Absolutely recommend this for a visit to Queenstown. I stayed six nights for skiing in August in a ground floor room. The staff are very friendly and the room was very clean and organized and spacious. All the amenities and facilities were great. The large commercial washing machine and dryer were easy to use. Location is outstanding as it's just a very short walk into the CBD. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Excellent location with on site parking which is a bonus in Queenstown. Walking distance to attractions, restaurants and cafes. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy and staff welcoming with a big smile.

Love the quick walk to all attractions in queenstown. Place was clean and quiet. Staff were great, pleasant.

More space to sit down and eat would have been nice only one chair in room no table to eat at. Water pressure poor but there was plenty of roadworks that may have affected that.

The proprietor upgraded us to a room with beautiful view. Close to gondola and lakefront.

It’s 2 blocks from the health center so we heard ambulances but that didn’t disturb sleeping.

太舊了，相比我們在基督城、蒂阿瑙、普卡基、瓦納卡住的地方真的老舊很多。地毯跟椅子很可怕，我們鋪毛巾才敢坐、廁所暖氣都是灰塵，打開還有燒焦的味道、洗衣服要走到外面他們自己的洗衣房，洗加烘要4塊紐幣，前幾間房內就有附，不用錢。

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the city center and a supermarket. Nice and quiet with clean room. Friendly manager and staff. Affordable rate too. Will definitely come back again when in town.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bella Vista. Great room at a great price for Queenstown. We left an item behind and Mal was kind enough to stay open late one evening to allow us to collect our things - fantastic service.

On a winter trip through the southern end of the South Island. It was cold weather and after getting something to eat rang to see if we could check in early which we could. Bella vista is close to central CBD. The only negative was locating them on Google maps due to road works.

It was very convenient to what I wanted in Queenstown. Also had the ability to check in slightly earlier than 3 pm check in time

Due to road works spent a good 10 plus minutes trying to locate it. There was a sign residents only and good old Google maps kept sending us in the wrong area

Location was great and close to restaurants, room was very clean and due to road works directly outside it was incredibly quiet with no traffic giving me three nights of good sleep.

Second time at this Bella Vista. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped for our stay. Easy walk to the lake, restaurants and shops. Onsite laundry is a plus. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free off street parking in a town where parking is impossible and expensive. Would use again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well kept. Within quick walking distance for Central Queenstown, the Gondola and the luge, bowling, mini golf, doctors, and grocery shops...one exotic and one regular. Paragliders land right next door in the school field. Good laundry facilities and easy parking. I don't think we could have had a better place to stay!

The roadworks will end in September, don't let that put you off, we didn't hear them and it was interesting what they were doing. Given that Queenstown basically exists to separate you from your money, this place was great value.

Loved staying here,our room was always well maintained..it was cosy and comfortable to come back to..was within short walking distance to town…and the host and people that worked there were friendly and helpful..It was peaceful and quiet…we stayed six nights..we had a veiw of the gondolas and watched paragliding land right next door…would highly recommend staying here…I would definitely stay here again

Great quiet room overlooking school field and where the paraflights land, so very entertaining. Short walk into town, but avoids the steep hills.Very close to supermarkets.

No seperate soap dispenser by the sink, so had to keep moving it from shower to wash hands, a small thing , but annoying.

Perfect Location. The gentlemen at the reception was very friendly and exceptional supportive regarding rain protection.

Our time at Bella Vista was exceptional! Our rooms were ready well before normal check in time, the rooms were clean and modern and the customer service at reception impeccable. A special shout out to Mal who ensured our stay was welcoming and enjoyable! Would definitely stay again!!

Room was located on 2nd floor and faced over the local Primary School so could see the mountains, gondola and paragliding landings. Heater worked and was very effective. Could get extra supplies of teabags, milk etc without needing to contact staff Location was excellent within minutes of central city.

Bathroom layout meant only a small space around toilet. Not ideal for tall or large persons

It's a great location. Only minutes walk into the city centre for cafes, activities on the harbour and access to the Gondola. Our room was on the 2nd floor and offered a great view of the mountains. Room was clean and management had achieved my request for low perfumed cleaning products. Yes, the heaters worked! If we needed more supplies we could get them ourselves. A cute little kitchenette if you wanted to do your own cooking. A well stocked supermarket was within walking distance. Roadworks meant no real traffic so noise not a problem. Will return :)

The location was amazing, taking about 8 mins tops to walk into city queenstown. You could see the Gondola if you went out the front of the premises. Parking was good. Fresh Choice Supermarket walkable distance and gas station nearby. You could get extra laundry such as clean towels from the laundry room.

Room was stuffy, hot struggled to sleep each night so we opened windows as no air conditioning. While we managed to stay in the South Island free from sandflies for 2 weeks, a sandfly entered our room and we were bitten constantly. We only realised it was a sandfly the morning we left as we couldn’t see it. So that was rather annoying. If the room had air conditioning this wouldn’t be an issue. Smell. The first day was smell free, the second (we were by the laundry and rubbish bins were by our bathroom window) when we came home the bathroom area reeked of a mix between wet towels and ammonia. We had to put the fan on for hours we couldn’t get rid of it. No cleaning of rooms until you stayed for 2 nights. We disliked it so we left early.

The Motel is well situated being a short walk into town but is far enough away to be quiet. The room provided all we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, easy walk to CBD and most activities. Room was good size, nicely decorated, super clean, very comfy. Management friendly and welcoming; they happily accommodated special requests. Parking very convenient. Will definitely be back.

Housekeeping done once in two days

It is located good distance, less than 10 mins walk from the downtown. Easy access to the famous Fergburger for our breakfast. The fascility is a little old but well-mentained.　The road in front of the motel was under construction, with some sections only allowing one-way traffic, which was confusing at first.

Very disappointed as we were contacted on the day to say our booking that had initially been confirmed was then canceled. Two hours later we were then offered other accommodation by them but by this time we had made other arrangements as we were only a couple of hours away.

Toaster broken, had to ring office at 7.30am for a replacement .Manager arrived with a new toaster with an angry face. Also first motel in many I have stayed in that had no dish washing brush. asked for one but told just to use the tiny sponge in the kitchen. You can't wash dishes in hot water without a brush to properly clean dishes, very poor hygiene.

Clean, basic accomodation. Property is a bit older but kept clean and functional. About a 7 minute walk into main part of town. No elevator if you get a 2nd floor room. Note: there is no front lobby or food service, just a small reception desk that has limited hours. They will leave a key for you if you arrive after 5:00 pm. Also, they have a strict checkout time of 10:00 am. Do have laundry facilities.
