a hard no. Breakfast is ok but the lack of space is not. We’ve been twice and no where to sit and eat but the food is ok. We all find another place in Moncton to stay at next time as this is not it anymore.

The inside of the motel was not very clean. The pool didn’t seem clean and there were so many ants around the pool. My husband and daughter did go swimming and they enjoyed the pool. The elevator was never cleaned and was very dirty
