Nichts, es war alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Bord de de plage, terrasse face au lagoon. Appartement très propre. Matériel de cuisine à disposition. Personnel gardiennage/sécurité sur place (même si l' ile maurice est très sécure) et place de parking allouée. Très facile à trouver.

Points d amélioration. Fenetres d aeration accolées aux baies vitrées oxydées qui ne se ferment plus correctement (à réparer pour une meilleure isolation quand fort vent et pluie dans l axe de la tarrasse). Kit de bienvenue (très bien. Confiture, thé, café lyophilisé, huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre). Quelques pods café allant dans la machine nespresso aurait été apprécié, ce qui évite de devoir en acheter pr seulement 2 nuits. Un rouleau.de.papier aluminium serait également un plus pr conserver les aliments dans le frigo.

Les salles de bain un peu vieillottes avec pour certaines la fenêtre donnant sur le passage car au rez de chaussée, même avec le film occultant manque d’intimité. La cuisine abîmée.

This is such a dreamy place. The views and vibes are amazing. We loved the sunrises and watching the sea/waves all day. We stayed in the penthouse apartment, it is beautifully designed and fully equipped. Furniture, interior and furnishings are all high end. Even when it rained we loved staying indoors watching a movie while catching a glimpse of the gorgeous blue sea. We had breakfast by the sound of waves every morning and did night walks on the beach. Our little girl enjoyed crabbing during low tide and swimming in the common pool. We did not want to leave!

Beautiful house, proximity to beach is amazing. Indoor and outdoor chilling spaces all excellent. Very homely space. The receptionist is very responsive and helpful. Outdoor barbecue grill was an added advantage. Excellent holiday destination.

One of the days the cleaning ladies came at 9 am knocking to clean. When asked to give some time they were back again at 9:30 am. Clients need to be given ample time.

The property was really nice and cosy

Excellent location with beautiful views of the south east coast. The service and host was very accomodating, polite and welcoming. Great space for families to stay.

This was a large, well-equipped, luxurious apartment in a prime location on a beautiful beach. Maybe it's the time of the year, but we were surprised at just how quiet the area was. We were upgraded to a slightly larger apartment due to pool maintenance. There's plenty to see and do in the area, and it's convenient for the airport. Our manager Martine was very communicative and responded to a couple of minor issues, which were resolved to our satisfaction.

Only really minor issues: we had a small leak in the roof after torrential rain, but it was fixed the next day. The water tank meant we had no water for a couple of hours. That's all. Neither was a big inconvenience and Martine helped resolve this promptly.

Awesome stay. Amazing location and welcoming host. We had an excellent family time.

We stayed in Apartment B4 which was very nice with 3 en suite bedrooms. The kitchen has everything required, living room and dining area were all comfortable. We also loved the terrace with the view of the ocean including the dedicated sun-beds by the beach which were all very comfortable. We also appreciated the hospitality & availability of the team. Since we only stayed for 2 days, the cleaning wasn’t initially part of our package but we were having an issue with the dishwasher (as we didn’t use one before) and the team provided cleaning services the next morning.

It’s not about what I didn’t like, just a few things we would recommend for future stays 🙏🏽 1) The mattresses are quite hard but other than that, the bedrooms are all great. 2) The terrace is very nice & spacious with enough chairs for all, but the cushions aren’t very comfortable as they seemed a little old. Would be nice to replace them. 3) While it’s great to have dedicated sun-beds for each apartment, it is a little confusing: - We were told there were 2 sun-beds for each apartment, but one of the sun-beds under the B4 section had a towel with B5 on it. - Then we checked and noticed there were actually 3 sun-beds with B4 written at the back of them. - And while we were having lunch on our terrace, we noticed other guests were using more than 2 sun-beds + they were using the B4 sun-beds. Leaving the towels on them wet when we wanted to use them later. I think this part should be clearer for everyone to avoid any misunderstanding. And i’d say a minimum of 3 sun-beds for each apartment would nice, considering the number of people staying in the apartment.

great location and view

quite unhappy and sad about the poor maintenance of furniture and the whole penthouse in general. a good general cleaning / upgrade would be necessary for an adequate “value for money”. This unfortunately downgrades the level of quality of “Horizon”

Superb location, lovely beach and snorkeling, fairly well stocked with furnishings. Beds are good, aircon is fine, fridges etc all ok

The swimming pool decking needs full replacement as it borders on being dangerous. The apartment is tired, quite dirty with mould, needs painting. Blunt knives. Remote batteries flat. No welcome groceries or water.

Great living space, prime location on the beach.

Tiny swimming pool (the same size at home) that is enough for a couple with 2 kids, The 2 bedrooms at the back are very small, poor lighting and ventilation making it odd for 4 couples to stay) It's okay for kids. Challenging to accommodate 8 adults. The 2 small rooms are simply not nice to live in. So concluding that the pe house is for 4 adults and 4 kids by its very set up. Beach chair only 2 allocated for a group 8. Making so much fuss for accommodating just 8 pax but not providing adequately for a group of 8 is concerning. The Reservation staff are rude, using disrespectful and diminishing words. Have checked out but still haven't heard anything from them as they promised.

L’équipe était au top. Martine est venue vérifier que nous étions bien installés et un service de nettoyage nous a été proposé. La localisation est impeccable, les pieds dans l’eau, avec une plage calme et très accessible. Le logement est proche de toutes les commodités : commerces, marchés, restaurants, pharmacies et excursions. Ayant l’habitude de venir à l’île Maurice depuis près de 20 ans, c’est franchement le meilleur endroit où j’ai séjourné jusqu’à présent. Je recommande fortement!

Rien mais il faut être véhiculé. Peut-être que l’on peut louer des vélos pour une petite balade vers Blue bay ou Mahebourg.

Beautiful property in a brilliant location that can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Wonderful private beach access with private sun loungers. Martine was lovely and very attentive to our questions and was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this for a beach holiday stay with family or friends. Nice restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping malls too if you wish to cook at the property. The kitchen and bar is also well equipped for the same.

La vista sul mare dal terrazzo è stupenda. Appartamento spazioso, moderno e ben equipaggiato.

È meglio avere l'auto, i negozi e i ristoranti non sono raggiungibili a piedi.

L’appartement mériterait un peu de rénovation, on voit quelques moisissures, des joints abîmés . Le canapé sur la terrasse est en fin de vie. Dommage que le bbq soit à l’entrée loin de la terrasse.

Kakerlaken, und Ameisen im Zimmer Lieber ersten Stock bewohnen.

- Accès direct à la plage - Appartement propre et spacieux. Bien équipé (fer à repasser, machine à laver, etc.) - Personnel chaleureux et disponible - Surveillant présent à l’entrée de l’hôtel

- Accès à la piscine limité (horaires restreints) - Transats attribués à chaque appartement -> malheureusement les nôtres étaient toujours à l’ombre.

The entire facility was amazing, with the beach just at the end of our private garden. Very spacious rooms, spotless clean and kitchen very well equipped. Stuff was extremely friendly, we felt just like home with cleaning service on top :)

The penthouse apartment is huge and beautifully decorated. Each room has ensuite. The cleaners made the place look spotless. The balcony is amazing! It has a lounge area, large dinner table and sun loungers with the most incredible views over the ocean. I absolutely loved sitting out at that view, memories forever. The private beach and surrounding area was quiet. The water was clear, beautiful and clean. There are shops about 5 minutes drive to get food shopping or something to eat. When returned back late one evening to find the lights weren't working. However within 3 minutes all was fixed. I highly recommend. It was everything I could have imagined and more.

Everything was nice, we enjoyed our stay.

It would be helpful to have a small closed bin in the small bathroom.

The location is stunning, right on the beach. We had the two penthouses and the views were phenomenal. The two main rooms at the front were spacious - just be aware the back rooms are small so very crowded in the twin rooms with two adults. The property manager was communicative and responsive and the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

We had so many things that needed fixing (windows, doors (external and internal), locks, door knobs, lamps, drawer didn't open, leaking aircon) and although staff were responsive, a few of the things weren't fixed or not fixed properly. The deck boards (balconies and pool deck) also have large gaps between some of them and/or they're not level. Easy to break a toe or catch your shoe and trip (which many of us did, especially around the pool). One of the main beds was so squeaky it was literally impossible to sleep so we spun the whole bed around which reduced a little of the noise. We let the property manager know we'd accidentally dropped the small lime/lemon juicer. Although we offered to pay for it (you know - do the right thing) we were surprised they not only took us up on that they charged us about $17AUD (it would have been a few dollars at Kmart but perhaps it's expensive there). For the price, we were disappointed in some of the elements of our stay. We all felt that for the price there shouldn't be dodgy deck boards and squeaky beds and unlockable doors and unshuttable windows. And to be honest, to ask for $17AUD after we'd paid well over $12,000AUD, just for a small juicer came across a little greedy.

The place location is fabulous. Very quiet and peaceful with great views. The sea is so wonderful and full of life. You have supermarkets and food joints not very far.

There were some odour in the appartment and needed some deeper cleaning

Je conseille tout particulièrement ce penthouse. Il est magnifique. Une qualité de prestation au rendez vous... Des vues extraordinaires. Très fonctionnel. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

A non stick pan for the eggs. Some smaller serving plates, most were very big . Table cloth. Some capsules for the coffee machine. It is always practical to find bits and pieces that clients normally leave behind like a bit of oil, some spices , etc Unfortunately we could not have our meals on the beautiful terrace because of the wind. That did not prevent us to have a good time.

The accommodation has a very nice atmosphere and a beautiful sea view.

Beautiful, idyllic setting with at lovely premises. All creature comforts definitely a return destination spot.

Mostly that the air cons didn’t work in all the rooms.

The place need some refurbishment, the teak on the floor looks dirty, the one around the pool is broken and the outdoor sofa is not in good shape

Lovely stay - The apartment was clean, spacious and offered a nice view of the turquoise lagoon. The location is perfect for a getaway. Jashvani, the property manager was super nice and very helpful as long. Highly recommended!

Household and maintenance could be better

There should be a level of respect enforced for the noise levels of children at the pool. There's having fun, and then there's unnecessary screaming for 8 hours, non-stop. Some people are coming to relax and with constant screaming by the pool, this was almost impossible.

Assez mitigé sur cet hébergement car il a certaines prestations +++ et a côté de ça du cache misère & des choses sales. Les plus : la propriété, l accès a une très jolie plage, le personnel de sécurité & jardinage très poli & sympathique, la qualité des appartements. Les moins : une grosse fuite d eau dans un placard qui vient de la chambre au dessus avec du goutte a goutte perpétuel, la piscine qui clairement ne me semble pas filtrée correctement au vu du nombre de trucs flottants & particules dans l eau, le haut de la hotte aspirante qui était très crasseuse, le placard de l évier vaisselle très sale. On va dire que quand on regarde pas dans les détails c est parfait, mais des qu on creuse un peu ça devient moyen +. Je pense qu il faut améliorer ce point afin que l expérience soit parfaite de bout en bout. A noter un parking top sécurisé & une expérience au final bien supérieure à la moyenne.

The most beutiful location. Beachfront is speechless. Apartments are spacious and you can get anything you need for your comfort stay. We stayed 6 friends and everyone enjoyed our holiday trough all time. Thank you for the staff. So friendly and very helpfull.

No easy transport for food!

Everything was amazing! The staff is adorable and very nice. The appartements are very well equiped and the view is just wonderful! Nothing bad to say!

Our family found the rooms to be clean and spacious. Its right on a beautiful stretch of beach, (plus the pool is really nice too)..all located close to nearby food market.

Location Excellent right on the beach, accommodation very large, but as expected as we'd booked for only 2 of us and it could accommodate 8, Nice touch was advising no rush to leave on our departure day.

Standard of cleaning not fantastic, some furniture poor quality, TV tiny for 20224 and kitchen utensils cheap and basic. Not what we would class as Luxury, but could easily become so with a little bit of spending in the right areas. Luckily there were only 2 of us that suited the 2 Sunbeds near the beach allocated to us, you'd be buggered if there 8 staying. Crazy thing was smaller apartments had more sunbeds for far less people!! In general all very good, but just needs a bit of TLC to put itself in to the standard advertised,

Nice place on a beautiful beach. The apartment was very spacious, with a large central living room and direct access to the beach. Recommending :)

I checked in online before my arrival. The doorman then got me into my room without delay, and then the property manager came to personally check me in very shortly after. It was quick, smooth and helpful. The property had everything anyone could need, and Jashvani, the manager, was extremely attentive and quick to communicate, reassure and help.

It was about as perfect as it could be!

There was no AC or fan working in the main bedroom during our stay. Upon request the staff then supplied a new fan which was a big relief in this heat!

The location and service from the staff was exceptional. We had a problem with one of the electric breakers tripping and were offered another apartment which we declined in favour of the amazing sea views.

Fittings and fixtures are looking very tired. Maintenance seems to have been neglected. There were a few obvious kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery items missing. Air con unit in one of the bedrooms did not work. Electric breaker issue but was quickly attended to.

We have been staying since yesterday ( 31 Oct - 02 Nov 2023) in a three bedroom paradise beach appart TA1. We are very disappointed by the service and quality of the appartment. We tried to speak to different people including the maintenance people , cleaning people, reservation and resort manager as well but in vain. There are several issues . 1. Lizards in room coming from the cupboard  and lots of dirts with it ( we had to make several requests to clean) 2. AC not working at all in one room and in the living room working on and off even the technician came to Put gas it is still the same until now 3 lights went off since yesterday night therefore even fan as well could not be used they were suffocated in the room 4. The breaker keeps turning off every single time and we are left in blackout (still the same issue with the breaker) 4 Cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen cupboard 5. Bedsheet not clean on the bed like small clots blood on it 6. The toilet in the master bedroom is not good the frame on it keeps falling while going to the washroom 7. All the towels were dirty with lots of spots on it. 8. The cleaning staff was cleaning at the time we came in the appartment that should be done much before we came. 9. The fan in the living room does not switch on. The staff had to pull it with his hand which is very dangerous. 10 In the living room there are lots of wire pending on the ceiling which could leads to very dangerous situation if that falls. 11. All the kitchen cutleries and towels and other stuff were sticky and dirty . We had to ask them to come again to clean today . 12. The handle accessories in the shower is broken and it is hanging (Master bedroom) To be honest this one was the worst one we experienced. We lost a lot of time during our staycation because of these issues.

The place has just been renovated and it was fantastic. Very spacious and on the beach, it offers everything you need. It is very private and really secure with amazing staff (cleaning service, security, gardening). Unfortunately was to short for us. Big thanks to the manager also to be very convenient at the time of our checkout. Will come back for sure small note - you need a car if you want to go for grocery and enjoy the neighboring

On the beach, close to airport and shops. Beautiful accommodations, very friendly and helpful staff!! Would highly recommend!!
