Il y a un bar billard juste en bas de l’appart, Pour ceux qui veulent dormir tôt, ça peut être compliqué, La télé n’est raccordée à aucun réseau. Dommage, car même en vacances, c’est sympa d’avoir les news locales, en plus c’est en français!

L'appartement est très bien situé et le personnel est super accueillant et bienveillant et d'une grande gentillesse.

The communication was excellent, the instructions on how to find and access the property were clear. I was met at the door without waiting. The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed . It was also quiet. The location is very convenient with bus stops right in front as well as the green line metro only 400 mtrs away.I felt very safe.

The pillows were a bit flat, I would have liked to be provided with some shampoo and more than 1 1/2 roll of toilet paper for a week.

Me gustó que tenía cocina y nevera grande, la cama era grande también, abatible.

La ubicación está alejada del centro, para ir andando. En metro son pocas paradas. Hay una salida de metro a 10 minutos andando del alojamiento. Siguen utilizando las llaves tradicionales, aunque a mi no me importó demasiado.

Le défaut d'insonorisation de l'immeuble. J'ai été réveillé plusieurs fois par nuit par la chasse d'eau des voisins.

Cerca del metro, un barrio tranquilo aunque un poco lejos del centro.

La habitación era bastante pequeña y, al disponer de cocina, los huéspedes anteriores habían cocinado algo cuyo olor resultó realmente insoportable. La anfitriona se disculpó por la situación, pero la realidad es que pasamos dos noches bastante desagradables, ya que el olor no desaparecía. Entiendo que esto no tiene por qué ocurrir siempre y que probablemente fue una situación puntual, pero esta fue mi experiencia personal y, lamentablemente, hizo que nuestra estancia no fuera agradable.

Un apartament ubicat en un barri molt acollidor i tanquil. Amb supermercats a 8 minuts caminant i amb conexió al transport públic molt propera. Molt bona comunicació amb l'anfitrió i el personal va ser molt amable i servicial en tot moment. L'apartament no es troba al casc antic però és molt a prop del centre.

Tot i tenir els suficients utensilis de cuina, s'hagués agraït tenir-me més perquè eren molt justos. Els coixins no eren molt còmodes però crec que això és una sensació personal perquè cadascú té el seu propi criteri amb l'ús del coixí.

I was late to my appointment (so sorry!) Our host could not have been lovelier. It was wonderful to relax with our family after a long day in the city.

Location is great, staff were super helpful and checkin was very easy. The bed was comfortable as well. Air conditioning worked great.

Its the small details, like there is no full length mirror, the lock on the door is flimsy it's just a push lock on a knob. The coffee cups were stained and dirty and the only sponge was a crispy old used one. The kettle was called in salt from the water or something. We found hair in the shower and generally everywhere was dusty. There was only one garbage and it was in the bathroom.

Le seul moins est que la ventilation dans la salle de bain n'est pas bonne, le detecteur de fumée s'est activé à cause de la vapeur de la douche en ouvrant la porte, le reste était parfait !

La gentillesse du personnel a été très apprécié ! Les 3 personnes que j'ai pu rencontrer au fur et a mesure ont toutes été très gentilles que ça soit la personne qui nous a accueilli, la jeune personne qui est venu entre 5 et 10 minutes après mon message pour m'apporter une passoire et enfin la jeune femme s'occupant de l'entretien de la Chambre voisine qui nous a aidé de suite à trouver ce qui nous manquait dans notre chambre (un ouvre boîte de conserve mais aussi des éléments d'hygiène). Le 2e point fort de ce gîte est sa localisation !! Nous étions à peine à 5 minutes du métro 1 qui nous a permis de vraiment visiter très facilement la ville. De nombreux bus aussi sont proches. C'est un vrai atout !

Ajouter qqs objets du quotidien en cuisine pourrait aider et éviterait qu'on ait à vous ennuyer en les sollicitant ...mais nous avons ainsi eu le plaisir de pouvoir rencontrer et attester de l'extrême amabilité de tout le personnel ;)

L'accueil était formidable, avec un personnel chaleureux, réactif et attentif à notre bien-être. Le logement était propre.

L'emplacement est super, l'appartement est très propre, et nous n'avons pas été dérangés. Vraiment un emplacement idéal pour visiter Montréal le quartier est magnifique. Le prix accessible permet à tous de profiter. Il y a une laverie à disposition.

Le logement possède les produits de première nécessités mais manque parfois de certains ustensiles (torchon de cuisine, un seul rouleau de papier toilette, pas de balai).

La disponibilité des personnels. Appartement clair et fonctionnel. Très bel immeuble avec tout le nécessaire à disposition.

La climatisation et le réfrigérateur sont sonores et doivent être arrêtés la nuit (manœuvre très simple à réaliser).

Propre et fonctionnel, la laverie est un plus appréciable si on voyage léger.

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité du métro, ce qui facilite vraiment les déplacements. Il est propre, fonctionnel et très calme. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, avec une communication simple et efficace. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter !

Le seul point vraiment gênant était le réfrigérateur, qui faisait énormément de bruit, notamment lorsque le compresseur se remettait en marche. Petit bémol également concernant l’absence de chaînes locales à la télévision, même si nous n’étions pas là pour regarder la TV.

Location is sketchy. Went up the road to take the metro and there was a guy smoking crack out in the open on the street on the way. Decided to turn around and not take the metro. Got an uber into town instead.

The location was good - 10 mins away to a metro station. Not the best of locations to stay in Montreal but for the cost it was not bad.

The host is very unresponsive. I had to travel for business and they would not give me an invoice. I had contacted them multiple times through multiple channels. I cannot now claim this stay and it is a huge chunk of my pay. If you want a responsive host, do not stay here.

The rooms are not the same as the ones shown in the photos. They charge $ 40 for a late check-in. This information is not shared while booking but only after booking. I guess this is not legal.

Friendly welcome, easy check in process. We enjoyed the location, 5min walk to Metro. Local restaurants, cafe's and convivence store near by.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable.

I liked pretty much everything. The location, the apartment, the attention and the staff were very kind.

Entry was straightforward, and the check‑in process was smooth. The quick walkthrough of the space was helpful and helped make settling in efficient. The room cooled down fast, which was nice after long days out in the heat. The host was polite, responsive, and made the arrival feel uncomplicated. Overall, the basics were handled well and the stay started off on the right foot.

Further than expected, so plan with a real map (not Copilot that seemed to think my feet were wheels). Small space that can feel tight. Some local touches (a Montréal map or guide) would help. Not a hotel, but I expected a bit more of that experience. Basics like extra TP, paper towels, and small pantry items (sugar/salt) would improve mornings/snacks from the market. A bedroom lamp would help for nighttime reading. There’s more storage than needed and not enough usable counter space. Dishes were stored but not fully clean.

Staff was nice, allowed us to check in early and took the time to explain everythig to us. Close to a metro station and bus stops and relatively close to Montreal's bus station.

Appartment needs a bit of freshing up. 3 of the four plugs in the room did not work. One of the wardrobe doors did not open/close properly. No connected TV (or at least we did not manage to connect to normal tv)

We did not receive entry details to the building and emailed 3 times. No response. We waited nearly 90 minutes to get in to the apartment. The minute we walked in the unhygenic smell hit us instantly. It was really bad. We opened the window and sat on the bed and the sheet was dirty looking and discoloured and I am sure made of nylon. The place was very worn and dated and smelly. We decided to up and leave. Also, the immediate area has not got a safe feel about it.

Located 3 blocks from Frontenac Metro station and a few cafes in the neighbourhood to buy breakfast, coffee, sandwiches, ice cream and pizza. Very good wifi and the air-conditioner had no problem keeping room temp around 20C (68F). We stayed in MTL for three nights. This basic room met our needs and conveniently located for all our daily trips. An Uber ride to Gare Centrale was less than $15.

Unfortunately, the beds were lumpy. The shower head was placed too high for shorter guests like us. No bolt to securely lock the front door on the inside. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. They have an 11am checkout. Quebec's room taxes and cleaning fees were higher than expected (added $40 per night).

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Clean, quiet and comfy. Close location to Parc Olympique where we were swimming. Had everything that we needed and when we needed more supplies like toilet paper, it came quickly. I booked this place for free parking hoping it would be private parking, but street parking was always available.

When checking in, I wasn't aware of a late check in charge before I made the booking. Not a big deal but the blinds let in a bit of light.

The assistant who let us in and showed us around was very nice.

We were not comfortable walking around and exploring the streets in the evenings.

The room was exceptionally clean. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade that included a kitchen and dining utensils, which made the stay even more convenient. From the lobby to the hallways, everything felt bright and welcoming—never dark or gloomy. While it isn't a luxury hotel, the stay was truly flawless, and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

The building felt secure, was very clean, and the beds in our room were very comfortable! It was perfect for our needs.

While we were very satisfied, we would have appreciated complimentary coffee and tea to make mornings a little easier for our short trip. Some different blanket options for the murphy bed would have also been appreciated.

5 mins walk from the metro into town. Supermarkets and coffee shops etc also close by so it’s well connected without being far from town. The apartment had most of the essentials and the WiFi was good for working. The bed was pretty comfortable

Although there is cutlery there are some basics lacking for someone staying and cooking such as No knives for cutting or a chopping board. Also each room has 5 or 6 lights in the ceiling which are all bright but there are no small individual lamps so it’s uncomfortable to have either really bright light or nothing at all. I asked about a lamp but didn’t get one so I ended up buying one myself. Also the desk and chairs are fine but if you are working like I was they are uncomfortable if you have to sit there for hours. Additionally all the plug sockets are on one side of the room so I had to drag the desk over. These things could all be fixed very easily. Although the owner said she upgraded me to a quieter room the communication wasn’t great on booking.com and when I sent messages I didn’t get a response twice and therefore had to call which is not convenient from abroad

Le logement n'est pas du tout isolé, nous entendons tous les bruits à l'intérieur de l'immeuble et surtout à l'extérieur. Les stores ne couvrent pas la totalité de la fenêtre, ce n'est donc pas évident de dormir avec la lumière extérieure

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement très pratique, à proximité du métro. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre triple confortable, avec une cuisine particulièrement bien aménagée, ce qui est appréciable. Un lit en mezzanine très confortable, tout comme le canapé.

Cependant, plusieurs points négatifs sont à signaler : -l’absence de placard ou de patères pour suspendre les vêtements, - une climatisation qui n’a pas fonctionné correctement. De plus, aucun service de ménage n’est proposé pendant le séjour, et aucun équipement (balai, sacs poubelle) n’est mis à disposition pour permettre un minimum d’entretien. Après une semaine, la propreté de la chambre s’en ressent nettement.
