This is the second time we've stayed here. The two bedroom apartment is quite a rarity in China at this price, so it was an easy choice. Again, staff are super friendly and helpful, Apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Location is amazing. Just round the corner from a great supermarket and fabulous Italian restaurant.

Apartment is a little tired, but not an issue. Couch is so hard it's impossible to sit on it and relax.

Can allow early check in and late check out . Staff are very helpful.

Staff were super friendly and efficient, especially Yoyo who was on the morning shift. She even recommended a superb lunch restaurant, which was outstanding. Apartment was very quiet, clean, spacious and well equipped.

I found the beds to be fantastic, but both my son and wife said they were a little too hard. Everything else was perfect. Maybe improve the quality of the coffee in the room, but that's about it.

Very clean rooms and comfortable with 2 wash basins, complete facilities. We enjoyed our stay very much

Nice hotel for the price. Clean, but quite old hotel . Breakfast was ok, should be warmer. Convenient to subway and staff friendly, also shops and restaurants nearby. Slept well, comfy kind bed and some western tv channels.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Ok breakfast. Good location . Just half an hour ride to most of the scenic spots and attractions. Half an hour walk to a large Mall (wanda guanchang) .

We loved the friendliness of the staff, the convenience of the location, and the cleanliness of the apartment. The swimming pool was fantastic for our kids. And having free breakfast was super convenient.

I stayed for a total of five days. During the first three days, I had a positive experience with the front desk staff and the hotel manager, who were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.

However, my experience took a turn when I moved into the long-term rental room. The room's quality was noticeably lower, with mold stains on the bathtub wall. Even though the hotel staff tried to provide alternative options, I found similar issues in other rooms. What surprised me was the sudden increase of 4,000 RMB in the monthly rental price when I decided to stay in my original room. Also, on the fourth day, the middle-aged woman at the front desk displayed a very cold, rude, and indifferent attitude. I'm not sure if her demeanor was related to my decision not to continue with the long-term rental at this hotel. Due to these issues and the unfriendly front desk experience on the fourth day, I chose not to pursue a long-term stay and opted for a different hotel that offered better value and cleaner accommodations. While most of the hotel staff were professional, these problems affected my overall impression of the hotel.

The pictures were certainly relevant about ten or fifteen years ago. Had to change rooms because the first one smelled like someone tried to cover up cigarette smoke with menthol. It was a non-smoking floor. Second room was dirty (sticky tabletops, old spills and trash on floor) and the outlets were loose. Third room was decent. All the rooms were missing the lounge chair and table from the photos. The staff was very nice about taking us to see other rooms to find one we liked. Coffee/espresso machine in the breakfast area was great.They do make hot dry noodles (热干面 re gan mian) upon request.

The booking was for two people, we both came at check in. In the morning we were told there was only one breakfast provided--which was not indicated anywhere on the app when I booked and not mentioned at all when we checked in. They were quick to fix it, though, which was nice. If you don't arrive right at the start of breakfast, it'll be cold--we learned the hard way--nothing is warmed, just cooked and set out. Place is definitely older and much less luxurious-looking than the pictures let on.

約3年前に利用した時よりも、朝食のメニューあまり良くない様に思えた。朝食は特に野菜サラダを好む私共としたは非常に不満であった。

생각보다 아주 좋진 않았습니다. 사진이 너무 잘 나왔다는 생각이 듭니다. 우한 자체가 시골이기도 하지만 이곳은 뭔가 더 낙후된 느낌이랄까.. 호텔 시설도 약간 한국의 장급 느낌이 들고요. 제가 갔을떈 수영장은 운영하지 않고 있었는데 미리 공지가 됐다면 어땠을까 싶기도 합니다. 헬스장 시설은 매우 협소하여 기대를 안하시는 편이 좋습니다.

Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. Everything is basic no frills. Breakfast was so so. Had a 1 bedroom double bed apartment and only 1 breakfast was included. Best go for twin bed for 2 breakfast but not worth it. No complaints and no compliments, just a plain simple apartment hotel.

Appartements spacious with kitchen. Even the highway nearby not so noisy in the rooms. Interieur a little bit antique. Breakfast OK. Around not so much to do. Metro station nearby.Wanda Plaza one station away.

The room is clean. And servce is also good, but there is nothing around the hotel. Breakfast is not so good quality.

Great Location, very good restaurants around the Hotel/Apartment complex. Clean and tidy, Wash Machines and Dryers are handy. Recommend the hotel especially if your passing through on your way to other cities on business

出張先の会社に近いのでいつも利用してます。 サービス、施設は基本的に問題ありません。 たまにアメニティなどに不足があるようですが。 フロントは英語か日本語が通じるのであまり問題ありません。 ボトルウォーターも２本あって助かります。

ここにすんでいる人も多く、滞在に最低限必要なものは揃っている。 ただし、値段のわりには豪華とは言えない。 朝御飯は、可もなく不可もなくだが、長く滞在すると飽きる。 地下鉄駅から近いく、移動が便利なのでこのエリアに仕事で来るならおすすめです。 フロントは英語ＯＫでした。

朝食にもう少しバリエーションがあると良いです。

Citidine has reputation reliable , not luxious but ok.. Kitchen ware are good in standard of China , clean. Facility of washing machine plus as new model.. Feel in home, pool is nicely maintained. Front desk staff looks in training to be better image

因為是服務式公寓, 所以很多在職日本人和韓國人居住,雖然每天一早外出遊玩,用不上廚房的設施, 整體上房間是舒適的。酒店步行至地鐵東風公司站不用5分鐘, 但距離景點甚遠, 乘地鐵普遍都超過30分鐘。

가격대비 객실은 별루 이며, 조식도 약간 부실함. 또한 주변에는 음식점과 편의 시설도 없기에 불편함.단, 도보로 20분 이상 걸으면, 완다 쇼핑몰이 있음.

경기장이 가깝습니다. 비용이 적절합니다. 조식 포함으로 예약했으나, 호텔에서 추가 요금을 받습니다. 예약 인원 모두 조식이 제공되지 않습니다.

목적지였던 우한 스포츠센터와 접근성이 좋았습니다. 위치는 좋았지만 주변 도로 환경이 아직 깔끔하게 정리되지 않았고, 도심으로 접근성이 좋지 않았던 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외 호텔 시설이나, 호텔 자체로서는 매우 훌륭했습니다. 조식도 좋았고, 수영장이나 부대 시설도 좋았습니다.

來到這區住宿,或者是來體育館睇show. 公寓靜中帶旺,附近蠻多餐廳，有戲院,ktv,按摩等。 公寓樓下就有便利。 環境清淨舒適，房間夠大,有煮食設備。 不錯

깨끗한 레지던스 호텔입니다. 객실에 조리도구가 있습니다. 코인식 세탁방도 있어서 편리합니다. 다만 위치가 우한 중심가에서 1시간 이상 떨어진 외진 곳입니다. 주변에 즐길거리가 부족한 편입니다.

ホテルは新興開発された村のような中にあり、スーパー、コンビニ、居酒屋、銀行などが徒歩圏。観光を求めなければ最高の立地でしょう。ホテル敷地内にある和食居酒屋はコスパもよく美味でした。

広くてゆったりとした部屋で、快適に過ごせました。ただ、予約の際、「深めのバスタブ」と記載されていたのに、シャワーのみの部屋でした。中国語は話せないし、説明がたいへんなので諦めましたが、予約通りの部屋に案内されたのか、疑問です…。 バスタブ以外は、すべて文句なし。キッチンは、冷蔵庫、電気ポット、トースター、レンジ、包丁、まな板、食器、カトラリーなどが揃っていました。（食器洗剤とスポンジはなかったのですが、持参していたので問題なし）

This hotel was amazing. The room was huge and the bed was so soft compared with most Chinese beds. Cleanliness was not an issue and the staff were pleasant. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and Mr. Mai's coffeehouse being right next door was a definite plus. If I ever return to Wuhan this is where I'll be staying.

Very seldom do I give a hotel a "flat out" 5 star rating but this one I did. The split level rooms were very big and the hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Language was not really a problem but you do have to listen carefully.Taxis are inexpensive and available but I would recommend that you have your destination written in Chinese for the cab driver. The hotel can be difficult to find so be sure you have the hotel phone number with you when you arrive whether by fast train or air so the driver can call the hotel direct

Very seldom do I give out a flat 5 recommendation but it is a must for this hotel. I was well received there by a helpful staff. Language barrier is not problem here because most of the staff speaks understandable English. The hotel is surrounded by many English speaking businesses. Taxi's are very inexpensive to use. My studio room was very clean, very comfortable and was serviced daily by the staff. The free breakfast is plentiful by at times cold but nothing that a well seasoned travelers can't deal with. I will be sure to stay there again...
