The location and view were very good .. ..the staff were very kind and nice ..the facilities were extra great ..special thanks Cigdem,infront disk, she was super nice and super helpful .. would definitely come again to same hotel

Part of the hotel was still not renovated ..but even though it was in a very good conditions..no harm of using it ..it was almost same as the renovated one .. so I would not consider it a negative..same as the spa was under renovation so I believe it was my bad luck ..but next time for sure I would be able to use it So in general nothing there to talk about

Honestly, I loved almost everything. If someone asked me, “How would you like a hotel to be?”, I would answer without hesitation: “Go to Çelik Palas and take it as an example.” From the historic and impressive building, the cleanliness and atmosphere, to the exceptional staff, everything creates a genuine feeling of hospitality. What impressed me the most, however, was the people. Their kindness, professionalism, willingness to help, and above all, their warm and human approach made me feel truly welcomed. It was one of those stays where you don't simply feel that you stayed at a hotel; you feel that you met people you will remember. For me, Çelik Palas is not simply a beautiful hotel. Honestly, I don't have anything significant to mention that made me dissatisfied. My overall experience was exceptional, and even if there are small details that could perhaps be improved, they are insignificant compared with the overall quality and the warm hospitality I received. I left Çelik Palas with beautiful memories and, most importantly, with the desire to return again.

Kamer was iets verouderd, wastafel was bijvoorbeeld snel verstopt en wc bleef water spoelen. Airco maakt veel geluid.

Este un hotel foarte frumos, poți merge acolo liniștit. Camerele erau foarte curate, micul dejun a fost foarte variat și delicios, piscina a fost curată.Merită fiecare bănuț. Personalul a fost prietenos. Mulțumesc foarte mult pentru tot! 🙏🏻🤗Vom reveni cu drag!

Everything was great. The room was clean, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast had a bit of everything.

When I entered the room, there was a heavy smell. It disappeared during the stay.

Местоположение отеля идеальное, виды с балкона шикарные, номер чистый и уютный, очень удобные кровати.

Вечером решили поужинать в ресторане, хотя отель был не пуст, в ресторане никого не было, мы заказали одно блюдо но нам принесли другое доказывая что-то обратное, конечно нам поменяли на требуемое блюдо и даже принесли дополнительное за счет заведения но как это было сделано немного потрепало нервы, на нас смотрели все официанты и повара будто мы в чем-то виноваты. А вот рядом был ресторан битком забит народом и из нашего отеля, после данного обслуживания мы поняли почему.

Прекрасный отель! Снимали улучшеный номер. В отеле чисто, уютно , персонал доброжелательный. Отдельное спасибо девушке Nur на ресепшене, помогла купить онлайн билеты, быстро решала все наши вопросы . Даже принесли комплимент в номер , фрукты и орешки) Спасибо, было очень приятно ☺️. Очень понравилось спа , термы , сауна , соляная комната. Везде было чисто и приятно находиться. На улице чистый бассейн , шезлонги с мягкими матрасами. Полотенце везде выдают , тапки меняют каждый день. Отель стоит своих денег, обязательно вернемся снова . В ресторане очень вкусная пицца и шоколадный десерт! Расположение тоже хорошее, 15-17 мин пешком центр , парк через дорогу. Спасибо за гостеприимство!!!

Чудесно местоположение. Хотела е грандиозен с уникална градина. Големи пространства, прекрасен персонал, стаите са големи и чисти и има всички удобства, с балкон и хубава гледка. Голям СПА център и голям външен басейн с уникална гледка.

Everything was perfect for our stay following our wedding ceremony. The hotel management was incredibly kind, understanding, and attentive—they did absolutely everything they could to ease my wife’s wedding preparations and make our time there seamless. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone looking for top-tier service and a memorable stay!

Location & thermal bath. The staff were very helpful, courteous & efficient. Especially Nura, the receptionist has been brilliant with her response, helpful for everything we need. She has got solution to every request we made. Very impressive service by Nura, definitely a 5 star.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne lange Anfahrten zu erreichen. Es war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und ausnahmslos höflich. Ein geschichtsträchtiges wunderbares Hotel.

No limpiaron la habitacion durante 2 días. Lo tuvimos que advertir para que la limpiaran. Y se supone un hotel de 5 estrellas. La llave de la puerta se bloqueaba en numerosas ocasiones. Tampoco funcionaba la caja fuerte.

very big and comfortable rooms, extensively rich breakfast, location is excellent and parking avaliable

The staff had very good use of English and were incredibly helpful and positive, the spa area was amazing on the body after a long day of snowboarding on Uludag, and the rooms were pretty great.

The laundry service was pretty tricky to use and seems like it could do with an update to the system (maybe using a QR code and a photo of your laundry) especially since there was no good way to request it was picked up. The breakfast buffet was a little bit lacking, I felt some of the budget could've gone towards more warm meat or eggs that were kept warm and ready to go, rather than what was basically a sandwich station with cold meat, and an omelette station where you feel your order may be missed. The restaurant and room service could have done with some healthier options.

I liked the thermal bath, and location.

The staff ar extremely rude, not nice at all. Very money hungry. Since when is each room only allowed 2 bottled per day at a 5 stars hotel? this is absurd and when I complained they made it 3 bottles and extra bottles for an extra fee??? Also how does a 5 stars hotel not have OAT or Almond milk options for breakfast only normal milk??

La propreté et a revoir. Le parquet affiche des taches partout. La salle de bain et tres sérrée pas tres propre. La moquette et d'une saleté... néttoyage superficiel. Aucun buffet sauf le matin buffet tres médiocre. Ni dej ni diner sauf a la carte. Aucune animation pour nouvel an. Je m abstien de mettre les photos.

The quality of the staff was truly excellent. The hotel team is extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very poor for a five-star hotel. Also, the meal served at New Year's Eve was not tasty (this is the common opinion of the whole family). The bathroom and toilet are separated by a thin partition. It is not very practical and useful.

I really like this hotel, this was my fourth time in Hotel Celik Palace and I'll be back everytime I go to Bursa. Beautiful and clean hotel, big rooms, confortable beds and a veey helpful staff.

Staff were amazing especially Onur bey. He showed us around Ataturk Palas. It’s beautiful! Full of history. Rabia was also very helpful. Both always greeted us with a smile and keen to help. The Termal spa is absolutely beautiful too. Highly recommended for anyone who has joint pain. Very relaxing

Tyrkneska baðið var einstaklega gott, gamalt tyrkneskt bað, töfrandi rými, gömul marmaraklædd laug með hvolfþaki.

Pour avoir fréquenté cet hôtel il y a une vingtaine d'années, les prestations sont en diminution. Rien à dire sur les chambres, toujours très confortables. Mais le Celik Palas est vieillissant. Et ne correspond pas toujours aux annonces faites par l'établissement. Concernant le hammam nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de le fréquenter, faute de temps. Pour aller dans Bursa le taxi est la meilleure solution. La réception l'appelle sur demande.

Le repas du soir ! Annoncé à 19h30, en arrivant à 19h45 la salle est quasi déserte ! Le dîner commence en fait à 19h00... L'hôtel annonce un service " à la carte ". Faux. Il s'agit de buffets. Si les entrées se dégustent froides, les plats chauds (peut-être chauds à 19h00) sont froids ou tièdes à 19h45 ! Nous avions le souvenir d'un service à la carte, sur la terrasse. C'était très agréable. Mais c'était il y a 20 ans ! Nous n'avons fait au Celik qu'un seul repas du soir. Les autres se sont passés dans Bursa.

السعر فقط يجب مراعاة اوقات الحجز ووضع اسعار خاصه وقت غير المواسم بالذات في الشتاء حيث انني لم استفد من المسبح الخارجي بسبب الحاله المطرية في ايام دخولي للفندق

Burada ikinci kalışımız. Odalar tertemiz, çalışanlar her zaman ilgili ve yardımcı. Restoran kısmı güzel, açık büfe kahvaltısı çeşitli, taze ve çok lezzetli. Termal ve spa alanını her gelişimizde kullanıyoruz; hem temiz hem de çok keyifli. Her seferinde memnun ayrılıyoruz.

Our room was spacious with a balcony, with a view of the city and partial of the mountains. The hotel has a big hammam, and a swimming pool ( outdoor) Breakfast has decent selection. You can eat inside or on the terrace. We asked for wake up call ,and a breakfast box . It was nicely presented, however it was lacking utensils

Bursa is very sprawling city, and the hotel location was more remote than we thought would be. Unfortunately even in a hotel / spa we were not able to escape smell/ stink of cigarettes. They try to accommodate us, however all of the rooms did smell with nicotine Also the bathroom stall was small.

Hamam war sehr gut, kann man jedem empfehlen.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war katastrophal, und auch der sonstige Kaffee, den man gekauft hat, war nicht besonders gut. Die Bedienung hat zu lange gebraucht, um die Bestellungen zu bringen, Durchschnittszeit 15 Minuten.
