L'emplacement et la grandeur du studio.

Désuet. Besoin d'un ticket pour ouvrir la petite porte pieton du garage, que nous n'avions pas. Obligé d'entrer par la grande porte des voitures.

À proximité à pied du festival, emplacement parfait . Personnels super gentils et serviables. Stationnement fourni . Équipement adéquat pour se faire à manger. 😁

Draps, alèse, taies d'oreillers 100°/° polyester ! On dort mieux avec un mélange de coton... Vaisselle strictement basique, même pas une grande tasse pour le thé, pas de dessous de plat. Un robinet de plaque chauffante manquant Pas de chaise à hauteur pour la petite table à manger 2 fauteuils usagers avec assise non confortable si bien qu'on a le nez dans l'assiette pour manger !

Studio fonctionnel et propre. Proche des transports publics. La personne qui s’occupe du nettoyage est charmante et serviable (nous avons pu bénéficier d’oreillers supplémentaires).

Réception et garage dans des bâtiments séparés mais proches donc pas un gros soucis.

Lors de la réservation il n'était pas précisé qu"il n'y avait pas d’ascendeur et nous étions au 2ème étage. Cela a été un peu compliqué de porter les bagages.

Appartement propre, moderne, confortable. Nécessité de récupérer les clés/badges à proximité de l'appartement. Les employés étaient très sympathiques. Très bon point de départ pour une visite à pied de la ville. L'appartement est situé dans un endroit très calme mais rues proches très animées. Le garage couvert de situe dans un immeuble à proximité.

Un peu onéreux mais sans doute lié à l'emplacement, la ville. Un détail assez dérangeant : une caution est demandée en contrepartie de la remise des clés/badges. Rien d'anormal. Pour payer il a été nécessaire de fournir les codes de la carte bleue, date d'expiration et ... code de sécurité. A voir au moment de la réservation pour solliciter un autre mode paiement de la caution ??

Ubicación perfecta, a 5-10 min en bus del centro, y aparcamiento gratuito en parking. Habitación correcta y cocina bien equipada, baño limpio y muy correcto. La recepción esta a 50m, me lo comunicaron perfectamente y fueron muy amables.

À savoir : Rien n’indique l’entrée de l’hôtel, la réception ne se fait pas du tout à l’adresse indiqué mais 1 rue plus loin. (Hôtel Victoria) Extérieur très bruyant, à côté d’une rue très passante beaucoup de fêtes et donc de débordement. Humidité +++ dans la salle de bain et l’appartement c’est insupportable l’odeur ! Propreté qui laisse à désirer

L'emplacement est top et le parking couvert est parfait

Logement très vétuste. Lavabo dans la salle de bain sans eau et oui il faut se brosser les dents dans la cuisine. Le lit qui se désagrège et surtout ne pas se prendre les pieds sur les bords du lit en métal, je confirme très douloureux. Un frigo hors service qu'il ne faut surtout pas ouvrir à cause de l'odeur et bien utiliser le frigo dans l'entrée. Et on ne parle pas des tâches sur les murs. Bref, c'est bien de faire de l'argent mais il est indispensable de rafraîchir de temps en temps le logement

Die Möbel waren leider schon sehr abgenutzt und der Kühlschrank in unserem Zimmer hat lautstark gebrummt.

Les stores étaient abîmés et laissaient rentrer de la lumière la nuit. Un mur avait des taches et était abimé (peinture manquante).

La chambre est épurée, mais propre. Il y avait une petite rue piétonne tout près, parfait pour aller souper sans se casser la tête. L’air climatisée fonctionnait. Le personnel est très sympathique.

La base de lit semblait brisée ou très vieille donc le lit faisait beaucoup de bruit quand on se couchait ou tout simplement tournait de bord. J’avais l’impression de rouler vers le milieu de lit pendant la nuit. L’état des couloir pour se rendre à la chambre est malpropre. C’est sale et une odeur de vieil appartement y règne.

Flickan i receptionen var hjälpsam att ringa taxi och krånglade inte alls då vi inte ville bo där vilket var tacksamt.

Facilities did not work , no kettle , no coffee machine

We received an email shortly before our arrival telling us that we had to pick up the keys at a different location. We had already parked in a paid parking lot nearby, which was stressful and cost us extra money. When we arrived at the check-in location, we had to wait for more than an hour in a very small lobby together with many other hotel guests before we could check in. The only receptionist was doing her best and remained professional throughout, but it was clear that one person simply could not handle the number of guests. I don't understand why the hotel didn't provide a second receptionist. To make matters worse, we were asked to provide our credit card details in a way that would not be acceptable under European data protection standards. We were told this was normal in Canada, but it made us very uncomfortable. After a long journey we were exhausted, and this was by far the worst hotel check-in experience we have ever had. Unfortunately, it had a very negative impact on the start of our vacation, and it left us with a poor first impression of Ottawa.

This stay exceeded my expectations and was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, with a private bathroom and toilet. Everything was very clean, including the bed sheets, and having free parking on the premises was a great bonus. The neighbourhood was quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax. When I first arrived, there was an issue because the property was fully booked and my reservation had been cancelled. However, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They were genuinely apologetic, offered me a discount, and worked quickly to find a solution. Their professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. A special thank you to the dark-skinned French receptionist at Les Victoria, where I collected the keys. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Her customer service was exceptional. Overall, I would rate my stay 10/10. If I visit Ottawa again, I would happily stay here again at this price. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodation. I already referred two people there.

The location was great, super close to quite a few different places (LeBreton Flats, the War Museum, the History Museum, some beautiful art pieces you could walk to, etc.) and there were many amenities within the hotel room. Really great price overall for what you get in the room.

It was really noisy at night and it was hard to keep the temperature down in the bedroom, even with the extremely noisy fan. Additionally, the bed wasn't that comfy and the pillows weren't very good either. Additionally, even with the blinds shut and lights off, the room was still very bright at night.

Check-in and check-out were smooth. The place is clean.

The airconditioner was not working. We were sweating and woke up multiple time because of the heat. Reported to the front desk where we got our keys, but told me that she can't do anything about it because she's alone. It was very uncomfortable and very inconvenient on our side.

Location was close to blues fest. It was clean! Bed was comfy.

The front desk staff seemed cold. Parking was confusing.

La localisation était intéressante. Cependant mis a part la place Laval, le Vieux-Hull est une ville fantôme.

Le lit n'était pas du tout comfortable, il cavait au milieu et n'était fait que de ressorts. J'ai aussi averti le personnel mais il y avait une fissure sur le robinet de la cuisine qui causait une mince fuite.

I liked the space of the studio. It has everything you need as an studio, it is not just a room. Bus stop is just around the corner. It's near Ottawa downtown.

Dirty rugs in the hallways. The emergency exit was right in front of my door and was permanently open. The lady in the counter at the check out was a bit rude. Even when it's connected with downton paying bus fair in the Quebec side is complicated (you need cash or opus card, and then you need debit card or presto card when you are in the Ontario side).

Location and value for money

One of the suites the aircon was pathetic which made it very warm and uncomfortable to sleep.

Les bases de murs et moulures sont sales. Idem pour la hotte de la cuisinette. C'est pas grand chose et ça ferait une bonne différence. L'esprit est ne sont pas bien ajustée et rien comble les trous donc c'est bruyant. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et plusieurs clients se comportent comme à la maison et parlent très forts dans les corridors et dans les chambres. Un rappel de ne pas faire de bruit après 23h pourrait pertinent.

The room was quite large with nice sized windows so very bright. Full sized fridge. Located 1/2 block from a main bus stop to Ottawa. Small local grocery store 1/2 km away. Some museums within walking distance. Buses run every few minutes. Every other day clean towels were supplied and bed linen changed mid week.

Limited kitchen supplies. Main hallway carpet (in the building) is badly stained. The Bathroom is newly renovated but the shower nozzle is aimed at the upper corner. I complained 3 times, a cleaning staff lady looked at it, but after receiving several promises of a maintenance visit, it was never fixed. A $50 deposit is required on my visa for the key. The key had to be picked up and dropped off at a location 1/2 km away. In order to get a refund, I had to return the key to this location.

1)we were not given towels , it was an honest mistake from housekeeping we were told, 2) there is no elevator ,3) the location of appartment and check on desk are on 2 different buildings 4) nearby there is NO supermarket of convenience store. 5) Booking site NEEDS to indicate the 2 different locations EXPLICITLY.

Really nice room compared to the price, spacious and clean. Reception desk was also very helpful to support us! The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities and the living room is also nice. Bedroom is spacious for the trip, they also cleaned it every morning for us.

Only thing was because our room is next to the bar that was open till 3, so a bit loud at night, other than that the room was really nice and reasonable for the weekend trip.

Le tapis du corridor de l'édifice pue énormément c'est répugnant. La chambre donne sur les bars et le bruit est considérable jusqu'à 3h15 du matin, même en fermant les fenêtres. Pas facile de dormir! Finalement nous avions besoin de 2 lits; l'un de ses lits était un divan lit mais assez brisé et dont la tête descendait vers le plancher.

You pick up the key in one building, park in another, and the room itself is in a third building. It’s a standard room, just like in a dorm. Room 201 is the first one down the hall. The door to the floor slams shut very loudly. Every time it happens, it sounds like someone is knocking on your door.

The guy at the reception was very rude, i was just asking normal questions and made me feel like my questions are stupid. The studio is very old and the wall not well isolated you could hear everything happening in the room next door even when he is talking on his phone and their was a sound all night of water leaking.

Les gens qui font le ménage passe juste où ca parait.En dessous du lit, des meubles c’était dégueulasse. Notre air climatisé coulait sur le dessus des armoires de cuisine qui eux étaient noirci de saletés.Donc, quand l’air climatisé fonctionnait, pleins de saletés noirs tombaient sur nous et sur le comptoir de cuisine! Et le summum, c’est le bar juste a côté où des personnes que je connoterais d'animaux criaient/ hurlaient jusqu'à 3h du matin.Pathetique!!! Vous devriez le mentionner car, nous, on ne serait pas venu a cet endroit!

ma chambre était voisine de la ruelle avec bars et poubelles. Musique infernale avec basses fortes jusqu’à 3 heures du matin et les restaurants voisins venaient vider leurs poubelles jusqu’à minuit. Il fut impossible pour moi de dormir avant mon marathon d’Ottawa. Sinon propreté médiocre; beaucoup de cheveux et poils trouvés un peu partout.

Great location, great value for the price, had all the comforts of an entire apartment and it was comfortable. Lots of great restaurants right next to the hotel within walking distance.

Could of been a little bit cleaner however I think the previous occupants may of had a party there was empty cans and a bottle hidden under the sink. Pretty heavy cigarette smell in the apartment had to keep windows open so in the city you have to expect some noise with that.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at all times. The room/suite was big but only has windows in the bedroom. Fine for a short stay but might feel a little closed in for longer stays. The neighborhood has a really cool pedestrian only are full of bars and restaurants. Nice food and entertainment but can be noisy at night. Overall it was excellent value for the price and the staff, especially the front desk gent, were excellent.

Definitely an older property and there is no elevator. No dish towel in the kitchen and everything is a bit tired, but the bed was comfortable and everything worked just fine.

I thought I was staying in main hotel with 24 hour reception, secured entrance and lovely rooms. I was not. I was put into an apartment room a few blocks away. Did not feel safe, no reception, ripped and dirty bedding, stained and scuffed room, could not control room temperature. I told them something was wrong with temperature, but it was not fixed. If booking, make sure you get main hotel.

Il est bien situé et facile à trouver. Nous sommes déçus de l’apparence et l’entretien est manquant. Ça rend l’endroit moins intéressant à y passer du temps.Des correctifs facilement faits pour améliorer les lieux. Un ménage en profondeur, murs et plancher.nettoyage des tapis dans le corridor.

Parking intérieur inclus. La literie est propre, c’est le seul point positif. Le matelas confortable. Par contre les oreillers sont trop plats et mous.
