The family room 210 and 215 are very tired looking and the showers are in desperate need of upgrading. The breakfast was cold and expensive for what was on offer , we went into the town for better value.

Staff were rude, and extremely unhelpful. They made us feel uncomfortable as we asked to swap rooms due to aircon not working, given there were no fans even this was very uncomfortable. The staff literally said to us - what do you want us to do about it?

το κατάλυμα ήταν βρωμικο ή μυρωδιά σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο λόγω λιμανιού ήταν αισχρή . το φωτιστικό είχε ιστούς αράχνης τα σεντόνια μες στις τρίχες μαύρες . Και οι πετσέτες εξίσου λερωμένες . το ερκοντισιον δούλευε με το ζόρι και όταν ανέβηκα να κοιτάξω γτ δεν δούλευε ήταν μες στην βρώμα και την σκόνη και έτσι εξηγείται η περίεργη μυρωδιά π έβγαζε όταν το άναβες . Ενημερώσαμε την ρεσεψιόν πως το δωμάτιο πρώτον δεν ήταν αυτό που κλείσαμε και δεύτερον ήταν βρωμικο και μας είπε θα κάνει ότι μπορεί . δεν έκαναν τίποτα . Θέλαμε να φύγουμε την τελευταία μέρα και περίμενα να αφήσουμε τα κλειδιά μας και ο υπεύθυνος έπαιζε τάβλι και μας ενημέρωσε πως θα έρθει σε λίγο οπότε του είπαμε πως αφήνουμε τα κλειδιά και φεύγουμε και μας απάντησε ένα μπάι . απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση απαράδεκτες συνθήκες . Εξίσου η πισίνα ήταν πέντε βρώμικη βγάλαμε έξω 3 κουβάρια τούφες από τρίχες (ας μην μιλήσω για τα έντομα) μας έπιασε φαγούρα όταν βγήκαμε από την πισίνα . Μην το επιλέξετε .

Die Lage ist top, vor allem, wenn man Segeln möchte. Man ist aber auch schnell in der Stadt.

Badezimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden. Unser Balkon grenzte direkt an Rezeption und Außenpool, keine Privatsphäre. Personal eher unfreundlich.

I have launched a complaint , provided photos of a truly disgusting, dangerous room and no one is interested. They offered a disgraceful 19 euro refund on a room that cost 190 eur

The location, just 5 minutes from waterside dining and a few steps from our charter. AC worked great too!

The staff at front desk are so grumpy, borderline rude. The property is dank, dark and could really use a reboot but never will. The pool seems really manky too, and the pool area gets so crowded during charter changeover day.

Great location for the Marina if you are sailing and only a short walk to the town. Pool area is fine to spend a day by.

Το μόνο ωραίο στο κατάλυμα ήταν η τοποθεσία του και το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι.

Αγενέστατο προσωπικό(όχι όλοι), χαλασμένα καζανάκια, για να ανοίξεις την μπαλκονόπορτα έπρεπε να έχεις κάνει φουλ γυμναστική και πολλά βάρη, η πόρτα με μια σπρωξιά άνοιγε ακόμα και όταν την κλειδώνεις δύο φορές. Το σιφώνι στο ντουζ βούλωνε μετά από ούτε δύο λεπτά. Οι λάμπες τρεμόπαιζαν λες και ήταν κλαμπάκι. Επισης στην πισίνα ερχόταν όποιος ήθελε (εκτός ξενοδοχείου) με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να την απολαύσεις με την ησυχία σου. Γράφει ότι έχει πάρκινγκ αλλά μπαίνει και βάζει όποιος θέλει το αμάξι του χωρίς να υπάρχει έλεγχος. Γενικά μια απογοήτευση αυτο το κατάλυμα και είναι πολύ κρίμα γιατί βρίσκεται στο ωραιότερο σημείο της χώρας. Και τελευταίο, 4 διανυκτερεύσεις και δεν άλλαξαν ούτε ένα σεντόνι ούτε καν μπήκαν στον κόπο να στρώσουν τα κρεβάτια.

Wij zijn een jurk en een overhemd vergeten in het hotel. Ik heb hierover een e-mail gestuurd maar geen reactie, helaas.

hotel was probably great 20 years ago but is now run down. needs significant overhaul.. effort was put in with raw wood furniture . but the floors are dirty, paintwork is shoddy, and repairs made are amateurish. Staff is listless. cleanliness is low, stains and grit on all surfaces

First room the light would not go off, they fixed that but later the smell of drains was overpowering so we tried to run the shower but that didn’t work. We changed room but that shower didn’t work either. The hotel rooms are run down and in poor condition. However the staff were helpful trying to sort it out.

Personale molto poco disponibile, forse per il limite della lingua. La colazione non è inclusa aveva un prezzo molto alto ma ciò che veniva fornito era decisamente scarso. Camera molto pulite ma non è stato possibile ottenere Del doccia schiuma: ci hanno detto che era terminato e di rivolgere alle nostre lamenti del direttore dell’albergo.

The fear of compromising health through dirty, filthy and mouldy room. Hotel Description did not match the offer on Booking.com. Empty swimming pool, No linen on bed, filthy bathroom. Booked for 2 nights and stayed for 1 Hour. Took a big financial hit but health is more important and life is too short.

Ideal situation in Lefkas. Secure parking.

For me the service the cleanliness the fact that it's in the marina and so well located is excellent I usually stay there on my way to my island can't recommend it enough

Wenn im Winter nicht viele Gäste kommen, muss man entweder schließen, oder aber auch den selben Service bieten. Heizung nur gering funktional über Klimaanlage. Schranktüren kaputt. Kein warmes Wasser, Duschen nur kalt möglich!!! Frühstück für 12 Euro völlig überteuert, für trockenen kalten Bacon usw. Da bieten andere Hotels für die Hälfte des Preises viel mehr.

The location is quite picturesque, especially if you like staying close to the marina. The free parking is a bonus especially if you decide to stroll arround the city. The market as well as the restaurants and the cafes are within a walking distance.

To be honest I chose the hotel because of the "genious" suggestion of the Booking app. It turned out be a not so genious an idea. The hotel seemed a bit dull, and gloomy. At the beginning I thought it was due to the season - November is not a wise choice for Fall trips. The hotel was clean and tidy, because good points need to be highlighted. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing. Upon our arrival the clerk was as she was agitated for some reason. I stated my name and asked if there were any other documents she required.. She replied that nothing was needed and gave me the key. I had no other informartion regarding internal phone numbers or wifi passwords- which by the way were not listed anywhere in the room. The staff's overall behaviour would resemble the one of distant relatives who had to put me up for a night and they acted as if they had done me a favour. To make matters worse, there was an annoying smell which could be described as mould or like a dumb storage room. Of course the room was clean and tidy, even the towels were in place . The staff did their best to cover the smell at the reception and lounge area, the odour in the corridor near the rooms and within our room was unbearable to say the least. When I got home and took the clothes I was wearing on the day of my arrival they still carry the same odour. When I complained to the clerk, she tried to put the blame onto the woodden frames in the room, take it from me... It was the smell of a dumb medieval cell. To make matters worse, I decided to have a shower at night before bed, alas the hot water was not available. So I decided to take one early in the morning, and guess what!! No hot water whatsoever.. I decided to make call at the reception desk.. yet the phone number was not written anywhere.. I had to resort to make a phone call from my cell phone. They replied after my second attempt and after a few minutes I had a nice hot shower.

Hotel mag wel opgeknapt worden. Moesten een paar keer om warm water vragen. Hygiene liet te wensen over. Je bleef aan de ontbijttafel plakken en de kamer werd ook slecht opgeruimd.

Not all things specified as available in the room were provided, no bath mat, no shower cap, no glasses to drink water, no coffee facilities, etc. The hotel sells all the pool sunbeds to people who walk up, when we went down to use the pool there was no where to sit. When I asked why they dont hold any sunbeds for guests, given we paid to use pool area, they said sorry as they always do that. We needed to leave and swim elsewhere. Staff arrogant and no empathy with our feedback. Shrugged us and other guests off who had similar concerns

The location was excellent being in the marina.

Arriving on a hot day, we finally go to our room to find there was no water in the fridge. Surely management can afford one bottle of cold water (.50) when guests arrive... this was very disappointing.

Location to Marina and town centre. Swimming pool and facilities. Being able to leave bags. Receptionist let me have my room early as soon as it was cleaned.
