the cleaness of room and location

check in was at 3 and didnt get my rooms untill 5 rooms were a little hot need more vent

The location was perfect, and the Villa was super comfortable and clean.

The pool was underwhelming and the hot tub was not working.

I loved the view the privacy of the villa inside and out. The girls at the front desk are amazing :). I've stayed there twice now and both times they were great and helpful.

Everything was amazing just a few and minor things but should be addressed. The comforters of the two bedroom bed has some red stains that made me a little uncomfortable. The window didn't have a screen so I didn't open the window for air to come in. There where also ants in the room and a lot in the kitchen. I received a message from Quinta Pacifica requesting check in time and I provided them with that information. I said 1pm and arrived there at that time but they did not accommodate me on that request so my thought was why send this out if they are unable to comply.

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach, the location, and the view.

It was a bit difficult in finding the entrance to the facility. The room needs a bit of upkeep.

We didn’t have access to the beach from our patio.( it will be nice to have our own glass door to access the beach) The freezer was working, but the refrigerator wasn’t cooling

Location is great

Extra charges, kitchen not stocked with essentials. When we checked in they gave us our room, we got to the room and the other guests had just left, the room was not cleaned yet. We had to wait and do the process again. They charged us for the water, for the coffee, for the cream and sugar. Kitchen did not have any pans or pots.

The property is a great location directly on the Ocean. It is a large property that is fully gated and you park directly in front of your apartment. We felt very safe especially with the fact that there were multiple security guards at all hours. This is an older property with about 25 villas in a row. Ours was two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and large enclosed patio facing the beach. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Not sure about air conditioning because we were there when it was cool.The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Bathrooms were large and hot water flows fast. Everything was extremely clean and in good repair but the rooms could use an update and it seemed that process was underway. There were some renovations happening at the entrance and it appears there was a recent installation of a rock breaker and large sidewalk, with plenty of sand up to the villas. There are plenty of lounges and volleyball in this area. Access to the ocean is on either-side of the property This is a great option for people with mobility issues because it is single story; however there is a step from the bedroom/kitchen area and another step down to the patio. This would make it difficult for someone completely dependent on a wheelchair.

This is an older property, maybe 1980’s, but has been well maintained and is very clean and safe.

I think the deposite to high and how they got to charge me $16.95 for what I did not understand I wanted to get back my deposit 100% I guess not was not told a service desk about that staff told me there was no charge on my card deposit

The facility is the best Value in Rosarito. You get a entire apartment right on the pacific ocean. The whole place is a windows to your private. Secure beach. Everything is plush. 3 televisions. Lots of security.

The front desk staff have no hospitality training. Especially Paola. I was the only guest. The place should be sold out every day. They are unfriendly. They hold $600 which is understandable. First I booked a few nights on booking. I liked it so much i paid them cash until Thursday. I actually overpaid i paid U$ 500 for three more days. My work schedule changed so I decided to Stay until Saturday. Wednesday evening i went to the desk to explain i was to stay until Saturday. They don’t speak English so she said come tomorrow. I messaged Paola also to ask to stay until Saturday. No response. I went earlier to work in Tijuana Thursday morning. Without having heard from Paola regarding extending my stay.. i booked it thru Saturday on booking.com. Around 1:00 pm I got a message saying I was supposed to check out and my belongings were going to be removed basically evicted. I sent her the reservation i made on booking since they were not replying. She said now i need to pay another U$ 600 deposit. So they would now be holding U$ 1200 deposit. I found this very frustrating. The girls at the front desk were rude, confrontational and the opposite hospitable. She threatened to have me banned from booking.com and said I would never stay in another hotel in my life. I was a perfect guest. Clean. Paid the staff generous tips. Yet treated like garbage.

My room is right on a private beach with your own private security. The typical beaches are full of people, noise, and vendors trying to sell you stuff. My door opens to the Pacific Ocean. Know on knows the hotel is here the is no sign on the road. its tucked away so no one knows it exists. I actually want to buy the place. The waves are beautiful. I wish I could surf. The private security does not allow anyone near the place that doesn't belong. The place is two full bedrooms bath kitchen living room. The maid completely cleans everything changes towels and sheets does your dishes everyday!

I didn't know how nice it was until I got my room key. There is no curb appeal, you pull up thru a old plaza that doesn't look so nice. They hold a $600 deposit that concerned me. Then I realized that there was so much value in the Villa that they need such a deposit. 3 televisons, alll the bedding towels things someone could steal.

No tiene opciones de ventilación con ventanas cerradas, muy incómodo dormir con las ventanas abiertas, no funciona el abanico de techo adecuadamente, si apagas la luz se apaga el abanico así que debías dormir con la luz prendida para poder ventilarte.La cocina es muy vieja y no funcionaba bien, muy pocos utensilios que hicieron difícil cocinar.

These villas are beautiful! My family and I loved staying here so much that we agreed to always use these villas for future stay. Estas villas estan hermosas! A mi familia y a mi nos encanto quedarnos aqui tanto que decidimos que cada vacaciones que tendremos en rosarito, nos quedaremos en estas villas.

I just want to be honest. This place is over priced for what it offers. Definitely needs TLC. You get charged for everything. There is a 15 dollar daily facility fee, there is a 35 dollar charge for guest fee, and if you want to use the fire pit they charge 40 dls. The entrance to the establishment is a bit scary and complicated if someone is not familiar with Rosarito. There was lots of little spiders and insects in the Villa. I would honestly think about it really hard before you reserve. Staff at front desk was very short and dry. Really didn't seem to care about customer service.

The attention of the personnel was great, the rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, the jacuzzi was also clean and fun.

Some areas need a bit of work, ie one of the balcony's table is broken and coming apart, it has a wire out. I think is Villa # 5

The location of Villa is in the back away from everyone and everything allowing you to have a complete getaway. All of the outside back area from each individual place is directly into the sand, which offers the most beautiful view, the ocean. Each room had a bathroom and the master bedroom has a view to the ocean. Each room had a television. The kitchen had everything one needs to cook and the refrigerator was a bonus. A nice dining table to eat and a living room with a television as well. It has cable with many channels and apps. Horseback riding is only a minute walk from the room

For what I wanted and like, it was perfect!

I like the view of the back porch but you don’t have access to the beach from your room you have to walk around

False advertising the room I book was not the one I got I got charged and addition $56 dollars for an extra person they charge everything you use sponges to wash the dishes no blender no broom or mop cuz the charge to clean your room I was asked for a $600 dollars deposit and was refunded $429 dollars they charge everything in dollars can of soda $5dollars it’s a rip off don’t book here the place isn’t like it looks in the pictures and over priced

I never got to stay and with all the construction happening in the front we couldn’t find the location so I missed my time to check in and they said they tried to call me and I arrived a couple hours later and said there is nothing they can do and I didn’t get a key so I couldn’t stay there

stayed at HOTEL QUINTA PACIFICA PLAYAS IN ROSARITO in August 2025, I at first was impressed with the room, location, but that where it terminates. My stay was uneventful till I received the billing invoice which I reviewed upon returning home. Let me regress to a very important note the amenities bar which they provide has no method of inventory if you use it, the responsibility is put upon the integrity of the hotel staff to make note of items which you may have consumed and to relay that to the billing department. My bill reflected that a bottle of wine was consumed for $ 77.85 from the amenities ( should have examined it before leaving the resort but had to catch a flight) I do not drink wine and also there are plenty of stores in the vicinity to purchase o bottle for much less if I desired. My point is DO NOT STAY HERE if you do not want to be charged for items which you did not use. If you review other commentaries this is noted numerous times throughout. There are other resorts to stay at which are held to a higher standard. This is the my first review and I felt a necessity to script in order to forewarn other individuals considering this property. OR TAKE A TIME DOCUMENTED DAILY PHOTO EVERYDAY OF THE WOODEN AMENITIES TRAY THEY SUPPLY. Sorry HOTEL QUINTA PACIFICA ROSARITO but I will not be returning to your resort and hope others considering such read this review as they say in the real estate industry "Caveat Emptor" BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!

Not what it use to be. A lot of changes. A lot of hidden charges when you get to the place. Went and we were the only ones there. No upgrade was offered

I traveled with young kids and it was amazing. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing 10/10. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Everything was perfect with the exeption that there is no air conditioner. If these villas had air conditioner it would be a 10/10. Please consider gettign an AC! Your visitors would be more comfortable and would probably come more often!! Please consider.
