Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Absolutely incredible hotel! Breakfast was phenomenal with a selection of homemade jams and other goodies. Dedicated gluten-free section. Cappuccinos and teas were amazing. Hotel included the guest pass for free buses and is very close to the central area, plus train/bus station. I would go back here in a heartbeat!

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Location. It is about one block away from the train station. It is very modern with great lightings and spacious bathroom with wheelchair accessible door.
Soundproofing needs improvement. I could hear next door TV on very late at night and people talking. I wasn’t able to fall asleep and I had to use my airplane earplugs. Also there is a sewage smell coming out of the bathroom. After I closed the bathroom door it was better. Also the inaccessibility of their staff. Late at night I couldn’t talk to them about my loud neighbor as no one works at the reception desk. I didn’t want to ring the emergency bell that late as they might be sleeping.

Family-run hotel, very well kept up, very clean, elevator to 4th floor with a 5th floor with no elevator. My room, a single, was a good size for one. Comfy bed, good bathroom. Breakfast, at street level and open to outside customers, was fabulous - lots of choices, starting with an assortment of breads and pastries, hams, cheeses, butters, jams... Heaven! Everything was outstanding, high quality and so tasty! And service with a smile every day! Loved it!
That I did not stay longer! Bolzano is a fun town, with lots to see in town - and out of town (Dolomites very close). And staying at this hotel is like a dream! Loved it!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026In het centrum dus je hebt alles op loopafstand. Schoon en netjes appartement en een ruime badkamer. Een uitgebreid en vers ontbijt in de ochtend. Behulpzaam personeel die ook goed Engels spreekt. De garage op loopafstand is erg fijn.
De kussens waren erg dun en op de airco kan je geen temperatuur instellen of een timer voor wanneer je gaat slapen.

Colazione ottima, internazionale, con tutto ciò che serve per partire alla grande! Camera accogliente, spaziosa e dotata di aria condizionata. Ho apprezzato la presenza dell’ “honesty bar”, dettaglio che riflette la cordialità di chi gestisce la struttura. Ci tornerei!

Isolation phonique très bonne aussi bien avec l'extérieur qu'avec l'intérieur. Lit très confortable. Climatisation silencieuse ce qui est vraiment agréable quand il est nécessaire de la laisser fonctionner toute la nuit vu les températures extérieures. Excellent petit-déjeuner avec des produits de qualité. Il y a tellement de choix que vous ne pouvez pas goûter à tout en un seul jour. Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Ambiance familiale et professionnelle à la fois. Bons conseils pour le choix des restaurants.
Une petite amélioration serait de disposer d'un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Das Hotel ist ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt (mit Gepäck) und befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Im Zimmerpreis enthalten war der Südtirol Guestpass, mit dem man den ÖPNV in gesamt Südtirol kostenlos nutzen kann sowie einige Seilbahnen u. ä. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (z. B. Lichtkonzept) und hatte eine gute Größe. Auf dem Laubengang vor dem Zimmer gab es einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Im Bad gab es eine Regedusche. Das Wlan war schnell und zuverlässig. Es gibt eine große Honesty Bar mit fairen Preisen. Das Frühstück war der Knaller: 7 verschiedene Säfte, sehr viele Brot- und Brötchensorten, extrem leckere Käse- und Wurstsorten, Müsli, Obst, Joghurt, Eier zum Selberkochen (nach eigenem Gusto), Kaffee und Tee individuell nach Wunsch, ...Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Und man kann zum Frühstücken auch draußen sitzen.
Da fällt uns nichts ein.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026위치도 기차역과 버스정류장에서 멀지않고, 바로 앞에 큰 슈퍼마켓, 빵집이 있어요. 그 옆 광장에선 시장도 열리는데, 일찍 나가느라 이용을 못했네요. 무엇보다 날마다 제공되는 아침이 훌륭해서 든든히 다닐 수 있었고 볼차노 카드도 잘 이용했구요. 청결과 친절함은 물론이고 아파트에 묵은 6일동안 집같이 편안히 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 다음엔 꼭 가족들과 함께 방문할거예요~
볼차노에 빨래방이 하나밖에 없는데, 무척 낡았고 멀어서 고생했어요.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt Bozen gelegen, eine Parkgarage, wo das Hotel einige Parkplätze hat, ist nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, aber fein und sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Feichter Hotel & Living ist bei uns weiterhin die erste Adresse im Falle eines erneuten Aufenthaltes in Bozen.
Die Klimaanlage war bei 38 Grad Aussentemperatur Gold wert, war aber in der Nacht bei diesem kleinen Zimmer für geräuschsensible Ohren etwas zu laut.

I would add a mini refrigerator in the room, and I would like the air extractor of the bathroom not to be so loud and to stop faster after the light is off.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026I was blown away by this hotel. As a female solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. The location right by the train station made it incredibly easy to get to and back from day trips to the various hikes in the Dolomites (bonus that they provided a free public transportation pass that applied to all trains and buses in the nearby towns). The staff was so friendly and attentive. They knew my exact coffee order every morning when I walked down for breakfast. The room in the top floor had a stunning view of the rolling hills and distant mountains - my jaw literally dropped when I realized this was my room. The entire 3 night stay I felt completely safe, cared for and excited by everything this amazing place has to offer. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of me and giving me the best introduction to my new favorite city! :) Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Excellent location, paid parking is available a few blocks away. The best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel. The family that runs the hotel was so kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had excellent AC and WiFi.
It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in each room.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria.. offre la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito sia all'arrivo che alla partenza ..il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione è ottima ..la stanza silenziosa confortevole e con aria condizionata ..
L'unica pecca, se proprio ne vogliamo trovare una è la mancanza del bidèt

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig mit sehr guten Möbeln und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, in den sehr guten Betten schläft man ausgezeichnet. Das Bad ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet. Man wird vom Personal verwöhnt und umsorgt. Die Lage ist Top, Waltherplatz und Lauben sind schnell erreicht. Die Garagenstellplätze sind pratisch und in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Das Frühstück war auch wahnsinnig lecker. Vor allem das selbstgemachte Müsli und Mamas Apfelstrudel. Wir empfehlen es weiter für einen Städtetrip im schönen Bozen!

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Das Frühstück war sensationell. Man mochte garnicht aufstehen, aber irgenwann passte nichts mehr! Die Lage ist für Bahnreisende ideal. Aus dem Bahnhof raus, geradeaus und vier Minuten später steht man vor dem Hotel und im Zentrum von Bozen.

La camera molto accogliente, con tanto di terrazzino, in condivisione con le altre camere, arredata con tavolino e sedie, vista montagna....spettacolare! Lo staff molto gentile e sorridente.
