Wonderful place and staff. Very comfortable, good location amazing breakfast. Love the Bistro downstairs for when you don't want to leave the hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

The location and the shower

The staff were very cold even though every hotel we booked in Greece the staff gave us a beautiful experience. The rooms have zero noise cancellation you can hear literally everything outside of the room, you can’t sleep well because every room that closes their door wakes you up. The room we booked didn’t have a balcony but this doesn’t mean to feel trapped inside a dark cave it was so uncomfortable we couldn’t stay in the room while awake

We love that the staff remembers us it’s like coming home Lisa and Effie are great!

Close proximity to main center and cleanness.

Bathroom is small and smack in your face. It’s not isolated from the rest of the room. The room is square and regardless where you look, it feels the bathroom is in your face.

Excellent location and the staff were very helpful. Room was lovely and spacious.

Great location, next to a square with some of the best restaurants in Athens. The staff is very helpful and kind, they helped us with everything and to store our luggage after check out. Room was clean and beds comfy.

The location is excellent--right in a quarter with a lot of restaurants and not too touristy. We felt very safe walking around at night, surrounded by a lot of people enjoying their evening too. The hotel breakfast is great value for the money--very fresh food that will set you up for a day of sightseeing. The staff is outstanding--very customer-service oriented, and the desk is staffed 24 hours each day.

The sofa bed could have used a mattress topper, and our bathroom door kept slipping off the track. But nothing that we couldn't manage.

La mia stanza era molto buia, dava verso l’interno. Non si potevano aprire le tende e le finestre perché la stanza sarebbe stata in parte visibile dal corridoio.

L’albergo è in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città, in centro ma lontana dal caos, in una strada tranquilla circondata di ottimi ristoranti, bar e cocktail bar. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La colazione è molto ricca e il personale estremamente gentile ed accogliente.

El desayuno es a la carta y está francamente bien. La ubicación es muy buena y se puede ir caminando a la gran mayoría de los sitios de interés. Las dos habitaciones dobles comunicadas son muy amplias y cómodas. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Great location, close to good restaurants, nice 12 min walk to Plaka. Lovely staff, available 24 hours. Breakfast was good, unusual approach but we were well fed. Glad it had a lift.

Not much we didn’t like! No view, despite 5th floor.

Das Zimmer ist einfach ausgestattet. Hat jedoch alles was für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt wird. Es war sehr sauber und die Lage ist optimal.

Hôtel très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied. Accueil super agréable, le petit déjeuner est préparé par le restaurant attenant, super bon. La chambre est très confortable et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Vraiment rien à redire !

The accommodation was very well situated in Athens, near to the old town, akropolis and restaurants. Additionally , the staff was very friendly and helpful, helping us to organize our day and giving us directions. Also, we thought when we arrived it would be noisy due to the restaurants in the neighbourhood, but our rooms were facing the patio and it was super quiet.

Breakfast in the restaurant was good. Location was as great. Helpful staff, provided good recommendations for restaurants and rooftop bars nearby. Spacious rooms.

No bathroom amenities of a shower cap etc. No milk in the room for coffee. Cigarette smoke smell throughout the interior of the hotel. We an early start which meant missing breakfast, the pre-made breakfast was not great at all. Shower didn’t drain properly, so water built up quickly. The curtains were not practical - let in a lot of light during the night with the external window lights on.

Great breakfast served a la carte, good quality ingredients. Room was modern with adequate storage. Good location close to restaurants and bars and a 15 walk to the Acropolis.

The room was a good size but I hated the frosted glass on the toilet door. My wife doesn’t need to see me sitting on the loo nor I her. The corridors were in need of a fresh coat of paint and the carpets were ripped and frayed. Our room faced out on to a stairwell that didn’t provide much fresh air.

The hotel staff and location were amazing.

The location is good. The view of the room was bad.

First day nobody cleaned my room although I left the sign. I had to notify them the day after that I need someone to clean the room. The breakfast wasn't good also.

The room was really nice, the concierge was friendly, the restaurant or bistro was excellent and our server (who was the manager of the restaurant) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bistro is a hidden gem!

Die Lage war perfekt. Alles Sehenswerte ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und zufrieden.

Am Wochenende ist es in den Zimmern zur Strasse hin trotz guter Schallisolierung schon etwas lauter.

very dated. online pictures very flattering. no reception when you enter. Paid for 3 nights in advance but left after one. Even though they said they can’t reimburse me for the remaining night, i still i preferred to get the hell out of there!

The hotel looked rundown. Unfinished paint and finishings, no help for luggage, rooms were standard, felt like budget stay.

Excellent location close to lovely restaurants and an easy walk away from central locations. The room I was in was sizeable and comfortable with a huge balcony. All the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations and tips.

Some nights were quite noisy with music coming from nearby night clubs but it wasn't a train smash for me personally.

No outside windows, toilet and shower are part of the room without any separate door, no lobbi at rhe entrance.

Very clean large modern room and bathroom. Big very comfortable bed, room was very quiet at night. Shower was very large with excellent water pressure & hot water. Lots of electrical outlets. Close to, though not in, Plaka and Psirri. Walkable to tourist sites and restaurants.

Room and hotel were quite plain. One rather boring picture of the Acropolis on the wall-no other room decoration.. There is no lobby or outdoor space so no place to sit outside of your room (just a check in desk). The WiFi was terrible until the last night of our 5 night stay. The neighborhood is ok, part looked kind of sketchy though we had no problems with safety.

Die Lage. Etwas abseits der Touristenströme. Aber Akropolis, Exarchia, Kolonaki alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nettes und hilfreiches, weil kenntnisreiches Personal. Zimmer total fein. Frühstück (a la carte) herausragend.

Es hat nicht nichts gefallen. Wir finden nur, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht stimmig war.

The location is great and close to two safe car parks. It allowed for easy walking everywhere.

There is some construction outside that if you plan to rest in mornings could be very loud.

Comfortable and well located. Staff were friendly.

Loved this hotel, walkable to all sights, breakfast was good and very helpful. Room was huge. Staff were amazing with tips and helped us book a boat trip. Nothing was to much trouble and house keeping are very lovely in deed. Looked after our girls..

La stanza abbastanza ampia, pulita e comoda. La colazione nel bistrot buonissima, la posizione centrale.

Purtroppo la stanza affacciava sulla strada e c’era un locale sotto che metteva musica fino alle 2 del mattino, è possibile dormire solo dalle 2 di notte in poi. In generale rumoroso (anche i rumori all’interno della struttura erano amplificati). La spa non ha un’area comune, è accessibile solo prenotando trattamenti, ho provato a prenotarne uno in loco 24 ore prima ma non mi è stata data possibilità di farlo. In generale prezzo della struttura alto rispetto ai servizi offerti.

Ottima comodità e pulizia. Posizione in zona centrale. Gentilezza staff.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The variety and taste of the breakfast are very good.

The bathroom in the room doesn’t have a standard door. The toilet and shower have separate glass doors, and because they are transparent, the person inside is visible. There is also no sound insulation for the toilet. If you are staying in the room with another person, you don’t feel comfortable at all. The level of privacy is very low.

L'hotel avait un très bon emplacement, la chambre était propre. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable. Le service que ca soit à la réception ou au petit dej étaient impeccable, très souriants et bienveillants.

Les chambres ne sont pas super bien insonorisées.
