Il y a eu plusieurs incidents qui se sont passés notamment la présence de cafards dans ma chambre et la 2 ème femme de ménage qui s’est présentée n’a pas fait ma chambre donc la 1ère femme de ménage a dû le faire à sa place

El desayuno es modesto tirando a escaso de la poca variedad que tiene de alimentos. Café, si no se terminó cuando llegas, los jugos ni aparecieron, la bollería está bien aunque haya poca variedad. Para mí lo peor fue la almohada de la cama. Muy dura, ni matándola a golpes, conseguí que se amodase para poder descansar bien. Sé que es algo muy personal pero cuando estás acostumbrado a poder escoger el tipo de almohada, es una incomodidad, no poder hacerlo.

I have never experienced such a poor and unhygienic breakfast. The plates and cutlery were extremely old, and some of them were even dirty. There was also very little food available, and flies were everywhere, which made it extremely difficult to eat without feeling disgusted. Overall, the breakfast was very disappointing and far below an acceptable standard of hygiene.

Nous n' avons jamais reçu de SMS'.L' arrivée tardive ne nous a pas permis d' enregistrer sur leur tablette,donc pas de chambre.apres 3 Appel enfin une personne est arrivée et cela après 30 minutes d' attente.il y avait un bouton d' appel d' urgence que nous n' avions pas vu.

La posizione per noi comoda, ma un po' decentrata. I servizi bus e metrò nelle immediate vicinanze. Il letto era comodo.

Camera e bagno piccoli, in modo particolare il box doccia. La colazione, seppur internazionale, banale e servita in una sala kitsch.

The floors were somewhat clean

The furniture was dirty and stained. It was in an unsafe neighborhood. We stayed one night and left the next morning and found another hotel that was safe Our cab driver would not get out his car,he believed it was unsafe. The front door of the building was permanently locked. We stepped around a man who appeared to be semi comatose. I had paid in full beforehand believing what the pictures reflected. I could not stay.

Frühstück war nicht ansprechend. Fliegen sind auf jedem Essen gesessen, Auswahl war mager und der Kaffee und Instant den man selber aufkochen musste. Nachgefüllt wurde nichts.

Room was clean , the issue was with price , it was very high for such location. it is far from downtown and the breakfast wasn't fresh, old plates, cups and in general quite old fashioned place.

One of the beds in our room seemed to be broken. Otherwise room was fine.

Not much that I didn’t like, was a great stay. Only bad thing to say would be that some housekeeping staff could not speak English, but since the hotel is in Montreal, that is totally understandable.

Location is a bit further from most things, but the neighbourhood was cute and some great cafes along the way.

J’ai rien aimé, ça sentait mauvais, très vieux, des vieux meubles, des toutous, poupées, pleins de vieux trucs qui traînent. Les femmes de chambre encombre le corridor avec leur serviettes et draps sales sur le plancher et on ne pouvait pas passer. Odeur d’urine constante, aucun moyen de changer la température de notre chambre !! On a eu un enfant qui criait constamment près de notre chambre et personne n’est venu intervenir ! Il n’y avait jamais personne à la réception, pire hôtel à vie !!

Le plafond de notre chambre coulait, les chaussures de ma conjointes étaient trempées lors de notre réveil le lendemain matin à cause de ça. Déjeuner hyper-cheap, lit inconfortable, désuhet, cet hotel a besoin d'être rénové et modernisé.

C'était tranquille

Il y avait des insectes dans la chambre. Ça ressemblait à des termites. Aussi la climatisation fesait un bruit terrible. Il n'y avait pas de café à la chambre.

Lit confortable, système d’accès simple, prix avantageux, stationnement gratuit sur place.

Douche non fonctionnelle (seulement le bain) car impossible de tirer le bouton sur le robinet permettant de l’activer. Menu du déjeuné très pauvre, pas de jus ni fruit ni œufs, remplissage du café limité (on a du le demander car c’était vide). Personnel peu avenant. Secteur de la ville peu attrayant, assez loin du métro.

There isn't any dedicated parking spot. You have to park your car in the street. the breakfast is very simple and also many items are running out quickly.

Il y avait un party au dessus de la chambre qui m’empêchait de dormir. J’ai donc écouté la télévision jusqu’à mon départ pour l’aéroport.

L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé même si assez loin du centre de Montréal. Une vieille bâtisse avec un passé intéressant, des chambres confortables, petites mais sympas.

Un petit air vieillot, mais c’est aussi son charme …

Room was clean and washroom but the reason I put only 2 is because the room was cold and doesn't have a thermostat. Plus the breakfast was very poor. No eggs no juice and the bagels and toast bread was old. Have to leave with my wife and have and actual breakfast in a restaurant.

Everything was clean and organized.

Only some baseboard there was damage all the rest good and kindly staff.

The room was tiny and the shower was awful, it had no pressure and it was cramped and slippery.

Von außen wirkt das Hotel etwas heruntergekommen. Sehr hellhörig . Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss und Qualität …. Naja. Hier ist für den Preis definitiv noch Luft nach oben.

There were friendly staff, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was acceptable. the value for money was correct.

Didn't like the short stairs we had to climb to get into the building. Lugging our luggage was a hassle. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Lage ruhig und zwischen dem Stadtzentrum und Olympiapark. Parken war vor Ort kostenlos. Zimmer bequem und modern eingerichtet. Hotel ist in einem alten Postgebäude, aber innen komplett renoviert.

Frühstück hatte eine geringe Auswahl, aber für den ersten Kick in den Tag ok. Geschirr war kein Plastik, sonder wiederverwertbar.

I know it’s cheap but my towel has an obvious stain, the soup was opened, tiny shampoo is clearly used, I don’t have confidence to check other stuff like sheets or something else.

Sehr nettes, kleines Hotel. Von der Metrostation nur gute zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Schönes, großzügiges Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten und sehr sauber. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr umfangreich für diese Hotelkategorie.

В готелі дуже брудно. При вході стійкий запах хімікатів, а на сходах - запах каналізації (тухлих яєць). Всі фото відретушовані, насправді ж меблі і стіни номера всі в сколах, плямах і подряпинах. В ванній чорна пліснява і застаріла кірка бруду.

breakfast choices: no eggs or sausage/ bacon, no bananas. nothing made fresh on site. bread/ bagels defrosted. on our 3d morning we arrived half way through the service and some items had been depleted. airco: centrally operated. came in based on control panel in lobby. pumped out too cold air directed at where we sat at random times and very loudly and even at night. too compensate for the cold we turned on the heaters! On our last of 5 mornings breakfast we came down 20 after the start of service but it was not ready and I had to urge the cleaning staff to action this as there was no-one at reception either. They then reluctantly("not my responsibility...)" rang the breakfast lady and she arrived 35 min into service start and slowly laid out breakfast. In the meantime, I and some guest had poured yesterday's coffee from the urn and heated it in the new oven. there is no coffee machine/kettle in rooms but you can buy a coffee in the lobby at 1 CAD. Tea is free this hotel seems to not being run actively by seasoned professionals. Fridge door opening direction in bedroom and breakfast room should be turned around. Prettig bed, prima locatie.

Het ontbijt is niet vers, je ziet dat het uit een pakje komt en het is ontzettend droog. Er hangt een bijzondere geur in de centrale hal. Het hele hotel is simpel aangekleed en doet verouderd aan. Je moet bij betalen als je iets eerder in wil checken terwijl de kamer al klaar was.

Tout était bien, un accueil sympathique, une chambre bien propre avec les commodités nécessaire pour notre nuit. Avec un petit déjeuner convenable.

L’odeur d’humidité en entrant dans le lobby bien décoré fait imaginer une suite qui pourrait faire peur mais la chambre était heureusement sans odeur.

Camera e posizione

L’hôtel est situé dans un ancien bâtiment de la poste. La chambre était assez grande et les lits confortables.

À deux reprises, j’ai demandé d’augmenter la température dans la chambre. Le système de climatisation est central et il est donc impossible de le régler par soi-même. Il faisait beaucoup trop froid dans la chambre. Cela n’a pas évolué durant le séjour. L’air était très sec. Par ailleurs, une odeur nauséabonde baigne l’entrée de l’hôtel et la cage d’escalier. Le petit déjeuner dit « continental » est offert mais sa qualité est médiocre.

La grandezza della stanza era ok e il cambio degli asciugamani avviene ogni mattina (cosa non scontata).

L’insonorizzazione della stanza era nulla e quindi purtroppo si sentivano rumori perennemente ( anche durante la notte), il condizionamento non era regolabile e quindi a volte faceva anche troppo freddo, la pulizia non era ottimale ed in reception non erano presenti sempre persone per richiedere informazioni e in ultimo la distanza dal centro era considerevole.

Our room is very hot, so we mentioned to the staff for the Air-conditioning and they turned down. And our room is quite dirty... haha

Un peu excentré du centre de Montréal mais ayant le parking gratuit nous nous sommes déplacés en bus et métro et ce n est pas plus mal au vu des prix des places de parking en centre ville. Seul bémol dans la chambre 207 soit vous branchez le frigo soit vous regardez la télévision vu qu il y a une seule prise pour ces 2 appareils.....et chambre un peu petite..

Super Lage zu Altstadt, Hafen und Lokalen. Großzügiger Schnitt über zwei Etagen in ehemaligem Ladenlokal. Freies Parken ca. 100m entfernt, auch für große Fahrzeuge.

Fußboden etwas dreckig, alles andere sauber.

Not enough parking. It needs just a bit of renovations to be just perfect.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The most unacceptable issue was the lack of communication and attention from the staff. During check-in, I was asked if I had a car. I clearly said that I did not have one, and the employee acknowledged this information. However, the next day at around 1:30 AM, I received a message on my personal phone asking me to remove my car or it could be towed. I did not have a car, and this message woke me up in the middle of the night. After I finally fell asleep again, I received another message at 7:30 AM asking if I had removed the car. Instead of checking the situation themselves, the hotel contacted a sleeping guest again because of their own mistake. The hotel itself is very old and has a strong smell of humidity and mold throughout the building. I even saw staff using scented candles to try to cover the smell, but it did not help. The room was also very humid and stuffy. The air conditioning system was extremely noisy, constantly turning on and off, which made it difficult to sleep. The old refrigerator in the room was also very loud, and we had to unplug it at night. Another serious concern was the continental breakfast area. I found flies around the food, including sitting on meat/products. I have photos as proof, and this is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The only positive thing I can say is that the housekeeping staff were excellent. They did a good job, and I have no complaints about them. They are the only reason I would give this hotel 2 stars instead of 1. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Elevator. Breakfast was good, staff could keep better eye on what's empty, missing, etc. (Eg Both mornings, milk was virtually empty. Our guest needed a spoon, took a dirty one from bin and washed it in the washroom to eat his yoghurt. ) Enjoyed knowing history of the 100+ yr old building. Furnishings are modern and lovely.

Short walk to Rue Ontario and lots of food and bars. Property manager very nice and helpful. Very nice continental breakfast. Room was clean and tidy.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning throughout our stay. Despite the hotel appearing to have sufficient room availability, our request for an alternate room was not accommodated. Instead, we were provided with a fan, which was an inadequate solution during the peak summer season

It was noisy from other rooms, not any voices just banging of doors etc.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very welcoming.

Ausreichend vielfältiges Frühstück. Genügend Parkplätze im Umfeld, wenn man sas System durchschaut hat.

Es war eine Terrasse bzw. Balkon angekündigt. Dieser Teil wurde aber renoviert. Es gab keine Ausweichmöglichkeit.
