Muchas gracias por el excelente servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, la habitación estuvo espectacular y el desayuno, delicioso. El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, con unas vistas increíbles, mucha tranquilidad y silencio, y además se encuentra muy cerca de los principales puntos de interés. Sin duda, fue una experiencia excelente y un lugar que recomendaríamos totalmente.

A vista, o banheiro amplo e a proximidade de tudo no hotel.

Podia ter uma luz mais forte no quarto, apesar da iluminação adequada, sentimos falta de uma luz central para arrumar as coisas…

Tudo muito lindo, o Hotel é maravilhoso, a vista é perfeita e a equipe muito solicita! A comida muito muito boa, super vale a pena!

Quartos novos, recém reformados, tudo muito bonito e de bom gosto, vista deslumbrante.

Que delícia de estadia! O hotel é lindo demais, o quarto que fiquei extremamente confortável. Os funcionários também muito atenciosos. O café da manhã delicioso e com uma vista memorável.

A localização é um pouco distante do centro. Isso nao é necessariamente ruim, vai depender da programação da viagem de cada um, se está de carro etc. A piscina é aquecida, mas é ao ar livre. Como peguei dias com muita chuva, não consegui ir.

O lugar é lindo, a vista um sonho, o SPA dentro do quarto relaxante. Pegamos dias ruins de muita chuva e menos neve do que esperávamos e mesmo assim pudemos apreciar a paisagem e vista do quarto (21). Toda a equipe sempre muito gentil, paciente, flexível, Nahuel, Augostines, tb do restaurante. Sentimos que temos uma atenção especial e não somos tratados como "mais um" hóspede. A comunicação via WhatsApp é perfeita, super rápidos. Esquecemos 5 potes de Franuís na mudança para outro hotel e eles guardaram para nós no freezer por 3 dias, nos passando toda a segurança. Após o check out nos permitiram ficar trabalhando no restaurante do hotel por algumas horas. Isso nos ajudou muito. Café da manhã bem bom apesar de que penso que poderiam ter mais variações de um dia para o outro. No geral, foi espetacular e voltaríamos com certeza. Só uma dica: se ficarem no quarto com SPA, reservem alguns períodos da viagem para curtir o quarto e hotel, pois pode ficar a sensação de que não usufruíram o suficiente, pois é muito gostoso mesmo. Ah, e reservem uma tarde para ver o por do sol do quarto, maravilhoso. Obrigada pessoal!

Apesar do restaurante ser lindo e aconchegante e ter vistas lindas também, não gostamos do custo benefício do almoço. Muito caro para pouca comida, acima da média. A localização é boa por ser beira lago e por ter restaurantes muito bons muito próximos, fomos a pé no El Patacon que é super recomendado e muito bom. No entanto, para o centro e demais passeios, precisa sempre de Uber. A banheira parece soltar algum produto parecido com uma areia, mas avisei na recepção e foram limpar novamente super rápido, no entanto, permaneceu... imagino que seja algo que venha com a agua, mas tudo bem.

Houve um pouco de inflexibilidade durante o checkout, solicitei mais 01 horas para realizar o checkout, mas não foi atendido. ENTRETANTO, esse é um fato isolado e não diminui em nada a excelência do hotel e do atendimento dos funcionários. Voltaria 1000 vezes

Our stay at Hotel Charming was simply exceptional and, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Bariloche. The hotel's greatest asset is its staff. We would especially like to thank Daniel, Nahui, Franco, and the two team members named Agustín. Every single person we met was incredibly attentive, efficient, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. It is rare to find such a consistently high level of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate my 50th birthday—a thoughtful and elegant gesture that made us feel truly special. Every evening, we also received the next day's weather forecast along with a "Dulces Noches" message and a delicious sweet treat. These small touches perfectly reflect the hotel's attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. The breakfast deserves special recognition. It is outstanding, offering an extensive selection of high-quality products, all beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a wonderful experience in itself. Our cabin exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well equipped, featuring excellent heating, a cozy fireplace, a relaxing bathtub, a private parrilla (Argentinian barbecue), and two balconies overlooking the lake and the beach. Every detail had been carefully considered to provide maximum comfort. The hotel itself is beautiful, easily accessible, and set in a breathtaking location. It is the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of Patagonia. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already considering returning next year, this time for a longer visit to explore the region even more. If we had to choose the highlight of our trip, Hotel Charming would certainly be at the very top of the list. Congratulations to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. Café da manhã excelente assim como as outras refeições. Num dos jantares fomos agraciados com surpresas gastronômicas do Chef de cozinha junto com o Franco. Em outro queríamos comer sopa que não faz parte do cardápio, mas o Chef fez uma maravilhosa. Toda a equipe muito atenciosa, de bom humor e que nos fizeram sentir especiais. Queremos agradecer ao Chef que ficou oculto (daí não sabermos o nome), ao Franco, Augustin, Dafna, Ayelén, Daniel e Nahuel com quem tivemos contato diariamente. Aos demais ocultos, como o Chef, também agradecemos e desejamos que vcs tenham sucesso, porque trabalham muito bem e o merecem. MUito obrigada, Sonia e Silvio.

Desde que llegas el lugar es precioso, de cuento, la habitación es hermosa y el acceso a la playa privada es un lujo

La ubicación y el entorno

Gastronomia maravilhosa.

La pasamos espectacular, fue una experiencia mágica y soñada de principio a fin. Disfrutamos muchísimo la casita del árbol, tomando un té riquísimo en un entorno único y súper especial. Todo transmitía paz y calidez. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía y descansamos excelente, dormimos muy bien. El spa privado fue simplemente divino y el desayuno increíble. Sin dudas, un lugar mágico al que volveríamos felices.

2nd time staying at this property. Beautiful views and spacious rooms. Looking forward to the new building being finished. Will have amazing views. Great restaurant and breakfast. Can walk to a couple of restaurants but need transportation to go into town. Daniel at the front desk was amazing at helping out with any needs we had. Very relaxing but it was off season and cold.

Great location, very cozy and private. Staff was outstanding. Great food. The view and access to the beach were the highlights.

Wow, location (x3) Rooms with dry/steam/jacuzzi with lake front views, a short walk from a public beach. On property gourmet restaurant and plenty more in the area. Staff is incredible so attentive. So aptly named. We will not say goodbye, hasta luego works better

Entire time and facilities were wonderful. Breakfast overlooking the lake and our bay was exceptional. Staff was great in caring for us on our requests. Room and steam, sauna, zaccuzi, and massage chair were used and provided us an exceptional ending for the days. All in all a wonderful place that we look forward to returning.

Superbe chambre immense et très bien équipée avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. L’emplacement est vraiment beau et l’architecture de l’hôtel, qui se compose de plusieurs chalets, est originale. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant le soir, et le petit-déjeuner était aussi très bien. Service au top.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day stay in a huge room with shower, sauna and large jetted tub. Room is comfortable but ready for a rehab. The 55" tv was 32" and no English channels. The hot water takes forever but comes with very strong pressure. And the view = OMG WHAT A VIEW! 3 days we awoke to a beautiful, full rainbow. Great location, just far enough to be away from the busy downtown but not too far from it. Several good restaurants nearby. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast buffet with cooked to order omelets. Our biggest challenge was the 33 up/down stairs to our room; with the resort on a hill there are rooms that are not appropriate for aging or handicap people. They are busy building a new wing that appears to be fabulous. One year from now this resort will be even better.

What a find! Don’t hesitate to book this family run accommodation in the most beautiful location on the lake. Waking up to sunrise spreading across the mountains was breathtakingingly beautiful! All the staff went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible, nothing is too much trouble, advised where to park in town, and even located my hat which I didn’t realise had fell fell out of the car door! Everywhere is spotless, our lodge was quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is really varied and cooked to order with plenty of fruit, pastries, coffee, juices etc too and they’ll fill your water bottles for the day and leave extra water in your lodge fridge. We ate dinner twice here, both equally as good and very reasonably priced. It’s a 15 minute drive to Bariloche or in the opposite direction you’re on the road to Cerro Campanario and Circuito Chico. The views are spectacular from every window, we didn’t want to leave! A special mention goes to Nutella the cutest dog (who we wanted to bring home), his Mum (whose name I can’t remember, sorry), Delphine and Augoustine. Thank you all!

Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Heated swimming pool. Our Lodge had its own steam room and sauna. Staff very helpful, ideas for trips and maps. Went up on the chair lift, fabulous views. Breakfast excellent, best we had. Cooked made to order. Dinner very good. A perfect spot in Bariloche.

This hotel was an incredible find in Bariloche. Amazing location and views over Lake Nahuel Hapi, friendly staff, a nice little restaurant. We had a premium room that included our own small sauna, steam shower and jacuzzi with an unobstructed view over the Lake. The hotel also has a heated pool with a large sauna next to it. Very small gym with 1 treadmill and a few free weights. The hotel is in the midst of a major expansion that will double the number of rooms but they should be able to maintain the boutique ambiance that makes it so special. Note to travellers: Many of the rooms require walking up and down staircases and small foot paths so not ideal for travelers with mobility issues.

The Charming Lodge is far from charming! Tired and tatty. Cheap plastic furniture on the terrace which had paint peeling. The taxis we ordered to & from airport (one 6am) didn’t arrive. Hadn’t been booked by the hotel when they informed us they had. During the day no other food options apart from tea & cake! Dark bathrooms. Coffee machine didn’t work. Dated shower facilities. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL!!! Would struggle to get 3 stars

The dining room gets a bit hot when the sun is shining, even if it's cool outside. I suggest they consider screens in the room windows to let in fresh air. They might save on electricity (we had to use the ac even though it was cold at night, because the air flow was insufficient to cool the room.

I wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful view of the lake from high on a promontory. Easy walk down to the beach. The room had a small sauna and mini-steam room. Dinner at Stag was excellent (but ask to sit next to a window because it gets warm even when it's cool outside. Front desk staff really helped us out when we left something in a store downtown.

Prime location, friendly accommodating staff from arrival to departure. Decor true to the original settlers of the region. Gorgeous views even from the banos! Adjacent to the beach with access to a 2 mile path along the water. Property improvements almost complete which will enhance the reception are immensely. Owners are investing in the property and maintaining high standards. Every dish we tried at dinner was beautifully presented and prepared.

Be aware, its gorgeous views are due to its location on a hill so there are stairs and a slope to get to the beach.

Hotel con excelentes vistas al lago. La salida directa a playa Bonita es un plus insuperable. Además, cuando la playa se pone más concurrida, uno puede subir a la pileta del hotel con vista al lago, y continuar más tranquilo. Personal super amable.

Uma das melhores acomodações que tivemos. Realmente são habitações com SPA privado, com sauna seca e úmida que funcionam bem, e ótimos espaços. E a jacuzzi é excelente. Tudo um quarto, que parece uma suíte de tão grande. Para completar: UMA VISTA ESPETACULAR DE TODOS OS LADOS! RECOMENDO COM NOTA 10!!!!!!

The lodge is absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, huge, with an incredible view over playa Bonita. The private spa in the room is absolutely gorgeous. Excellent gourmet breakfast. The staff is always available to help.

Nothing. On the first day the sauna in the room was not working but it was quickly fixed by the staff.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The view from the hotel was excellent and really made the experience special. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having a private sauna and steam room was a fantastic bonus that added a real sense of luxury. The in-room jacuzzi bathtub was a great idea and could enhance our relaxation, although it could have been a bit cleaner. Breakfast was good in quality, but service was somewhat slow due to there being too few staff members available. Dinner options were quite limited, which was a little disappointing, but the free parking was very convenient and appreciated. Despite a few small issues, the comfort, amenities, and beautiful view made this a memorable stay, and we would still consider returning.

Such a lovely dinner. The view is incredible. We arrived at opening time, as we’re early birds, which was perfect to enjoy the scenery. We loved the small, thoughtful touches — binoculars to take in the surroundings, a great wine list, and food that was beautifully prepared. The prawns were a really good size and full of flavor. An easygoing atmosphere with friendly, attentive service. A beautiful place to enjoy a great meal and an amazing view.

Rooms were amazing, breakfast was always good, and service was exceptional. We made use of the in-room jacuzzi daily after the long hikes! It’s 15 min by car to get into town and 20 min to any of the major hikes. The views from the property (from your room to the restaurant) are great. Cant wait to come back

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Charming Luxury Lodge in Bariloche and we cannot recommend it more. Everything from the breathtaking views, the lovely rooms and the fantastic service, made our stay truly memorable. A special shout out to Alejandra and Daniel who were so friendly and helpful and did everything they could to ensure our stay was pleasant. We can’t wait to come back!
