Fabulous stay - great location, cosy and clean room and the loveliest staff. Couldn’t fault it and will defo stay here again when in Chamonix

The staff are nice and very helpful, the location is at walking distance to the center and the cable car station

A beautiful hotel with an amazing, peaceful little garden, the perfect place to relax (if only I had had the time to enjoy it!). The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed & clearly looked after with great attention to detail. Everything feels carefully thought through. The staff were incredibly kind & welcoming, especially the lovely lady in the restaurant & the receptionist, Marianna (I hope I got her name right!), who went above & beyond to recommend & book some wonderful restaurants for my dinners. A truly lovely place with excellent hospitality.

Check-in procedure. Literally it takes 30 min to go through it…. & i have thought digitalisation speed up the things …

So cute. All the little spas were amazing. And for us the porch hangs were so fun.

Beautiful property and garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Aiguille du Midi and Brévent were walkable. Train and many restaurants close to the property. The breakfast is wonderful. The bar and food were excellent.

The room was wonderful and we loved the open bathroom. The garden and the saunas were exceptional and we loved the natural garden area in particular.

Séjour exceptionnel, le cadre est incroyable le jardin est magnifique, le personnel est aux petits soins serviable, merci aux filles et à Claire pour les renseignements. Les chambres sont très propres confortables . Tout était parfait 👍 Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

The staff. Claire made our stay unforgettable. The chalet, the garden spa with the view on the mountains. The location. 5min by foot from the center of chamonix. In a quiet spot.

The sound isolation could be improved vertically. We heard steps from the room above us quite well. Horizontally, it was well isolated.

Personalul, locatia, facilitatile oferite. Mic dejun neinclus, 25 Euro/persoana. Serviciul bun.

Camera oferita pentru 324,30 Euro/noapte (pret cu discount Genius de 15%). Altfel ar fi costat 381,-- Euro/noapte. Si pentru banii acestia, 4 nopti, am dormit cu baia in dormitor. WiFi merge si nu merge.

انا اعجبني حيل الفندق يعتبر من الفنادق مو بالسنتر و السنتر اصلان مشي 10 دقايق و مكانه هادي و المنظر حلو و عنده نظام حديقه خارجيه حلو تصميمها و صحيح الغرفه بدون تكيف بس فالليل ترقد عادي و عندهم مروحه تطلبها منهم تره كافيه بنسبه لي شهر 6

מלון קטן ומקסים, במיקום מעולה בשאמוני, למי שרוצה להשאיר את הרכב במלון ולצאת ברגל למרכז העיר. עם זאת, מרגיש ממש מחוץ להמולה. גינה יפיפיה, שאליה אפשר להזמין קפה(לא לקחנו ארוחת בוקר). הצוות אדיב , ותמיד זמין ונכון לעזרה ולהכוונה. הגענו בימים חמים, קיבלנו מאוורר יעיל מאוד, זה הספיק. הדבר היחיד שהיה חסר לי זה מקרר קטן, אבל ידעתי מראש שלא יהיה כזה. יש קומקום לקפה של בוקר. ממליצה מאוד!

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable, le jardin est un havre de paix où se reposer, l’hôtel est très propre. L’emplacement est idéal à 5 min à pieds du centre.

Tout était parfait, je dirais juste que le prix de la nuit était un peu élevé mais peut être que c’était la période (mi juillet). Je reviendrai hors période de vacances scolaires.

Rolige omgivelser og samtidig veldig sentralt. Hagen var så koselig og fin å slappe av i. God frokost.

Magnifique endroit, chalet cosy avec son jardin incroyable et sa suite vue mont blanc très confortable. Je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix. Emplacement génial près du centre, et des activités. On peut tout faire à pied. C’était génial, je reviendrais c’est certain !!

We have been several times and it is our favourite place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Great location! Despite it being only minutes from the centre it feels very quiet and serene.

Le parking à 10 € par jour, en supplément, pas digne d’un tel établissement. Le lit et la chambre pas très grande.

Cadre magnifique avec vue sur le mont blanc. Petit jardin très agréable avec sauna et jacuzzi. Un cadre idyllique avec du personnel au petit soins. Un séjour au delà de nos attentes.

O jardim do hotel merece um tempo da viagem. A reserva da jacuzzi no exterior foi espetacular. Lugar romântico e tranquilo.

Chambre confortable, vue sur les montagnes, calme, literie, espace pour les valises et vêtements, baignoire, petit-déjeuner. Gros point fort : le jardin avec les 3 saunas privés, le mazot, et le jacuzzi ! Personnel accueillant et sympathique !

Prix relativement élevé, mais bon, c'est Chamonix...

The staff was really very very helpful and kind, betts are very comfortable, location is perfect, very beautiful view, nice small meals available in the evening, everything very tasty, very beautiful common rooms, pleasant to spent the evening with a drink

I found it not so comfortable to have the bath in the room, having separate only the toilet. But with time we got more and more used to it.

Tranquil environment, livery setting and the staff could do no more for you, ideally placed with a short walk to the centre and lifts. The view of Mount Blanc summit from the hotel was superb 👌

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux, autant pour nous que pour notre chien. Lieu magnifique et très agréable, avec une chambre très confortable et une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec des produits locaux et de bonnes qualités.

Très bon accueil, personnel extrèmement prévenant, toujours à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse. L'hôtel est très bien placé, le centre ville est à quelques minutes à pieds, les pistes de ski de fond et le spa également. Les pistes de ski alpin accessibles facilement en bus ou en voiture. Casier à ski à disposition, sauna et hamam dans le jardin ! Toute la famille a adoré. L'hôtel est au calme, nos enfants ont pu également travailler pour leurs examens.

La salle de bain était ouverte sur notre chambre et le wc donnait directement dans la chambre sans sas, c'était le seul bémol...et ce n'était pas spécifié lors de la réservation, sauf erreur.

Nothing. If we want to be fussy, we would say the bathroom needs a slight update and our room could do with one more outlet, but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment

La chambre était très confortable et la vue magnifique. La zone SPA avec jaccuzi et sauna est aussi superbe, sous la neige c'était magique.

Pour le prix, je pensais que la chambre serait plus grande. Il me semblait que dans la description on avait une chambre plus spacieuse même si elle restait très agréable.

Прекрасна атмосфера, невероятна храна, спокойствие и тишина. Персоналът беше винаги на разположение и помогна с допълнителни съвети и услуги, които не сме очаквали да получим. Горещо препоръчвам този хотел!

Закуската започва в 8:00. Като препоръка към мениджмънта на хотела бих препоръчал да бъде изтеглена за 7:30, за да има достатъчно време за достигане до ски зоната и първи спускания още с отваряне на кабинковия лифт.

Where do I start?? The room was clean, the VIEW from our balcony fantastic!! The staff was friendly, engaging, and very helpful. The spa facilities were wonderful after the day of skiing. Location a short simple 5 minute walk out of the city center made it quiet and peaceful.

الموقع ممتاز والاطلاله جميله جدا والموظفون متعاونين واخص يالشكر موظفة الاستقبال Claire كانت متعاونه ولطيفه جدا وساعدتنا في حمل الحقائب ولكن مع الاسف بوكنق سيئ حجزت الغرفه مع الافطار وعندما وصلت اخبروني انه لايوجد حجز مع الافطار عن طريق بوكنق

Personnel incroyable et de bon conseil, lieu bien situé à côté de tout à pied, établissement confortable et propre

Personalet var fantastisk og meget hjælpsomme. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet. Indretningen var så hyggelig.

Værelset var meget lille og tror der manglede lidt varme i saunaerne en af dagene ligesom der manglede en bruser og de kolde bade var lukket. Man skulle betale for at få æg til morgenmad.

Жаль что берут доп деньги за парковку автомобиля, можно было бы сразу включать в стоимость номера, очевидно что туда чаще на авто приезжают. Забавная планировка номера
