Location was excellent and the apartment was roomy with a fully functioning kitchen and a comfortable bed

The door to the apartment was difficult to open and close due to it being stuck.

The apartment was well situated and the kitchen well stocked. I particularly enjoyed the selection of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Our stay was lovely. Very convenient location. Friendly helpful staff.

雖然知道皇后鎮住宿很貴，但是旅館空間不大卻要價不低，cp值低了點 有烤箱卻沒有烘培紙。員工回訊息要等一陣子。

Washroom didn’t had a lock and the handwash were not filled in.

Location, the washing machine, the kitchen facilities (everything you need for your stay - large fridge, oven and microwave). Spacious and private bedroom away from sofa bed/lounge area, own private balcony.

1..They were asked to make up the sofa bed but didn’t during the entire stay so had to use a blanket from the main bedroom cupboard. 2.. cleaning of the apartment is hit and miss - sometimes we got bins emptied and items (towels/tissues/toilet paper/tea and coffee) replaced - other days we didn’t. There was obvious dirt/dust in the bathroom and near the washing machine. 3.. sometimes noise - other close by apartments partying all night -(directly near the apartment) and road noise in the lounge room.

Location close to town and an easy walk

Very conviniently located, with a short walk to the city center. Great place to stay, we were in a 1 bedroom, perfect for 3 people. Only problem was that there wasn't place to keep your luggage...

The only negative aspect is that there are no elevators from the parking to the higher level apartments

For a ‘budget’ stay the whistler was an okay option. Friendly staff. Quick walk to city center.

We were 4 guests - and one person can sleep on a sleeper couch - which hasn’t been freshly cleaned. Limited mugs for the number of people. Also not enough warm bedding for the freeszing cold. Heater in room was a bit touch and go. Understandably, Queenstown accommodation is more expensive but wouldn’t say the stay was worth the price tag. Next time I’d rather pay a bit more to stay closer to lake with better view.

the room was well appointed, great location, walking distance to the town to all the sightseeing activities.

Location close to town and gondala/luge. View of mountain was good. Use of dryer on site was a bonus. Reception helped with getting bags upstairs. Clean and comfortable.

The room was well laid out and good for two bedrooms , with a nice little kitchen , the guy at reception was very helpful. Beds were reasonable to sleep on.

We had to have the heat pump on all night as it was very cold (don't think there is any double glazing) equally the outside bedroom next to the road was very noisy, but overall we had a reasonably comfortable night.

The cleanliness room service was not particular enough. We had inadvertently spilt some granola, cleaned it as best we could (no broom, vacum) , but post house keeping the crumbs were still there !!

The location was perfect, close to town . It was very comfortable and the bedding was very clean

The shower bathroom was not very clean. Had a lot of mould on the near the floor. The windows also had black dirt or mould around it in The lounge. The cutlery could do with an upgrade. Also so the walls do with a paint. The boost was having a carpark which was awesome. We would recommend this property but it certainly needs some TLC.

Close to town. Walk to gondola, ice bar etc. View of gondola, paragliders, etc. Parking onsite which is a plus in Queenstown as there is no parking to be easily found here. Washing machine and fill kitchen was a plus.

The location was fabulous. Once we parked the car we didn’t drive it again until we left. Having cooking facilities was fabulous & it was very well appointed. Having a washing machine was excellent. The heated floor in bathroom & heated towel rail.

Only minor things - globe in bedside light didn’t work. Was replaced as soon as we saw reception. Had to get a plug to fit the kitchen sink. Had to ask for more dishwasher detergent (should be at least enough for length of stay). Bedroom- no natural light.

Well priced for the location. And well equipped and appointed.

Great location, just a 5min walk to the town center. Accomodating staff, they allowed us to park our car for longer than our stay. It’s a self contained apartment with a functional kitchenette, well stocked cutlery and utensils.

The only thing missing was a dryer. A commercial dryer is located at a lower floor but just too much hassle, so we avoided doing laundry completely.

2 bedroom apartment in good location close to the action in Queenstown. Not really set up for 4 adults (ie small sofa and 2 low stools to sit on) Staff helpful in providing basics and allowing late check out and storing our bags.

I had thought there was an ensuite and a bathroom- my mistake.

Washer for free was great, but should let people know that you need coins for the dryer. Most people do not carry coins anymore.

Location - only a short walk to the centre of Queenstown

Great location, close to town. Very handy to Walters Tavern, The Courthouse, Speights Ale House and Brazz Bar which were teriffic for good traditional style pub meals and couldn't go past Brazz's $10 breakfast. Whistler also very close and handy to main bus hub, 4 square supermarket and fresh choice supermarket. The shower and floor heating in bathroom was amazing. The young guy in reception/office was very helpful too.

Furnishings (eg, couch and tiny chairs at table) while ok, are old and could be 'modernised' for comfort.

Room bit small.

The location was great - easy walk into town and back. There was a washing machine in the room and a dryer was available on site if needed - but we were able to use the clothes dryer rack that was provided and our clothes dried quite quickly. The view from our balcony was pretty cool too. Parking was easy and there seemed to be plenty of parking available. The shower itself was one of the better ones on our trip.

Just a heads up - if you get Room 25 - there are stairs - lots and lots of stairs to get to your room! One thing that was frustrating was the body wash in the shower - the pumps on the bottles were not very good and it was frustrating trying to get any out at all - but it did smell great so it was worth the effort.

Excellent location to town to catch tours. Just 15 minutes to walk to town . Clean and the roses smell so nice like my home ! The warm bathroom floor tiles and heated towel tail helps in the morning!

The location is close to city centre and the gondola.

One thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have a lift. If you have a lot of luggage, especially heavy ones, it might take a bit of effort to bring them up.

Close to downtown where everything's there. Very convenient. Clean and omfy beds. Nice shower. It is on a busy main road with rapid vehicles noise. However, noise reduced during night time and the sleep will not be bothered.
