Superbe suite très bien équipée, moderne et au calme. Le stationnement dans la cour de l'hôtel est très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait en termes de qualité, rapidité et prix. Le personnel est dévoué et sympathique. Excellent emplacement de l'hôtel qui permet de découvrir Ottawa, et la ville de Gatineau à pied directement. Le parc de la Gatineau est également bien desservi en voiture ou grâce à la navette distante de 15 minutes à pied.

Le bruit de la Clim situé a l’extérieur car juxtaposé à la chambre.

Chambre récemment rénovée avec une petite cuisinette, micro-ondes, un grand réfrigérateur, très pratique pour un séjour prolongé. Le prix est excellent pour la qualité de l'espace. Le lit est très confortable.

La douche n'a pas de porte et un demi-mur ce qui cause beaucoup d'humidité et des dommages en raison d'éclaboussures d'eau autour de la porte. Dommage considérant les récents travaux de rénovation. Certaines chambres ne sont pas accessibles sans devoir monter des marches - Problématique avec beaucoup de bagages.

Tout était parfait. Gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement proche du parlement et studio très propre et confortable.

Il disait au moment de l’achat déjeuné inclue, rendue sur les lieux, ça ne l’était pas et nous avions demandé un grande douche, comme sur la photo. J’ai mentionné à notre arrivée et dans le courriel. Le monsieur a l’accueil m’a dit oui, nous avions un petit bain.

La proximité de l'endroit est idéale. Le personnel est serviable et gentil. L'endroit est propre.

L'appart hôtel est très bien placé, nous avons visiter ottawa sans prendre notre voiture et les transports en commun. L'appart était propre, silencieux et fonctionnel, le personnel est tres sympathique. Si nous revenons a Ottawa, c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Friendly staff. Smooth check in & check out. Microwave, toaster, stove top, kettle and fridge and utensils are all available in room. Plenty of extra bathroom towels. Clean large suite with separate bedroom from dining/living room, efficient service and ac in room.

Complimentary bottle of water in fridge would be nice during summer since weather is hot and humid. I didn't notice any paper towels or kitchen towels in the kitchen.

Suite spacieuse et confortable pour 4, très propre. Literie confortable, chambre silencieuse. Emplacement super pour le Musée et la visite de Ottawa. Parking très pratique. Coupon pour le café au rez de chaussée très apprécié !

Une bonne adresse pour séjourner à Gatineau

The room was spacious and clean

It took over an hour and a half to check in and once we finally got our room keys only one key worked for the door and neither of the keys worked for the parking garage. We ended up leaving the vehicles on the street as we could not access the parking that we had paid for, nor did we have time to wait in line another hour and a half to try and get this rectified. We moved one vehicle into the parking lot on day 2 and then we were called and told we had to move it as it was apparently a handicapped spot. It was not marked, no sign on wall, fence or pavement to indicate otherwise. If it had been marked, we wouldn't have parked there. Making it clear that that spot is a handicapped spot should be indicated. Not something we should be interrupted for to deal with.

Location was perfect for what we planned to do during our stay, allowing us to walk everywhere. A good selection of restaurants were also nearby. The suite contained everything that we required.

The elevator was not working.

Ascenseur en panne durant les 3 jours de semaine mais qui fonctionnait pour le personnel. Peu de service ménager. Quand on a mis le carton demandant de passer, on est partis toute la journée et rien n’a été fait. On a passé 3 nuits quand même! Service clientèle peu accueillant, peu serviable au café. Utiliser son téléphone intelligent est apparemment plus important que le service à la clientèle!

The suite was awesome! It was the size of an apartment with a full kitchen, all newish appliances, furniture, and flooring. The price was similar to what I paid downtown Ottawa for much less in terms of facility.

The location was very good, close to the museum of history. I liked the spacious appartment, very well equipped, clean. I had everything i needed and would recommend to anyone. The check-in was fast and smooth.

As soon as I opened the door, I was impressed. The room was very clean, spacious, and excellent value for the price. The kitchen was well equipped with clean cookware and dishes, the bedding was comfortable and spotless, and the bathroom was very clean as well. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Very well located if you have business in this part of town. It looked modern. The suite had an alright layout. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The check out was a breeze, thankfully.

The attitude of the person who welcomed me (I suspect this was the owner) was terrible. He could not understand French properly and I had to switch to English. I tried to point out there was an intermittent issue with one of the thermostats in the room, and I was met with contempt and an overall unhelpful attitude. I suspect some deeper electrical problem because the thermostat was turning off when touched to adjust the settings. After experiencing this man's bad mood, I stayed clear of him and did not want to interact with him at all. He did not make me feel welcome there. The privacy latch was broken. The floors felt sticky. There was a kind of melted chocolate stain on the couch. Both TVs were equipped with Chromecast devices, but they were unplugged. Even when plugged, they did not work properly and they could not connect to the Wi-Fi network. There was a cheap strong perfume in the entrance and hallways.

The desk clerk was so polite and helpful. The parking was convenient, and our suite was so clean and comfortable. The location is quiet, while still being close to everything we needed. Comfortable bed, great breakfast at the Happy Goat Cafe, couldn’t ask for anything mere. And the price was sweet!!

The location, felt very vulnerable walking to cafes/ restaurants at night due to the many derelict houses nestled to accommodate.

C’était notre première fois à les suites Victoria et omg tout étais parfait la suite avec le balcon que j’ai été surprise et qui a fais mon séjour encore plus agréable tout étais sa coche je recommande énormément cette place vraiment tranquille le personnel vraiment hot et de notre balcon j’ai adoré voir tout les vielles maison qui avais cetais de tout beauté. Nous allons y retourner ses sur j’ai vraiment adoré notre séjour

Such a lovely room - comfortable, spacious, elegant, clean. The staff were very kind and the restaurant on site is super for breakfast.

From 6am-7am there were incredibly loud footsteps above my head- was on the first floor. No chance of sleeping through that.

Espace adéquat tel que souhaité

We really liked that we could walk to the Parliament area in about 30 minutes. A pleasant walk even in the winter. Hotels we searched on the Ontario side were so much more expensive for the same proximity. And the property is just a five-minute walk to a handful of great restaurants; and about 15 minutes to the Museum of Canadian History. The room was very spacious.

Room-Service hat viel Luft nach oben! Einmal versuchte der Zimmerservice sich um 8.20 Uhr Zugang zum Appartment zu verschaffen. Mal wurde das Bett gemacht, mal die Mülleimer geleert, mal die Handtücher gewechselt ... aber nie alles zusammen.

Hotellrummet hade både sovrum och bra utrustat kök. Det fanns även en uteplats. Gångavstånd över Akexandrabron till Ottawa.

Det ingick en check på 5 dollar/person till frukost vilket inte räckte till mera än ett bröd. Det hade varit önskvärt att ha en vädringsmöjlighet på uteplatsen.

Not enough parking space . The couch very dirty with many spots . The fan inthe bathroom working with the light and a little bit noisy for the other out side the bathroom . the tv remote in the settings roroom not working . Messing pieces in the the coffee machine so it is useless and you should pay to have your coffee at the morning

Clean and comfortable room. The receptionist allowed us to check in almost two hours early, which was above our expectations (the room was ready, so we were lucky).
