انصح الجميع بالسكن، الفندق جميل، نظيف، عندهم موية مصدرها الجبل ببرادات بكل دور. الطاقم ممتاز ودودين موقعه في طرف السنتر سهل الدخول والخروج بالسياره، يوجد مواقف تكلفة اليوم 22.5 يورو لليوم بجانب الفندق (يفصلهم ساحه). يوجد تحت الفندق على النهر مطعم ايطالي انصح فيه وبشدة. اطلالتنا كانت على النهر والجبل.

لايوجد تكيف ولكن لم نحتاج اليه لبرودة الجو ووجود مراوح ممتازه.

No Air Conditioning during an unseasonably hot week. To be fair, they do provide 3 Dyson fans and brought up one extra. With those and windows open at night it was bearable.

The hotel was very comfortable and well located in the centre of the town with easy access. We were able to park our car in the hotel's underground car park, although spaces are limited and it is tight maneouvering. There were good views of the mountains and Mont Blanc from our room and an exceptional vista from the hotel's restaurant.

The breakfast selection was good, but (a minor issue) it seemed strange not to have some of the cooked options available for self service so there was a longer wait for the chef to prepare eggs in any manner to accompany the selections. We were also surprised that the restaurant was not open in the evening in early September, but that maybe reflects that this is primarily a winter destination? However as there are many restaurants nearby it wasn't a major issue

**Disappointing stay – tiny rooms, noise and no air conditioning** The Alpine Eclectic Hotel has a convenient location, but unfortunately we found the overall experience disappointing. The lobby is not particularly small, but with an adjacent public area and people constantly passing through, plus check-ins and check-outs, it feels more like a busy thoroughfare than a comfortable hotel lobby. The biggest disappointment was the room. The Superior Room is advertised as **22–23 sqm**, which most people would reasonably assume refers to the actual living space. In reality, this includes the balcony, a long dark corridor, toilet and bathroom, and built-in cupboards, leaving approximately **12 sqm of actual living space** — extremely cramped, with barely enough room to move around and no comfortable space for a suitcase. The Superior rooms with balconies do offer a beautiful **Mont Blanc view**, but they also face the Old Town, restaurants and pubs across the road. The noise at night was considerable, with loud music and partygoers shouting, singing and carrying on until **2–3am**. There is also **no air conditioning**. With the afternoon sun shining directly into the room, the Dyson fan provided was not enough to keep it comfortable. Opening the balcony door at night was not really an option because of the noise outside, leaving us with the choice of a hot room or a noisy one. On the positive side, **the breakfast was good**, and the location is excellent — close to the lifts, Old Town and public transport. Unfortunately, these positives did not compensate for the **very limited living space, lack of air conditioning and significant late-night noise**. It was absolutely not a comfortable place to relax, **especially after a long day of hiking**.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. We booked a Suite, but the room was extremely small, and the furniture did not feel clean. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned and had a very unpleasant smell. The only positive aspect was the excellent location.

Location is the best, staff were professional and helpful.

1st floor smell full of Chlorine because of the spa. The room is too hot if you close the windows, but if you open the windows, it will be too noisy because of the pubs in front of it.

The breakfast was excellent.

Overall, our stay was good, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve. The main issue was cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The shower had noticeable mildew on the walls and floor, which made the bathroom feel less clean and well maintained. Improving the cleaning and maintenance of the bathrooms, particularly addressing mildew in the shower areas, would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

We loved how well placed the hotel was but also all the amenities it provided. The breakfast buffet was quite rich and offered everything. We stayed almost a week and did not get bored of breakfast. The quality of food was great, too. There is also an open lounge bar downstairs which was perfect for watching the world cup, and also next to it is a small arcades which was perfect for a rainy afternoon with the kids. The spa is incredible! The sauna is huge, and there are also 2 jacuzzis overlooking the beautiful alps. The staff were very accommodating and always listened to any queries we had.

As we stayed there almost a week, the room cleanliness could have been paid more attention to. But the housekeeping staff were always there to assist when we needed anything.

La ubicacion es perfecta, las vistas espectaculares y las instalaciones renovadisimas con un aire moderno y agradable.

La habitacion de otras ocasiones era la de balcon. Esta vez fue de las sencillas, y obvio, las vistas desde la misma no son tan buenas y es pequeñita...pero si quieres algo más economico y seguir disfrutando del hotel, es lo que hay...

I ensured to book Monte Blank view and they put me in 2nd floor with wooden decoration blocking the view disturbing my view although I am paying for the view, sorry is the only thing I got. Calling to make the sofa bed and asking for iron but almost no respond.WIFI is very weak.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also like the location very much.

The room was a little stuffy even with the fan on. We opened the balcony door a little throughout evenings which made the room a little cooler.

De ligging is perfect. Je loopt zo Chamonix in.

朝から出掛けて、4時ごろ戻ってきてもお掃除が終わっておらず、残念でした。あと、朝イチに最上階の朝食会場に行くときに、エレベーターがその階に止まらず、みんな困っていた。ホテルの目の前が深夜までやっているパブがあったので、夜中までわりとうるさかった。

عدم وجود تكييف بما ان الصيف اصبح كل سنه أشوفكم قبل وبما ان الفندق يمتلىء بالسياح صيفا وشتاء لماذا لا يتم عمل تكييف بالفندق لان المراوح لا تعمل شي كذلك في بوفيه الفطور كانت الموظفه التي تستقبل النزلاء فظه جدا حيث طلبنا منها تنظيف الطاوله وبدات تتحدث بالفرنسية وكانها تتذمر رغم معرفتها اننا لا نتحدث الفرنسيه وجدت هذا السلوك غير مهني وغير لايق

No air conditioning, no restaurant, unreal to sleep in Summer

On a pas fermé l’œil de la nuit. Il faisait tellement chaud dans la chambre et dans l’hôtel en général, c’était irrespirable… ça nous a donc gâché le tout. Le chauffage devait être allumé, c’est pas possible autrement… et le ventilateur était fixé au mur, impossible à déplacer donc inutile.

La vue panoramique sur le Mont blanc des chambres avec balcon et du roof top où on prend le petit dejeuner et la situation de l’hôtel au centre de Chamonix prés des commerces et de restaurants trés variés. Le confort de la chambre qui etait spacieuse et tres bien equipée (chambre avec balcon et vue Mont Blanc) L’excellent buffet du petit dejeuner dans un cadre idyllique.

Il faisait chaud dans les chambres et les parties communes . Toutefois le grand ventilateur Dyson dans la chambre etait trés efficace.

Le personnel du SPA

Excellent location within walking distance of the town center. The hotel is comfortable with a beautiful lobby and a great play area for children. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.

The rooms can get very warm as there is no air conditioning. Some rooms have limited lighting and not all rooms include a refrigerator. The paper cups provided for coffee did not feel appropriate for a hotel of this standard. It was also inconvenient that drinking water was only available from a water dispenser outside the room.

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück, herrliche Aussicht, große Zimmer.

Was zur Abwertung führt, ist, dass die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert sind. Somit wird es im Sommer bei den Zimmern zur Süd- bzw. Westseite sehr heiß. Der im Zimmer aufgestellte Ventilator schafft nicht wirklich Abhilfe. Im Bad könnten mehr Ablagen sein.
