On s y sent super à l’aise Villa dans une résidence super calme et avec un garde à l entrée. Tout est toujours propre. La piscine est assez grande et n’a strictement aucun vis à vis, donc idéal pour les personnes qui souhaitent nager librement

チェックインで15000相当のデポジットを取られた。チェックアウトで返されたが、滞在中のための換金だったため、とても困った。事前に連絡して欲しかった。これが最悪な点。 サービスは悪くはなかったけど、コスパは良いとは言えなかった。

Wir hatten eine Pool Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Wobei das zweit Schlafzimmer ehr einer Abstellkammer einen vorkam. Es gab eine kleine Küche und zwei Badezimmer. Es war sehr ruhig und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Leider schlechte Lage es gibt in der Nähe nichts man braucht einen Roller 😎, das aber das Hotel leider zu hochpteisig vermietet

Was mich sehr verärgert hat, das bei den teuren Preis was wir für das Zimmer /Willa zahlten die reinigungskrafte zwdi Tage lang keine neuen Toilettenpapier ersetzte und wir da dringend darauf hinweisen mussten. Den Tag darauf waren keine duschhanttucher groß und kleine da. Hat mich sehr verärgert. Sowas bekommt man schon bei einem 2 Sternen resort ohne Aufforderung. Und das Frühstück ist der Preis dafür nicht gerechtfertigt. AUCH versteht das Personal sehr schlecht oder gar nicht englisch so ist die Verständigung sehr schwierig. Wir würden diese Geld nicht mehr ausgeben und würden es auch nicht mehr buchen

Lovely large villas. Very quiet estate so nice to rest at night. Also fairly close to the beach and water activities. There is also long boat or speed boat hire nearby. Staff is lovely and friendly and will try to sort out anything possible. Ps: Pictures are from the Onyx Villas (correct villa we had booked)

The first day we got there, they gave us a different unit than booked and we could only access the next day. The resort paid for a breakfast for us the next morning due to their mistake.

Sehr schöne, wenn auch einfach ausgestattete Villa mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight und wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Leider waren in einem der Schlafzimmer die Fliesen am Boden lose und sind beim Betreten immer mehr beschädigt worden, sodass sich sogar Scherben am Boden lagen. Leider sind wir mehrfach reingetreten und haben uns verletzt. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurden einfach kleine Teppiche über die Stellen gelegt, was leider nicht geholfen hat. Darüber waren wir enttäuscht.

A beautiful villa with a spacious garden. It’s so cozy and comfortable that you don’t want to leave. The kitchen is perfect for cooking fresh seafood from the local market. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away and, in my opinion, the best beach in Phuket! The villa has soft, comfortable pillows, daily cleaning, and everything is spotless. The large pool is fantastic. Everything was perfect, and we hope to return many times! Thank you for your hospitality! I wish you an easy workload and lots of wonderful guests.

C’est la 4 eme fois que nous réservons dans ce groupe. Nous adorons Two villas Holliday Phuket Onyx style. Le personnel est au petit soin. Tout est fait avec le sourire et des remerciements. Très peu de bruit, juste le chant des oiseaux. La literie est excellente. Merci encore à ce magnifique pays qui sait accueillir ces hôtes.

Villa layout was ideal for our group with functional communal gathering space. Spacious clean and well designed with all amenities and all the modern comforts. Pool and gardens well kept. Very safe and secure. Reception and communication from front desk was great and staff assisted to porter baggage to and from front desk. Security guard at guardhouse was always hospitable and Scooter hireage, massage and breakfast option all available onsite

Fint ophold i privat beliggende villa. Sparsomt udstyret køkken, hvor microovn ikke virkede. Svært at finde på kort. Så endte med at få behov for transport fra villa til lobby flere gange. Dog meget servicemindede personale, så ikke noget problem.

Well maintained property in a nice area

Facilities are incredible, the private pool was amazing. food is decent and location is a bit far from the main events, but if you rent a motorcycle, you'll be fine.

It was a beautiful and comfy stay with my family. The villas are just what they look like in the pictures. Nice comfy rooms with a private pool with full privacy.

Stuff was very nice and helpful (thank you much guys). My sister had a bd and stuff offered as complimentary cake and lovely bed decorations. AC was fixed fast after the leak. Location is quite nice, mini market and restaurants are near by.

This villas project is quite old. I remember staying there about 6 years ago and it was not super fresh but quite cozy at stylish. Now it looks like some of the decorations had been removed, furniture got old and something is just not right. You don’t get that luxury feeling at all. AC got broken at the first day of our staying, there was some construction work at the swimming pool on villa connected to ours and it was super noisy (stopped at the second day). I would be ok with all of that if price would be lower, but for 7,000 thb per night (not even a high season yet) you expecting something with the higher standards.

Everything was amazing. The hosts were very helpful they were available to contact 24/7 via WhatsApp response time was very quick. They were very accommodating.

If there was more options to suit the halal diet for breakfast besides just chicken sausage would make this place even better

The rooms do not look as on the picture. It’s not as nice and cosy. No mirrors to dry hair and to do a makeup in the small room, no canopy over the bed, as on the pics.

Location was great and just the right distance to the lively area.

Bed squeaked bad, three cockroaches were found in two days. Needs a small shower head int he main shower area to wash body. Waterfall was super loud but after three days they finally turned it off. The swimming pool was freezing as no sunlight was able to come in the garden. Many things in the welcome booklet was unavailable like hiring the floaties etc…. Late check can only be confirmed day before you checkout even when we asked several times and when we messaged on the day before it was booked out and they knew for a few days previously as spoke with the manager at check out.

The property was clean, comfy bed, good bathtub, nice living room and kitchen. Spacious car park, and really nice staff!

The outdoor furniture was a little dingy and worst for wear. It was difficult to contact the front desk via WhatsApp, call them for a quicker response.

Pool was fantastic and the staff were lovely. The restaurant’Origami’ was wonderful too - great range, yummy food and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was very good, and as a bonus it was available till 5pm. No rush in the mornings to be up for a set time for breakfast.

Too many mosquitoes in the bathroom. Should have sprayed earlier to get rid of them.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice clean room with cleaning everyday. Only complaint was we were told there was buffet breakfast and there wasnt and breakfast delivery to room was cold.

It's a nice living room space nice furniture the pool that was there was clean I personally liked the location quiet side street lined with other villas with security at the front and not to far from 7/11 and a few bars and things of that nature

I didn't like how it didn't look exactly like it did in the pictures as far as the pool the bedrooms or the living room but I wasn't completely disappointed because and the layout was similar with each bedroom being able to see the pool but nothing you see in the pictures that they are advertising so just trying to be accurate and that's not cool

The Villa was amazing. It had a spa ious living room and bedroom as well as bathroom with all necessities. The pool was amazing and very private. The villa itself had 3 bedrooms but as we booked only one, other 2 were locked. So more people can stay in one. and one was also in a separte buildign. The area is quite calm and a bit away from the main beaches but its only 10min ride. In the area there are several places to eat and small shops.

The breakfast was so so. Several items to choose from, but something was missing in the taste. But thats a subjective opinion.

The staff for sure, they always helped put when I needed something. Always answered quickly and with courtesy. Would recommend for sure. They also helped me set up a surprise engagement event for my girlfriend and I and boy did they really knock it out of the park.

Mostly that the TV was way to small for that room size. And that a table outside would be a good idea because if you order a BBQ set you need to work some magic to get it comfortably done. And just two towels a day isn't really good amount maybe 4 would be great. Also the pool is kind of deep and the stairs that let you go inside the pool kind of end in a weird area so that if your not watching out you might slip and fall in.

This place is so beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that is very inaccessible.

I’ll just dot point issues we had as I don’t like to leave negative reviews usually: - you definitely need a car or a bike to get around... it’s a long way from anywhere - water went out one day so we had to wait overnight for someone to come fix it - the fridge was broken so food we bought went bad in the heat and it took a few days to fix. In the end the bought in a new one after sending a technician twice. Just swap it out in the first place! - they wanted me to replace 2 forks that were apparently missing after our stay! - they came early to check us out so we had to rush and leave early. There were three of them and they just came in and stood in the loungeroom until we got ready rather than coming back at the agreed time - they came earlier than notified to clean so we weren’t ready and so they didn’t clean the apartment. They didnt top up towels or toilet paper. - there is nothing in the way of food in the kitchen, not even tea bags or salt and pepper! - curtains have a lot of mildew on them and the rooms smelt musty - the staff around the hotel weren’t very helpful or friendly. Can’t recommend staying here. Although I think each individual apartment is owned by individuals rather than the complex so I think it could be that we just got a bad egg! The environment was nice and I can see that it has potential to be a nice place to stay.

I had a 1 bedroom villa with private pool. It was Devine. Very clean, both inside and out. The pool water was lovely and cool for both day and night swims. There were ample cutlery and dinnerware. The room came with two large bottles of water each day. Breakfast was included and was offered in the form of breakfast baskets. They were delivered to the villa each morning at your choice of time. The bathroom and bed was huge. Although the bed was way too hard for me. However the couch was just right for naps. There were a variety of different lighting choices depending on your mood. The pool was a good size and a had a running water fountain. The outside courtyard was generous and featured two sun lounges. This area also had a choice of different lighting.

Trying to paint you a picture therefore it’s a bit long and detailed but short of it is, don’t waste your money and time staying here. We stayed here for 8 days and Unfortunately we are very disappointed. 1st, it wasn’t our choice. We originally booked into the hotel right front of these villas but got a call from the hotel few days after advising they’ve made a mistake in bookings but they’ve instead booked us in this amazing villa. The whole wasn’t right from start. A car to pick us up from airport, who couldn’t speak a word of English, had no idea where the place was and couldn’t wait to just drop us off somewhere and run. Not mentioning he completely refused to stop for 5mins so we can get some food for the kids after 8.5hrs flight and almost 5hrs in airports. Then the villa, well 2 kilos of keys but only 1 for the main door. Fridge didn’t work so we had through all the foods & fruits that we bought out. Then the Property Manager calls and says (without sorry)“They couldn’t come today to check the fridge, maybe tomorrow.” Then calls the next night and says “Do you really need a fridge? Just checking to see if I should organise one for you?” Fridge arrives then at midnight water completely stops right middle of shower. Next day in afternoon 10 people showed up trying to get water sorted and the buddy language was clearly showed they’re doing whatever they can to blame it on us to charge extra but at the end apparently there was an issue with the water meter. And at the check out, 4 people showed up 40 minutes earlier then we agreed and confirmed the night before, going through everything while half of us still in shower and other half still packing. And then all they could come up with after 45 minutes of search was that “2 forks are missing” what a W......

The place is beyond awesome. The staff are really helpful and friendly always welcoming you with a warm smile everyday.The overall mood is mystical, The place is near many shops and an epic Nahrain beach. The room is so luxurious full of various facilities for a better accommodation. I'd definitely like to come again.

Very beautiful villa clean and with a very nice pool and bathtub. The cute cat comes to our door every morning,my kids are very reluctant to leave from the villa. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Definitely, we will come back again

Everything about the villa was good. It was clean, nice interiors and the staff service was also very good. A nice private villa for couples or families. The only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast. Perhaps they can do something to improve the spread.

I had an excellent experience during my honeymoon stay there, I was amazed how the place was perfect and well arranged, how stuff were very helpful Thank you (Alip, Chompoo, Nest, Best, Ya, Mary, Tanya) you made our stay the best

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided anything that was needed. Any small issue was fixed or taken care of within minutes or the same day. There is a 7/11 near the hotel, but not much else. The major road near the hotel was under major construction that could cause some heavy traffic (I was told it would be finished in 2021). The hotel offers rental cars, motorbikes, and free bicycle use (when the bicycles are available). The Villas are very nice, very large, and the pool was in excellent condition. The villa's interior was very nice and everything was in perfect working condition. The kitchen was large with a full refrigerator. Each villa is very private including the pool area. The hotel even offered a barbecue that was brought to the room with a very large assortment of fresh crab, fish, shrimp, and other seafood (beef or pig was also available). The main building across from the villas was a very large hotel with rooms, 2 large pools, a library, spa, and gym.

An absolut gem if you want to relax and recover. Within a short ride you can reach 3 beaches. Small Restaurants and Shops are close by.

The villa is having high degree of privacy , it's neat and clean like a royal suit, well equipped with all the facilities . All services , food, transportation, Wifi are perfect . People are so helpful specially the reception desk.

The hotel staff were really helpful, friendly and ensured we were taken care off. Breakfast was delivered to our room, and it was delicious. The villa itself was clean, and well maintained with everything in working condition. The banana beach tour we booked with the villa was worth it, and value for our money. Overall, it was amazing hospitality.

The villa was really beautiful with exceptional service. Everyone was very helpful and we had an amazing stay. They were really nice to provide us with early check-in as well! Would definitely come back!

It is my frist time in phuket and the very beautiful place that i have visited in phuket ♥️ staff name Chacha very nice frindly. I will come back agian the pool in villa is very nice private. I recommend to stay in this villa.
