主要改进的是设施，然后还有房间的干净程度吧

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Unkomplizierter checkin nach später Anreise mit dem Zug. Sehr sehr nettes Personal (obtigada!). Wir durften sogar sehr früh vor den regulären Öffnungszeiten des Frühstücks am nächsten Tag frühstücken weil wir einen sehr frühen Zug vor 6 Uhr morgens nehmen mussten. Es gab pflanzliche Milchalternativen zum Kaffee, verschiedenes Gebäck, ein echtes Buffet. Das Bett war sehr bequem!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The location is amazing, across the street from The train & bus stations and a 5-10 minute walk into the central shopping areas. The room was comfortable & spacious (stayed in a triple with only 2 people, so it felt roomy for Italy!), beds were firm and comfy. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of options.
Staff was kind of snobby and there were amenities offered to people who booked directly on the hotel website that were explicitly not available to anyone booking on third party site like booking.com (ex: included bus tickets & bus reservations) Also, this was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in Italy in, but only marginally better- didn’t feel worth the money.

The air conditioning in our top floor room struggled on very hot days, but was better on the lower floors.

The hotel is just across the train station and accessible to the centre and old part of Bolzano. There is a shopping mall 3 minutes away. Breakfast was v good and varied with a nice orange squeezer and different tarts too. I recommend this place highly.

This was my second time staying at the hotel in a couple of years - There is an amazing breakfast every day, which is included. The location is amazing, the rooms are clean, and overall, it is a great base to explore everything the area has to offer.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Das Zimmer war eng, allerdings sauber und die Betten immer tadellos gemacht. Die Lage gegenüber dem Bahnhof, nah dem Zentrum, ist ausgezeichnet.
Wir waren zuvor in Meran in einem Hotel, das wenig mehr verlangte, aber viel mehr geboten hat, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Im Regina wird vom Frühstückstisch nicht das benutzte Geschirr abgeräumt, solange man dort sitzt. Am Frühstücks Buffett stehen viele Süßigkeiten. Spiegeleier oder ähnliches kann man nicht bestellen. Das entspricht nicht dem bezahlten Preis. Das Hotel braucht dringend Renovierung und eine Erneuerung des Aufzugs.

At the reception we were given recommendations for where to have dinner and also a 10% discount for some of the restaurants.
