Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Außerdem liegt das Hotel super zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

Das Hotel ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das WiFi ist auf dem Zimmer extrem schlecht bis gar nicht vorhanden welches ich in der heutigen Zeit schon als sehr wichtig empfinde

We stay at this Hotel every year when we visit Athens. Staff are lovely, most of whom are there for years, and they always have a nice welcome for us when we arrive back. Hotel is in a very safe area of Athens, as lots of designer shops in the area so therefore there is always security around. Food is good and nicely presented, staff serving are lovely. Beds are super comfy and beverages in fridge.

This is a lovely hotel, conveniently located in Athens close to Syntagma Square. The staff are very friendly and helpful A special thanks to Marietta. The hotel was clean and comfortable Highly recommended

The property is in a premier central location on walk vs car street so it is very quiet and beautiful. It has its own restaurant, but there are several other excellent ones very close. The desk staff is amazing, Marabell, Alex and Alexa are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our room was fabulous, spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and even though we had to leave at 2 am for the airport, they made a breakfast boxes up to take with us. One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Additionally they arrange an excellent tour for us.

El aire acondicionado no iba muy bien y la televisión solo canales locales. Las almohadas mejorables también.

The staff was lovely. The room was very clean, and the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. On the day we left, we checked out very early—before breakfast—and they prepared packed meals for our journey. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the general area. It was much nicer than most of the areas we saw in Athens. Also, the staff was so helpful. They left us a little note and bottle of wine for our honeymoon. They also arranged our transport services for us which were very professional.

Quiet,absolutely clean, wonderful extensive breakfast,friendly welcoming staff. I We stayed here in 2019 and it was wonderful and now ,7 years later. Property is impeccable. Best location in Athens on quiet upscale small side street close to Syntagma without the commotion.

Vado all’Hotel Lozenge da anni e mi trovo sempre molto bene per la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale di accoglienza e per la posizione comodissima dell’albergo. Il letto è molto comodo e confortevole e la camera è silenziosa. Il bar, volendo, è e aperto fino a tardi. Anche i prodotti del bagno sono molto buoni. Come suggerimento personale aggiungerei le pantofole monouso e un accappatoio.

Otel çok merkezi bir konumda ve dünyaca ünlü lüks markaların bulunduğu bir sokakta yer alıyor. Syntagma meydanı , metro istasyonu , ermou caddesine çok yakın. Konaklama açısından herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi.

Despite this being our third stay at this hotel, unfortunately, it was by far our worst experience. Although we had booked a standard room, we were given what seemed to be one of the hotel’s least desirable and rarely used rooms. As soon as we entered, there was a very loud and constant noise coming from the ventilation system. It never stopped, making it impossible to feel comfortable in the room, so we asked to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room we were given, one floor below, was even worse. The location and view were extremely poor, the cleanliness was below expectations, and the towels were very old and worn. Both rooms gave us the impression that they were among the rooms the hotel normally avoids using, and as returning guests who had stayed here twice before, we found it difficult to understand why we were assigned these particular rooms. Based on our previous stays, we had chosen to return to this hotel, but after this experience, we will unfortunately not be staying here again. I would also strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to pay particular attention to the room category and location when making a reservation.

Incredible staff! The woman at the front desk was th e friendliest & most helpful person ever. The people doing breakfast were terrific too. Great location near stores. Water provided in refrigerator in room. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom had some mold in The shower and the backsplash of the sink had not been washed in ages. It was more than just soap scum overlooked once. A smart tv would be good so we could watch something in English.

The location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of Kolonaki, very near the main shopping areas, restaurants, cultural sites etc. The staff was truly amazing, really went out of their way to keep us happy. We upgraded for a very reasonable price to a lovely junior suite (on the 1st and 2nd stay, but the room was better on the 2nd stay). Breakfast was excellent, very balanced, very good service truly oriented toward the clients. We also had lunch there, excellent food, fantastic coffee, reasonable prices.

This is of course very personal but I found the prevalently grey colour in the first room we had kind of sad. Which is why we asked to change rooms and got much better (and brighter) colour settings in the other rooms. The air conditioning was a bit outdated. No remote control in either of the rooms and no silent mode for the night. In the last room we had it was better, but it would have been nicer with remote control and silent/night mode. This is of course not the fault of the staff who was indeed amazing in their hospitality and service-mindedness.

Konumu, çalışanları çok iyi. Herkes güler yüzlü ve nazik. Kahvaltısı çok iyidi. Böreklerine bayıldık. Odada bizim gibi 2 kişi konaklayanlar için yeterli büyüklükte. Nespresso var, yenileniyor. Temizlik gayet iyi. Özenli bir işletme. Bizim odamızda geceleri sürekli su sesi vardı, klima da biraz sesliydi. Çok yorgun olduğumuz için önemsemedik. Ama ön tarafa bakan odalar belki daha aydınlık olabilir. Tekrar tercih edeceğiz. Teşekkürler.

Hervorragende Lage in einer Fußgängerzone - entspannt und chic - und bester Platz für das genüssliche, reichhaltige Frühstück Alles war erfreulich in diesem Hotel, hervorzuheben wäre das besonders geräumige Badezimmer.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a lovely area of Athens. It is a short walk from all the main attractions. Upon arrival we were greated by the lovely lady at reception who also gave us a free room upgrade which was much appreciated. The room itself was lovely and spacious for a city hotel. The breakfast buffet is small but has everything you need. The staff were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Buffet café da manhã bem variado e com ótimo atendimento. A localização do hotel é central e dá acesso fácil a diversas atrações, restaurantes e zona comercial. É próximo a estações de metro. A equipe sempre atenciosa no fornecimento de informações e orientações. Quarto confortável e limpo. Tivemos que deixar o hotel antes do horário de abertura do café da manhã por conta do horário de nosso vôo. O hotel nos forneceu um "kit breakfast", entregue no quarto, antes da nossa partida (excelente iniciativa)

It's an excellent hotel located in a pedestrian street. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Visiting with a toddler, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff was fantastic. In particular, Marietta helped us so much with local advice and a very welcoming attitude.

We loved it here. Nice hotel vibe with a great free breakfast. Things were mostly clean, the water pressure was great, the location was great, etc. It is right off of the expensive shopping street in Athens with Rolex, Prada, Gucci, etc — if you’re into that. We really liked the stay and it was exactly what we wanted after a holiday with many Airbnb styles accommodations.

Hotel in a good quiet location, convenient for metro, breakfast is very good. Room was fine and comfortable until the A/C cranked up!

The (necessary in July) A/C was very powerful but very very loud. Basically on/off function thermostat didn’t work nor did to adjust fan speed - stuck on High. Staff informed that this is just how it is in all rooms - not sure that can be the case. Unusable overnight

We loved our room which was upgraded from a junior suite to the top floor master suite. Breakfast was the best we have had in the last week of traveling and staying at Booking.com properties.

Perfect location near Kolonaki, Syntagma square, Attica. The staff, very friendly and helpful. When visiting Athens, I always stay there. Strongly recommended!

The property is located in the high fashion district where I felt safe. The staff were amazing & even provided me with a bagged breakfast for my early morning airplane departure.
