Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Tesis gerçekten 5 yıldızı hak ediyor. Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü işlerinin bilincinde saygılıydı. Spa olanakları harikaydı girişte çalışan personel her girişinizde temiz havluyla sizi karşılıyor. Açık olduğu saatler içerisinde hangi saatte giderseniz gidin bütün bölümler çalışır haldeydi duşlar buhar odası ve havuzlar hepsi faal haldeydiler. Odalar konforlu, ve şifreli kasa vardı. Kısacası kusur arayanların bile bir şey bulamayacağı bir otel. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Bursaya her gittiğimde konaklamam için vazgeçilmez bir yer.

Just a short distance down the slope from the hotel, there is a stop where you can catch bus number 30 to the Heykel station; this takes you to Osmangazi, right in the center of Bursa. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful whenever assistance was needed. In short, if I visit Bursa again, I would certainly stay here once more.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Un hotel de 5 stele, pe care le merită din plin. Profesionalism in toate compartimentele.Totul e la superlativ, de la curățenie, la mic dejun sau spa. Un mare plus pentru domnul Emre, maseorul și doamna de la curățenie de la etajul 3. Vom reveni cu mare plăcere, mai ales pentru piscinele termale care sunt sănătate curată. Am stat 7 nopți, dar anul viitor vom sta mai mult.Un raport calitate preț excelent! Bravo tuturor celor care deservesc acest hotel de top!
Hotelul are parcare proprie, dar e incomodă fiind amplasată in spate și in pantă.Exista serviciu de valet, dar e aiurea să tot apelezi, mai ales când vrei să pleci repede. O soluție a fost parcarea pe stradă, lângă hotel, la fel de sigură și comodă!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026We had a lovely family stay. The staff were friendly, kind and professional, and everyone spoke English, so communication was easy. We were kindly upgraded to a family room, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was amazing, and the chef was always checking if anything was missing. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and very family-friendly. I also appreciated the choice of different pillows on request. Overall, a wonderful stay!
The only downside was the daily housekeeping. The floors could have been swept more regularly, as they became quite dusty during our stay. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Inrichting heel klosaal, grote stoelen met gouden randen e.d Ik ben meer van het simpel, sereen. Avondeten was fantastisch, de service, het eten ronduit dubbele 5 sterren waard.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Ohne Fehl und Tadel ist in diesem Hotel der SPA Bereich. Schön gestaltet, erholsam, toller Saunabereich und kompetentes, freundliches Personal. Der Empfang war herzlich, das Check in problemlos. Das erste Frühstück wurde mit mehreren Tassen Tee begleitet.
Am zweiten Tag änderte sich plötzlich alles. Kein Lächeln, gezwungenes Guten Morgen. Trotz leerem Restaurant stapeln sich die schmutzigen Teller. Eine Tasse Tee musste genügen. Das Personal steht in der Ecke herum und hält eine Versammlung ab. Ich bin grundsätzlich ein freundlicher Mensch und lasse mir Verärgerung nicht anmerken. Die herablassende Art mit der in diesem Haus meinen Trinkgeld und meiner Freundlichkeit begegnet wurde, hat mich jedoch enttäuscht.

La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica ed in una zona bella e tranquilla dalla quale si può vedere tutta la città dall'alto, soprattutto dal ristorante panoramico situato al 4° piano della struttura. Il centro termale, oltre ad essere compreso nel prezzo, è ampio, ben gestito e mantenuto.

Вода, по моему мнению, в термальном бассейне сильно горячая. Не всем по состоянию здоровья подходит горячая вода 40 градусов. Один из бассейнов можно было бы делать хотя бы на уровне 35 или 36 градусов.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026We felt the hotel was average, location great with respect to the view but was far removed from restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was lovely. Most dissapointing was Mumm restaurant - very ordinary menu and even more ordinary quality food. We ordered a cheese/sharing plate entree - the worst hommus Ive ever eaten and 3 tiny pieces of cheese. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and received 90% ice-berg lettuce, a handful of pieces of sun-dried tomato and 4 thin pieces of chicken. It was meant to contain parmesan but it wasn't in there, I asked them to provide it. For a restaurant that presents itself as a la carte, that was the worst quality caesar salad I have ever eaten, not even accounting for the price. My husband ordered a chicken snitzel, very ordinary size and taste. Very dissapointing.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2025We are family of three from Canada, stayed 7 nights at the hotel. Everything about our stay was excellent—except for housekeeping. Location – 5* Outstanding location. Bus 3C stops right across the hotel and connects to all major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, Green Mosque, and Teleferik. Bus 96 goes directly to the bus terminal, and Bus 1C reaches Inkaya Tree in just four minutes. Facilities – 5* The hotel is beautiful and modern; if I’m not mistaken, it was built in 2017. Breakfast – 5* Exceptional quality, delicious food, and an impressive variety. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Spa – 5* Excellent spa and highly recommended. I had a massage with therapist Kadek—one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The only downside is that half of the thermal bath area is closed on weekdays, limiting access to the quiet section. Housekeeping – 1* This was the only major issue. The room was clean on arrival, but service declined afterward. After we spilled coffee on the floor, housekeeping made the bed without changing the sheets, rearranged my personal items, removed two pairs of slippers and two robes, and returned only one pair of slippers and one robe. The floor was not mopped, and coffee/tea supplies were not replenished. The same occurred the following day, and I had to request supplies at reception. For the rest of our stay, we used the “Do Not Disturb” sign to avoid further inconvenience. One additional note: before our departure, we were sitting by the fireplace when a hotel representative asked us to move to another table, explaining that they needed to decorate the area. After we moved, she seated a Turkish family there and served them coffee. This made us feel unwelcome.
