The spa facilities and location

Konum ve otelin kalitesi mükemmel. Bursa da gercek 5 yildiz kalitesini hak ediyor. Bütün otel çalışanlari ilgili ve yardimseverdi. Musteri hizmetlerinden Caren hanimin ilgi ve alakasi icin ozellikle teşekkür ediyorum.

Hicbirsey

We liked everything here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and varied to please almost everyone. The hotel is near a metro station (5mn slow walk) which helps get near the biggest attractions in the city. There is also a nice food court just in front of the hotel. I am sure you will like it.

They gave us in room 3 sweets for free thenks alot apperciate

Her şey gayet güzeldi. Bursa’da konaklamayı düşünen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. ✨

Bursa'nın en güzel oteli diyebilirim. Kahvaltı ve Spa'sı oldukça güzeldi. 19.

Clean rooms, smiling staff, delicious meals...

I loved the place, the location, the smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

I didn't find any negative side worth mentioning.

Everything was perfect

Tekrar tercih ederiz mutlaka.

Location

Customer service

The location is very good and reach for most of the services and the spa facilities were fine.

The receiption staff need to welcoming the gust and at least smile ! The room was not new as a 5 starts hotel.

The manger of the relation is very genuine and generous, she offer upgrade because I am loyal customer, the receptionist is polite and professional (Ehsan), I hope I got the name right, she is good and gave me good impression, that's said, other staff in reception as very direct and néd mire flexibility. But this subjective and normal. The spa facility is top notch, yet the prices for Turkis bath is over exaggerated for customers and it is not comparable to the outside top rated Turkish hammam other wise: The facility is superb rooms are good, restaurants food is fresh, cleanliness, swimming pool is indoor and is very big and clean and it is addition to the stay. If you like daily swim this the place. Thermal pool is therapeutic. Cold showers are really cold. Parking area sometimes full but not always. Elevators fast, Air conditioning is above average. Lobby is big but had just coffee and bar, could benefit from other service such as computers or book. I stayed twice at this hotel and I am coming back.

Not much to be honest. May be only prices of spa services.

Everything was nice, I faced little bit hassle in parking my car sometimes parking's is full, however the valet guys were nice and help when needed. The pool is clean and spacious, cold shower is really cold. Thermal pool is therapeutic. The choice for smoking room has been met, which is good for me, kids had real fun.

I cannot complain except that some of the services at the spa is exaggerated considering the more traditional places such as very traditional turkish hamam is about 10% the price, but if you do not do the hamam or massage services then, it is good

Otele girişte Calısanlar çok samimi karsıladı. Üçretsiz odaya tatlı ikramı yapıldı hangi tatlıyı seçmek istediğimiz soruldu. Odadaki su vb ikramları sınırsız ilave talep edebileceğimiz söylendi. Hamam spa bölümü çok büyük ve güzeldi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetli idi. Kat görevlisi +1 puanı hakediyor. Yemekhanede ki bayan personeller güleryüzleri ile +1 puan. A la carte restoranda piano dinletisi vardı ayrıca fiyatları normal düzeyde idi.

Mic dejun excelent.

I sincerely appreciate the excellent service, warm hospitality, and friendly attitude shown throughout my stay. Thank you all for making my visit memorable.

Cleanness, neat, nice reception staff,.and the location.

No teeth paste and brush. Not too much variety

The room was amazing clean and modern , this is my 5 times visiting bursa this hotel my first choice. the location it is perfect close to the mall and restaurant, hotel staff outstanding, also the breakfast

Everything at the hotel was very nice. The staff at the reception were attentive and helpful. The spa facility was very large. The food and breakfast were excellent and varied. I can also say that its location and accessibility were other advantages.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was delicious. The spa service was also excellent, with an experienced and highly professional team.”

The only downside was that the sauna, steam room, and hot tub closed on Mondays, which happened to be during our stay from Sunday to Tuesday.

All around very good hotel. Clean, nice breakfast with rich options, mostly very good and helpful personal and many facilities including a nice spa.

In the spa, one personel was ambitious to close and was looking periodically to see if we are already gone 10-15 minutes before the closing time. The lights and the hot water tabs were already closed 30 minutes before closure. It is a bit annoying when I have only 30 minutes to relax which is in the opening ours.
