Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, insbesondere die Terasse war super. SPA Bereich war schön, aber der Whirlpool hätte etwas größer sein können und mehr Funktionen haben. Personal war super nett und hilfreich, Frühstück war gut.

The room was a bit basic . The tea and coffee making facilities were poor.

Wonderful hotel in Chamonix, recently fully refurbished and close to station and main streets. Staff were marvellous, facilities excellent.

La situation de l’hôtel est top, très proche du centre ville. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le spa est magnifique. La literie confortable. Belle vue depuis le balcon.

Spéciale de devoir traverser la rue en peignoir pour aller au spa. La salles de bain est vraiment petite. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées du couloir, pas agréable d’entendre les gens dès 6h30 qui parlent dans les couloirs. Vous devriez mettre des panneaux dans les couloirs et l’ascenseur pour rendre attentif les gens de ne pas faire de bruits dans les couloirs pour le respect de tous. Et pour un 4 étoiles je trouve que les chambres pourraient être munies d’un frigo.

Très mal insonorisé et très bruyant. La douche était mal nettoyé nous avons retrouvé des cheveux et des poils. Pas de climatisation. Prix trop excessif par rapport à l'offre. Ce n'est pas a la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. C'est un hôtel ibis amélioré mais pas un 4 étoiles. Cet hôtel a du être rénové il y a quelques temps mais la rénovation a du consister a rajouter de la peinture sur du vieux. A éviter.

Nothing not to like! We paid for underground secure hotel parking (limited places) at €30 but public car park appeared to be right next door.

Lovely and comfortable hotel - perfect for unwinding after the TMB. The rooms are compact but very comfortable with a nice balcony. The whole hotel has a lovely smell in the corridors and fresh water for filling bottles on every floor. The spa is a great complex to soak in after hiking. Close to the station for the train to Mer de Glace and close to cafes for breakfast etc We were able to leave our bags on our day of check-out till later when our bus was leaving.

This really is a beautiful hotel! The spa facilities are spotless and so relaxing, the staff are kind and the rooms are creative and clean, would absolutely stay again

Rooms are old and small. Overpriced for what they are offering.

The breakfast was absolutely abundant, that was our favourite. The room is comfortable, a nice smell everywhere. View from the balcony was extraordinary.

A more spacious sauna would be nice instead of the steam as it is more popular choice for people after outdoor programs. Also a plunge pool, or at least an outdoor shower connected to the outdoor sauna cabin would be great.

Everything was perfect, from the parking garage, via cleanliness, room service to the wonderful breakfasts.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel at the end of the Tour du Mont Blanc trek, hoping to relax and pamper ourselves. The hotel is marketed as a luxury/pampering hotel, but we were somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. Communication with the hotel before arrival was excellent - they answered our questions and were helpful. That said, our room faced the train station, was small, and had a very small shower. On the plus side, the balcony was spacious and pleasant to sit on. The main issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which meant we had to leave the balcony door open constantly. As a result, we heard trains passing throughout the day, and smoke from neighboring balconies drifted into our room. It was genuinely unpleasant. Another issue - the bathroom had only a single bottle, and it wasn't until we were in the shower that we realized it was hand soap, not shampoo. We looked for the standard toiletry bottles you'd expect at a 4-star hotel and found nothing. When we complained at reception, we were told it was a mistake and that they'd swap it for body wash and shampoo. When we asked about conditioner and body lotion, we were told the hotel is eco-friendly and therefore doesn't provide small bottles, shower caps, etc. But once they saw our disappointment, small bottles of conditioner and body lotion suddenly "appeared." We're certainly supportive of environmental responsibility, but this felt more like cutting costs at guests' expense than a genuine eco-policy - especially given that even the single bottle they did provide was the wrong product. Breakfast was nice, but had no vegetables at all. We did enjoy the hotel's spa. In hindsight, we would have preferred choosing a different hotel and paying separately for spa access - we would have enjoyed it more that way. Overall, the price didn't justify the experience.

Pas de clim aussi en pleine canicule (sous prétexte d'écologie -- ce qui est louable -- mais dans ce cas pourquoi proposer un spa ?). Le WE du marathon du Mt Blanc c'était vraiment le zoo. Les personnes qui se filment avec les Meta Glass dans le spa, c'est très moyen. Dommage que personne ne soit là pour faire appliquer les règles d'intérieurs. Pas très sécurisant.

emplacement idéal, le SPA est appréciable après une journée de ballade, les chambres sont conformes aux attentes. Le diner est excellent, bons produits avec une présentation soignée.

The spa was really lovely, room was excellent - very creative layout which was great (we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise as it was my birthday). Great vibes, would easily stay again.

The only *tiny* thing I can think of is that the room was a little dark at times.

Muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de trem e a 5 minutos de caminhada do centro. Quarto espaçoso, mas falta ar condicionado e as amenidades do banheiro não são compatíveis com um hotel/spa (não há creme hidratante e shampoo é junto com o sabonete liquido) . O café da manhã é fantástico, bem completo. O atendimento é muito cordial. Custo-beneficio alto.

Excellent accueil, hotel très bien placé, la chambre comfortable, petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Proche du centre à pied et de la gare et est des remontées.

No air-con, but that seems to be the norm for the area. No mini-fridge, which is a bit disappointing at that price point (but we were able to get ice from the bar to chill some things in a plastic bag in the sink).

I felt at home at the Lykke hotel: safe and sound. There's not a thing I didn't like.

Exceptional staff. The spa and pool is beautiful. They’ve worked really hard to make a whimsical, beautiful lobby, our children loved it. Nice rooms, comfy beds, very clean. Great location.

Lack of air con (we did know this, but still a feature that is helpful during summer heatwaves). I don’t feel the room really had Mountain views, the view was pretty but you had to stand on the balcony and then turn around for a proper Mountain View.

Saunaen var ikke tændt den sidste dag. Til tider mange i spaen som gjorde det lidt crowded.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und großzügig für 2 Personen. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und mit guten Produkten aus der Region. Der SPA Bereich , den wir leider gar nicht so nutzten aufgrund des guten Wetters, sah auch sehr einladend aus und war schön gestaltet.

We had asked for ground floor rooms as we were travelling with 3 dogs. We were allocated 2 ground floor rooms and the rooms were supplied with dog beds and a treat for each dog. Rooms were very clean and well appointed.

Excellent breakfast, best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Location was perfect, just along from the station and centre of Chamonix but not too busy. Really nice pool and spa, a real selling factor if visiting in summer or winter! Reception very helpful and accommodating. Staff were excellent. We stayed twice in one trip, broken up by a few days hiking and staying in the mountains. On our return check in they had upgraded us which was very thoughtful and appreciated!

Be mindful that lots of guests smoke on their balconies and the smell can travel.

I can't express how much we love this hotel. We arrived and were greeted like old friends as we had visited before. We were also given a room upgrade. The room was simply delightful, and the view amazing. We also love the whole naturalistic feeling of the place, the spa has so much to offer but as our stay was so short we didn't use any, maybe next time. Where ever we drive to next year will have to include this hotel.

The location was great for both restaurants & the Aiguille du Midi station. The spa was lovely with the indoor pool & the outside sunbeds - very relaxing. Breakfast was the most varied of our 3 week trip - very generous choice. It was a bonus to have a balcony. Our room, although small had a very comfortable bed & a bath - would have benefited from an easy chair. Chilled water available on each landing was a great feature - also the coffee machine in the room.

The pool indoor pool and hot tub were not warm. Elevator was small and very slow. The room was not like the pictures on their sight. I accidentally left a bag with my hairdryer and curling iron. It was stolen by our housekeeper who denied finding it.

L hotel gode di una posizione ottimale, nonostante sia vicinissimo al centro , era molto tranquillo. Vantava do un bello spazio esterno, per rilassarsi la sera.

La nota dolente secondo me, è stata la piscina. Era gelata. Inoltre c erano due vasche idromassaggio , una interna molto bella e grande, ed una più piccola esterna, dove però i bambini sotto i 12 anni non potevano accedere. Quindi l esperienza è stata piuttosto riduttiva.

Les chambres ne disposent pas de climatisation et nous avons dû dormir fenêtre ouverte donc réveillés par les passants dans la nuit qu’ils soient à pied ou en voiture. La balayeuse passe tous les jours à 6h30 du matin.

We loved the fantastic location in the heart of Chamonix. The pool area and spa were a real highlight. This was one of the best stops on our road trip.

Zo een prachtig hotel in het centrum van Chamonix! We werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald. De kamer was ruim, zeer proper en heel mooi ingericht. De wellness was zalig om van te genieten na 10 dagen de TMB te hebben gewandeld. Je zit ook vlak aan het centrum, het station en de voetgangersstraten. De volgende ochtend genoten we van een superuitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt.

Ik kan me niets bedenken.

Frukosten var inte vad man kan förvänta sig av priset på rummet, jag bor 280+ nätter på hotell varje år och detta var ett av de sämre. Ingen AC på rummet, på vintern är det säkert bra men inte när det är 32 utomhus, för 3500sek/natt så förväntar jag mig ett hyggligt klimat oavsett årstid när man är i rummet.

I absolutely loved the location of our building(hotel). It was perfect to walk to the city center and train. It was even close enough for us to walk to the bus station. We chose this hotel because it was our end destination for the Tour Du Mont Blank thru hike. I wanted to stay someplace that was luxury and a spa! Daphne is one of the best!!! Because of her I had no lactic acid build up or pains from the hike. Her co worker gave my mom her massage and she was also excellent! We loved our room and the little balcony! Perfect!!! The house keeper also gave us amazing info on our next leg of the trip! Her recommendations and info really helped us! Thank you! (I am sorry I forgot names)

I know there was a heat wave...and they did provide a fan to the room...but needed more fans. I also didn't ask for a 2nd one.

Location is top notch, breakfast is good

While the property markets itself as a premium accommodation, the facilities unfortunately fall short of that standard. ​The wellness area is let down by the fact that they only offer a barrel sauna. Because of their cylindrical shape, barrel saunas have notoriously poor heat distribution, meaning your upper body overheats while your feet stay completely cold. Furthermore, the cramped layout makes it nearly impossible to stretch out and properly relax like you would in a traditional sauna room. ​The gym is, frankly, a disaster. It looks incredibly aesthetic and modern, but it completely lacks functional equipment for a real workout. For goodness' sake, a hotel of this caliber needs to invest in at least a proper set of dumbbells going up to 25kg. ​Finally, I stayed here over my birthday. For a self-proclaimed premium accommodation—especially being located in France—the lack of any acknowledgment was a letdown. A simple, thoughtful gesture like a complimentary bottle of wine, cider, or even apple juice left in the room would have made a huge difference in the overall experience.

Beliggenhed var super

De var meget griske og spurgte konstant efter om alt var betalt i forhold til Pakering, selvom alt var på plads. Dog spurgte de ikke ind til om kloak lugten forsvandt på første værelse. Morgenmadsbuffet var uden håndsprit og der var ikke små servietter når man skulle skære brød.

very responsive over e-mail and very helpful. the information provided prior to our stay allowed us to plan ahead. they assisted in booking a table in a restaurant, We requested a TA breakfast and everything was ready, when one of my friends was injured, they helped him a lot. the facilities were great - the rooms, the spa and the food (both onsite and TA)

We visited in the summertime and closing the pool, sauna area at 8pm was a bit early. No hair conditioner

Location is great

The property advertises the spa to be included in the price. The spa has limited opening hours. In the summer, it closes at 8pm. So if you plan on dinning out, you have a very limited window to actually enjoy it. We barely got 30min of it. For the price of the room, the overall services are not worth it.
