Das Hotel verfügt über keine „Nicht stören“-Schilder. Dadurch kann man mal kurz gestört werden, wenn man in seinem Zimmer seine Ruhe haben will.

I did not buy thebreakfast plan . The location was excellent, a five minute walk from the main train station . Access to many main sights and the Old Town was great! They also had Air Conditioning in each room and it worked ! A Big Plus !!!

È la seconda volta che soggiorno all’Hotel Adria e, anche questa volta, mi sono trovata molto bene. Ottima la posizione, impeccabile la pulizia e molto buono il servizio. La colazione è davvero varia e ho apprezzato particolarmente la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari e di tutto il personale. Un hotel in cui è sempre un piacere tornare!

Mi è piaciuta la posizione centralissima e la pulizia della camera che è stata molto accurata! La camera spaziosa con una finestra a tutta parete nella nostra , e quella dei nostri amici era spaziosa con una finestra e una veranda con tanto di tavolino e sedie e anche il bagno era finestrato

La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata l'accoglienza, molto fredda , alla richiesta di informazioni per la scelta di un ristorante, ci siamo sentiti rispondere che loro non sapevano niente e non ci sapevano dare alcuna indicazione! Alla domanda dove fosse la sala per la colazione, ci è stato risposto, che la colazione non era inclusa, e che costava 12 euro a testa! Come se noi avessimo chiesto la colazione gratis! Così abbiamo scelto di fare colazione in un ottimo bar pasticceria proprio di fronte all'hotel! Credo che fosse la titolare alla reception al nostro arrivo, perché poi abbiamo trovato delle dipendenti un po' più gentili!

It was clean, easy to access and the staff were kind and helpful. The location is great, in front of a shopping mall and a few blocks to all the restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing thought it was perfect for our needs

Secondo anno presso la struttura e siamo stati molto contenti. Zona eccezionale collegatissima e centrale. Tutto a portata di mano, con centro commerciale per ogni necessità. L' hotel è sempre impeccabile, staff cordialissimo ed attento alle necessità. La stanza comoda per le ns necessità e pulizia attenta e giornaliera; abbondanza di saponi, shampoo e altre confezioni. Il letto comodo e funzionale anche per i miei problemi di ernie. Ho dormito benissimo. Per chi è in cerca di un buon punto di partenza per escursioni, è la scelta ottimale vista la vicinanza con lastazione dei bus di bolzano (3 min a piedi). Non vediamo l' ora di tornarci.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. La camera era pulita, accogliente e molto confortevole. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e professionale. Anche la posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere il centro e la stazione. È stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole e sicuramente tornerei volentieri. Consigliatissimo!

Posizione strategica per gli spostamenti in pieno relax coadiuvati da un servizio pubblico super eccellente.

Niente di importante, perché quando si è in vacanze non si badano a spese, ma mi avrebbe fatto piacere poter usufruire del Guest Pass, ma la struttura non era convenzionata. In alternativa abbiamo usufruito della Trentino Card di 3 giorni. Il resto tutto impeccabile. Complimenti ci rivedremo quanto prima. Consiglio a chi intende fare un bagno nelle bellezze del Trentino.

Pulizia giornaliera.

Pulizia giornaliera. Lo staff delle pulizie entrava anche mentre eravamo nella stanza, senza bussare e senza preoccuparsi di farlo... in altri hotel ci sono i cartellini "do not disturb", consiglio di usufruirne! Purtroppo, durante i primi tre giorni abbiamo riscontrato macchie sui nuovi asciugamani e sui cuscini. Per la spazzatura c'è solo un piccolo cestino nel bagno, non c'è nulla nella stanza - quindi per chi non mangia in hotel ma acquista cibi all'esterno è complicato poter buttare gli involucri nel cestino dentro il bagno in quanto, appunto, piccolo. La serranda sembrava che si sarebbe rotta ogni volta che l'abbiamo utilizzata (alzata/abbassata). Abbiamo pagato una media di 150 euro a notte, è tanto? Non lo so. La posizione ottima, ma vale la pena pagare così tanto per la posizione e avere un servizio mediocre? Sicuramente dipende dalle priorità di ciascuno.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, trotz Innenstadtlage ruhig,. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist toll groß und mit zusätzlichem, geschlossenen Balkon ausgestattet. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Garage sicher einschließen. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man benötigt und kann zusätzlich erworben werden.

Vielleicht kann man die Zusatzkosten für das Frühstück generell etwas anheben. Man fühlt sich als Gast nicht ganz wohl, wenn man die Portionen zugeteilt bekommt, und einen zweiten Cappuccino dann zusätzlich bezahlen muss.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe.

Exceptional - breakfast not as buffet but very friendly individually arranged; home made marmalade was served with local bread, we enjoyed very good italian coffee, prosciutto as we like together with local cheese

Nothing specific to mention! We arrived by car. One should know, with the new walther garage it is possible to park very near to the hotel, which makes loading and unloading very easy. However, at the beginning, the layout of the garage is a little confusing - with some imagination orientation to find the best place for Adria Hotel is possible.

The room was OK, but the window goes to train station and there are a lot of trains running at night. I heard them all.

Ottima la posizione, sul perimetro del centro storico e praticamente di fronte la stazione. Accoglienza cordiale e personale gentile.

Ambienti un po’ vecchi e colazione costosa rispetto a ciò che viene offerto. Inoltre, prenotando una matrimoniale mi aspetto che il letto sia un matrimoniale e non due letti singoli accostati.

Musste nochmal zum Parkhaus, meine Frau wollte schon duschen, brauchte den zimmerschlüssel um wieder rein zukommen , ohne Schlüssel ging das Licht nicht , somit musste meine Frau warten bis ich wider zurück war.

Alla vecchia maniera con chiave tradizionale invece della scheda e poi doverla lasciare alla reception ogni volta che esci e assurdo. Set da bagno minimale, 2 bustine shower doccia e 1 saponino. Ho girato molto e anche a hotel 1⭐️ o 2 ⭐️⭐️ ho trovato set esagerati almeno con cuffia x doccia, per non parlare del listino prezzi del frigo bar "vuoto", ho pagato € 107.90 a notte (x 3 notti €323.70) ma mentre lasciavo la chiave alla reception ad un ospite veniva detto €80 a notte. Nella mia prenotazione c'era "con colazione" ma non specificato "INCLUSA" quindi anche senza. SOLO buona posizione

安全问题有极大的隐患！二楼的二十个房间被分为左右两组，每一组外面有一个木门，但是并不是每一个人都会锁门，我的房间钥匙可以打开这个木门和我房间的门，这意味着每一个和我一组的人都能打开我的房门。当我晚上睡觉的时候，我必须要用酒店提供的木质插销抵住房门，才能确保没有人能打开我的门，这非常荒谬。而且楼底下的大门也没有锁，可以直接推开

Tolle Lage, mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr praktisch eingerichtet, sogar mit Balkon zum Hof. Grosses, helles Badezimmer. Sehr freundliche Begrüssung.

Alt var pragtfuldt. Beliggenheden er perfekt helt inde i den hyggelige by Bolzano og lige ved siden af tog-og busstationen

We used it as a base for Dolomites. Good location. Place is safe and right next to a huge active mall. It was always cleaned every day.

The fridge could be cooler. Fluffier pillow and a bigger bin would have been nicer.

Hotel Adria ist ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Es ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Frühstück sehr überschaubar aber so niedlich gemacht. Wir waren satt und zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist wie üblich sehr hellhörig.

位置非常方便 走到Bolzano火车站五分钟 公交站大概八分钟的样子 前台一直都有人 不算多热情但是礼貌高效 感觉是一对夫妻在经营 从酒店设施也能看得出来虽然不算豪华但是维护很好 洗漱用品不算大牌但味道很好 应该是精心挑选过的 卫生没有问题 双床房两张床可以分开 前台写明的价格即我们提前预定的价格 没有动态调价 虽然没有guest pass但是这个pass价格终归会反映在酒店价格上 可以理解 下次前往多洛米蒂在这个价格范围仍然会选择这家酒店

Perfect location if you want to explore Dolomites using public transport, just 5 minutes from train station and bus terminal etc just a few steps from the hotel. Located in the center area. Even I can leave my luggages there for 2 days when we're visiting dobbiaco and Cortina area.

Al di là delle receptionist giovani, i proprietari più anziani (soprattutto lui) sono stati particolarmente sgarbati e verbalmente aggressivi sia con me sia con una collega. La relativa paucità di educazione è stata esternata anche dal fatto che i due tendessero a parlare tedesco per non farsi capire. Il rientro successivo alle 01.00 non è consentito, nè ci sono chiavi disponibili per i clienti, rendendo complicati eventuali ritardi anche per motivi lavorativi.

Posizione perfetta, vicinanza alla stazione e a tutti i servizi, camere molto confortevoli, colazione buona.

La reception potrebbe non garantire l accesso in orario notturno, sarebbe necessario trovare un sistema per far accedere gli ospiti anche in orari di chiusura della reception

My experience was quite inconvenient. In most hotels and apartments, guests are provided with a security key card, security code, or another form of access that allows them to enter their rooms easily and independently. However, at this property, every time you enter the building you have to ring the reception to open the first main door, and then you have to go to the reception desk and request to unlock the second main door. This was extremely frustrating, especially when repeated multiple times throughout the day. This makes the guests use the stairs to go up rather than the elevator to access the rooms, which further reduces comfort and convenience. This hotel closes doors after midnight and no one open the door for you until 6.00 pm. The afternoon receptionist is old fashioned, very rude and unwelcoming. Overall, the access arrangements extreemly bad, which made our stay and experience very uncomfortable.

La ubicación es buenísima y arrendamos dos habitaciones con el mismo valor, una era muy grande y comoda. La recepcionista que nos recibió era amable. Nos dieron agua hervida cada vez que lo necesitamos.

La otra habitación era más pequeña. Era un poco dificil para andar con cochecito de bebe por las escaleras y el ascensor muy pequeño. El recepcionista del resto de los días que no era amable y nos hacía sentir como si estuviéramos molestando por estar ahí o hacer consultas. La energia de la habitación depende de la llave por lo que si sales no puedes dejar cargando cosas o enfriando en el mini refrigerador. Además que uno queda encerrado en el hotel depende 1 am a 7 pm ya que no puedes salir ni entrar. Eso no nos gustó nada, deberían tener alguna otra opción ya que se siente como reclusión nocturna.

Het hotel licht op een gunstige plek. Het bed is comfortabel en de badkamer is schoon en groot.

Ik had een kamer aan een speeltuin, opzich geen probleem wanneer je raam dicht is. Maar dat is het enige ‘minpuntje’ wat ik had.

Das Hotel Adria ist gut zentral gelegen. Ich bin mit der Bahn angereist und das Hotel war in nur wenigen Gehminuten vom Bahnhof gut erreichbar. Außerdem ist man in nur wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Das familiengeführte Hotel und die Zimmer sind zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem war alles ausreichend vorhanden und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Das Frühstück wird vom Hotelpersonal persönlich hergerichtet und das Hotelpersonal ist auch sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein nettes Hotel in sehr guter Lage.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, das Zimmer war gut, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett. Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof war für uns perfekt, in ruhiger Lage gelegen.

Was a shame the hotel didn't do the tourist Bolzano card which gives free travel on all local buses and cable cars. I had to buy this elsewhere.

Rymlig lägenhet med konsekvent 60-tals inredning i teak. Bekväma sängar. Bra mörkläggning. Vår lägenhet vette mot innergård så inga störande ljud. Bra kök med bord och stolar plus tvättmaskin, för få husgeråd för att laga måltider. Vi åt bara frukost i lägenheten. Centralt läge nära tågstation, gamla stan och ett stort nybyggt köpcentrum.

Personalen var inte välkomnande vid ankomst. Diskmedel och diskborste ingick inte i köket. Hotellet delar inte ut Bolzano card som ger rabatt på t ex linbanan. Nyckel låste lämnas in när man går ut. Ytterdörr låses vid midnatt och det går inte att komma in efter det.

Excellent location and Very clean. The bathroom was newly renovated with a great shower. There was a fridge in the room for our market purchases.

The beds were a little too soft for heavier people.

Very convenient location - just some minutes away from the railway station, with the historic downtown and multiple bus stations within reach. The room is convenient, has a proper desk and a number of power connectors at convenient locations. The hotel is generally clean and well-maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. An excellent choice, both for a longer business trip or a city trip!

The roller shutter of the window required some force to operate, could be inconvenient for some guests...

Adoro questo posto. Sono gentili, accoglienti, servizievoli, familiari. Le stanze sono confortevoli e ben dotate. Il bagno ha il bidet e la doccia è buona. La scrivania per lavorare è molto funzionale. Vicino alla stazione e anche al centro commerciale dove trovare tutto quello che serve. Vicino ai caffè e alla piazza Walther e a SignorVino per la cena o il pranzo.

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Месторасположение. Рядом центр, жд вокзал, торговый центр, супермаркет. В номере чисто, ежедневная уборка, сантехника исправна. Матрас, подушка удобные.

Мужчина на рецепшене. Я ехала 36 часов. Приехала в 7 утра. Попросилась посидеть в кресле, так он меня чуть ли не выгнял. Такое гостеприимство... к другим сотрудникам претензий нет.

There was no trash can in the room, no kettle, the pillow was very thin and uncomfortable and there was only one. The key is responsible for turning on the electricity in the room, so I was worried about leaving medicine in the minibar.
