The food is very delicious , the staff is amazing , they do everything to make your stay comfortable , you can ask for anything and they will immediately do their best to achieve it, you really feel welcomed and as if you are at your home. Service is wonderful, very impressed

There are different schedule everyday , so almost all day and everyday you have something to do , that’s good of course but I believe they should organize more evening pool/beach parties

I stayed at this hotel in June with my daughter, and we had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The pool and the beach were great, but what made our stay really special were the people who work there. The whole team was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank the waiters and the entire restaurant staff. With such a large number of guests, their work is certainly not easy. It is a real challenge, but you can see how hard-working, dedicated, and patient they are. Despite being so busy, they always try their best to make the guests feel comfortable and welcome. I truly appreciate their hard work and the effort they put in every single day. I would also like to give a very special thank you to the lifeguard who helped me when I unfortunately tripped while going down towards the pool. He immediately came to help me and provided first aid. He was incredibly kind, caring, calm, and professional. He was always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. His help and concern meant a lot to me, and I am truly grateful to him. I would like to emphasize that a hotel is not only about a beautiful place, a pool, or a beach. It is also about the people who work there every day and make it possible for guests to relax and enjoy their holidays. I understand that with such a large number of guests, it is impossible for everything to be perfect all the time. What matters to me is seeing how much effort and hard work the entire team puts into taking care of their guests. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the whole team for your hard work, kindness, patience, smiles, and help. It truly does not go unnoticed. We felt very welcome and well taken care of, and I sincerely hope to come back again in the future. ❤️

Some of the best service we have ever experienced. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make our holiday special. A special mention to Haitham, who was fantastic and made our stay even more memorable. We can’t sing his praises enough. Mohammed around the Infinity Pool was brilliant, constantly keeping us topped up with drinks and always having a laugh with us. The team at Le CouCou were amazing too, making us delicious cocktails every evening and keeping us entertained. Hassan at Pomodoro Restaurant provided exceptional service, and even the lifeguards were fantastic, helping with loungers and keeping our sunglasses clean. Everyone was so welcoming, including the shopkeeper and the excursion rep from Egypt International, who always stopped to say hello. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and packed with great amenities, with exceptional food and plenty of choice. A couple of slight negatives were the cocktail making class with the entertainment team. Unfortunately, we were only made one cocktail to drink, so it felt more like a cocktail tasting class rather than making any cocktails. We would have loved the opportunity to make a few different cocktails ourselves. We were also really looking forward to the music quiz one evening and expected it to be something everyone could get involved in. Unfortunately, it was more of a music game show with selected guests on stage and no audience participation. We would have preferred a traditional quiz where everyone could join in. Aside from that, we absolutely loved our stay and cannot thank the staff enough for making our holiday so special. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

Had such an amazing stay and have no complaints whatsoever. The food and service here has been exceptional with shoutouts to Haitham for his brilliant hospitality and service across the restaurants, Mohammed at the infinity pool for his service taking and running drinks orders around the pool in such heat!!! and the barmen at cafe de paris for there exceptional service and cocktails.

We strongly recommend that you pay close attention to the drinking water provided at the hotel, as we became seriously ill and are still undergoing treatment.

Absolutely beautiful and aesthetic hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and there are lots of pools and beautiful cabanas to enjoy. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms were spotless. A special shout-out to the wonderful waiters at the main restaurant, Palmira — thank you for your kindness and great service! The reception staff were also amazing, always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. The only downsides were that we were provided with only 1.5 liters of water per person per day, and on our last day, we did not receive any water at all. Also, our room was quite far from the main areas, so we had to do a bit more walking, although this was not a major issue. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

The sea was a little murky and didn’t quite meet my expectations, but the resort itself was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend it!

Tout est fait pour des vacances sans prise de tête. Le Monsieur qui faisait notre chambre a chaque fois fais une sculpture en linge pour notre fils, magnifique. Notre réceptionniste (Nancy) était parfaite, tout les jours un petit message pour demander si nous avions besoin de qqch. Le serveur du Pomodoro était vraiment gentil et serviable.

Me and my family traveled to Egypt for the first time in august and altough it was pretty hot we enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel staff was very nice to us especially Rawy who cleaned our room every day and made sure we had enough water in our room at all times. After all our work at home, we found our peace and quiet here,at Jaz Elite Casa del Mar.

Rien à redire, ils ont un véritable sens du service et sont toujours attentifs à notre bien-être, à demander si tout va bien ou si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Nancy, à la réception, a été notre ange gardien pendant tout le séjour. Nous avions chaque jour droit à un petit message sur Whatsapp pour prendre de nos nouvelles, et elle était toujours aux petits soins avec nous. Mahmoud Thaibit (j’espère ne pas avoir écorché son nom !) du restaurant principal a été d’une douceur infinie avec mes enfants. Maher, également au restaurant principal, veillait toujours à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Ammar, qui servait sur la terrasse extérieure du restaurant principal, était lui aussi très attentionné. Un grand merci également à Jamal Mustapha, le manager du restaurant principal, ainsi qu’à Tawadros, du bar à chicha, pour son infinie gentillesse. Et enfin, Tamer Aamer, le chef du bar de l’Infinity Pool, et toute son équipe, qui étaient toujours au taquet pour nous servir ! J’en oublie probablement certains, et je m’en excuse, mais le personnel est clairement le point fort de cet hôtel. Grâce à eux, nous nous sommes sentis véritablement bien accueillis et pris en charge. Nous sommes repartis reposés et avec quelques kilos en trop :) L’hôtel est propre et la nourriture était vraiment à la hauteur, avec un large choix et beaucoup de diversité. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème digestif lié à la nourriture ou à l’eau, ce qui est également un point très appréciable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la petite attention avant notre départ, l’hôtel nous avait préparé des lunch boxes pour le voyage. Une attention qui fait vraiment plaisir. C’est pour toutes ces raisons que, malgré quelques points négatifs, l’expérience mérite à mes yeux une note de 10/10.

- Nous avions réservé une chambre triple supérieure (donc, en principe, 3 vrais lits simples), mais nous avons eu une chambre double avec un lit d’appoint loin d’être confortable. D’après les photos Booking, cela correspondrait plutôt à un hébergement supérieur avec lits jumeaux. - Autant le personnel de l’hôtel était aux petits soins avec nous, autant nous avions l’impression d’être invisibles pour l’équipe d’animation et du centre Egypt International, qui organisait les excursions. Ils faisaient le tour des transats pour proposer activités et excursions, mais nous sautaient systématiquement pour passer au suivant. Peut-être que ma tête et mon burkini ne correspondaient pas à leur "clientèle cible"… allez savoir ! En tout cas, en 10 jours, ils ne nous ont jamais adressé la parole ni proposé quoi que ce soit à mes enfants. Drôle et frustrant à la fois. - L’accès à Booking, Trip.com, etc. est bloqué sur le wifi de l’hôtel et nécessite la 4G ou un autre wifi. Je n’ai donc pas pu réserver mes excursions ni mon transfert aéroport. Heureusement, j’avais gardé le numéro du chauffeur. J’ai finalement dû réserver mes excursions, plus chères, via Egypt International malgré leur snobisme. D'ailleurs, je ne les recommande pas. ils ne servent que d'intermédiaire, ils t'accompagnent pas, donc quand il y a un couac pendant l'excursion c'est à toi de te débrouiller. - Impossible d’obtenir une place dans les 4 restaurants à la carte malgré 9 nuits sur place. La réception ne pouvait pas nous aider puisque tout passait par leur site. - Seulement 2 prises dans la chambre pour 3 personnes avec téléphones et tablettes : difficile de tout recharger pendant le peu de temps passé en chambre. - Le minibar n’était pas gratuit : même les sodas et capsules de café étaient payants, ce que je n’avais jamais vu dans un all-inclusive. Même les sachets de thé consommés n’étaient pas remplacés.

We had a wonderful stay at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar in Hurghada, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. This hotel simply wouldn’t be the same without the people who work so hard to make every guest feel welcome and looked after. A very special thank you to Mustafa and Amar in the restaurant. Absolutely brilliant service from both of you—attentive, professional, friendly and always ready to help. You made every meal a pleasure. A huge thank you also to Bashir from housekeeping. His work was impeccable. Our room was always beautifully cleaned and cared for, and the wonderful designs he created on our bed were amazing. Bashir, you are genuinely an artist! Those thoughtful little touches made coming back to our room each day something to look forward to. The reception team also deserves enormous praise. Sophia, Nancy and Abdurrahman, as well as the lovely young man with the light-coloured eyes whose name unfortunately I can’t remember, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Just returned from this hotel had an amazing time fist time in hurgarda usually go to Sharm stayed in some lovely hotels and this is one of the best, rooms are lovely staff are amazing shoutout to hassan he’s everywhere Italian aqua a complete all rounder👏👏👏 although I have to say all the staff are amazing they work really hard👏 the alacarte restaurants are amazing the food is delicious the best espresso martinis ever the managers come round everyday to make sure your stay is amazing we will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the beach is beautiful water is gorgeous and the animation team were brilliant shoutout to Ella and Mia ❤️

We had a fantastic seven-night stay as a family of four. It was our silver wedding anniversary during the holiday, and our room was beautifully decorated, with a cake provided as well, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is wonderful, and the grounds are spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool areas are very clean and spacious - perfect for relaxing, with no problem getting a sunbed. The main infinity pool is the busiest because of the entertainment and activities such as water polo, which is great fun if that appeals to you. There are also two quieter pools, including an adults-only area if you want a little more peace and quiet. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day and a beach bar serving drinks, very friendly staff. The dive centre is also excellent for trips and activities. We did a half-day snorkelling and dolphin-watching trip, which was fantastic. The buffet food offered plenty of variety, and the à la carte restaurant, Pomodoro Italian and Aqua Snacks Restaurant, were excellent, with fantastic service. Aqua was also a great option for lunch or snacks during the day. The staff were amazing and made our stay feel extra special. They were friendly, attentive and worked extremely hard. The housekeeping team did a brilliant job, especially with room 1220, and the daily towel art was a lovely added bonus! A special mention to Mahmoud Abd Erady in the buffet, who was warm, professional and welcoming, and particularly lovely with our young son, Sam. Please can you pass on our thanks, he made our experience even more enjoyable. The chef making omelettes each morning also deserves recognition - they were superb! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We felt so welcome and well looked after - we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed for 10 nights and for us it was excellent value! (some others we spoke to said it wasnt as good as others but they were far more expensive!) Hotel spotless and all staff we dealt with went over and above to make sure we enjoyed our stay! ( too many to name and a few stand outs in the pictures). We used buffet restaurant excellent for breakfast and mainly Aqua restaurant for excellent lunches and service. Aqua, Oscar and Pomodro were excellent al a carte restsurants in the evenings for food and again service and the Chinese at the sister hotel also very good! Entertainment good mainly singers or musicians. Pool party and beach party good. Management regularly checking on facilities and if guests ok! Mr. Ibrahim excellent throughout stay! Beach/sea and our balcony size only slight negatives for us compared to other hotels we have stayed but thats just personal preference ( tbf reception did offer us another room with very similar balcony/view or an upgraded room at extra cost!) Would return and highly recommend!

Food excellent, apart from breakfast, hit and miss staff are amazing. Adults only pool could do with being upgraded, lino in the pool is bobbly underfoot, and around top edges, also discoloration looking dirty and worn. Room are fantastic and kept clean and tidy. Overall would visit again.

We stayed in july 2026 this was our 5th time at the hotel within 2 years its the best hotel in hurghada by far everything is amazing its like our 2nd home the management team go above and beyond to make your stay as special as possible and nothing is too much trouble special thanks to mr ibrahim khaled who we have became very good friends with he is amazing manager also special thanks to hassan restuarant manager he also goes above and beyond to make you have the best time the animation team are also amazing especially tyga ella marian and jade also marwan they are all very fun and work very hars to provide great entertainment for the guests also mina and mostafa at the beach bar have been great too its the best hotel in eyypt we would highly recommend it we would not stay anywhere else cant wait to go back again

The hotel is really nice and beautiful. The atmosphere is amazing, the animation team is great, and the evening shows are really entertaining and exciting. The daytime entertainment activities are varied too, which makes them really enjoyable.

We've just returned from our holiday in Hurghada, where we spent 10 nights at the Jaz Elite Casa del Mar Hotel. ​A special mention must go to our wonderful cleaner, Bassan, who truly went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble; he was always ready to help and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout our stay. As the icing on the cake, he went out of his way to surprise us with different towel art every day :) ​I'd also like to say a big thank you to some of the F&B team: Haney & Mahmood from the main restaurant, Ibrahim, and the waiter at the beach bar. ​Overall, we had a good time, and a real highlight for me was the management team. It was great seeing them walking around and checking in with guests to see if there was anything they could do to improve the service. We were even invited to a cocktail party to meet them! iedereen was zo ontzettend vriendelijk en deed hun super best om het je naar de zin te maken. Van de receptie tot housekeeping, van animatie tot restaurants. Vorig jaar verbleven wij in Jaz Elite Asteria in Sahl hashees, persoonlijk vond ik deze beter en gezelliger. Dit hotel is knusser qua layout. Het is eten is lekker en genoeg keuze, alles wordt goed bijgehouden en schoongemaakt. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

We had one of the best holiday experiences ever, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. We would like to give a very special thank you to Mahmoud, Ammar, Mustafa, and Magdy. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to Magdy before leaving, but we absolutely adored him and would like to send him a huge hug. Amazing hotel, very attentive and friendly staff, the food is the best we’ve ever had in an all inclusive. It is spotlessly clean and highly maintained. We stayed as a family of 5 in 2 rooms for 12nights, arrived 9th July. The hotel has a lovely relaxed vibe, and the animation team were also superb. All 3 of my teens have had an amazing holiday, and so have we. I 💯 recommend this hotel

Everything from the very first day till the end of our holiday was excellent. Mrs. Nancy from the reception team, Mr. Hasan and Mr. Fady from the restaurant team made us feel like we are at our own home. They deserve a great appreciation. Sorry if I miss other names but all the team were quite helpful and please keep all these talents so that we can comfortably choose this hotel again and again!

Our stay at the hotel was from 12 July to 18 July, and it was a wonderful experience overall. From the moment we arrived, Miss Nancy at the reception welcomed us warmly. She assigned us a beautiful suite with an amazing view, exactly as we had requested. Throughout our entire stay, she continued to check on us, promptly resolving any issues and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a real difference. The entire staff, whether at Palmira Open Buffet Restaurant or at the bars, were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. Everyone treated us with great respect and always had a smile on their face. Unfortunately, we did have an unpleasant experience with one staff member at Pomodoro Restaurant. However, after we reported the incident, the management and the rest of the staff handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and respect. We truly appreciated how seriously our concern was taken and how quickly it was addressed. A very special thank you to Mr. Joseph, who checked on us during every meal to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our dining experience. Even at Oscar Restaurant, the level of care and attention we received was beyond expectations. I would also like to give special recognition to Ammar, the waiter at Palmira Open Buffet Restaurant. He was incredibly attentive throughout our stay and always made sure we had our favorite drinks and plenty of ice without us even having to ask. His excellent service and positive attitude made every meal more enjoyable. Thank you to every member of the staff who made our stay so memorable. Apart from that one isolated incident, everything else exceeded our expectations. We had a truly enjoyable and relaxing vacation, and we will definitely be coming back again.

Everything was more than perfect starting with the staff (Mr. Ahmed Youssef, Miss. Nancy, Mr. Joseph, Mr. Hany, Chef. Ahmed, Chef. Saber, Mr. Youssef and the animation team). This is what really differentiates this hotel vs. other hotels, the staff is so friendly, respectful, responsive, professional. The food was perfect, great variety with high quality. The price is high, but what I can assure that you will get a great value for money in terms of facilities, hospitality, cleanliness, location and food.

It is one of the greatest hotels in Hurghada, with very high service, drinks, and food.

Family friendly, clean, friendly staff, environmental, i like the towels service flexible and hassle free, animation team and the scheduled program are amazing, location is near the airport and located on the tourist walkway street, wifi is accessible 90% everywhere.

The pathway between the room and the hotel facilities looks like corridors maze and not safe for kids to walk through alone, late programs are too loud to be close to the rooms as young kids suffer sleeping until the program finish, the beach needs cleaning, the all inclusive in this hotel does not include the mini bar nor coffee machine at the room which is weird! Many other hotels are latterly all inclusive, finally the pre-booked restaurant we have tried is below lowest expectations (food portions are very small, food quality is bad, the menu has very few options, slow, poor and inconvenient service), this hotel has no snorkeling access.

We had a wonderful stay at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar and enjoyed every moment. From the first day until check-out, everything was excellent. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the beach and pools are beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The food was one of the best parts of our stay. Everything was fresh, very tasty, and there was a great variety every day. Chef Sabri and Executive Chef Mohamed were always checking if everything was okay and if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Nancy at the Front Office for the warm welcome and all her help. Thank you also to Mahmoud Thaibt, Mahmoud Shawky, and Ammar from Palmira Restaurant. They were always kind, friendly, and gave us great service. Mina at the pool and Ashraf at the Splash Pool were also amazing and always made sure we had everything we needed. We also want to thank Mrs. Vanessa and Mr. Joseph from the management team for taking the time to ask about our stay and making sure everything was perfect. The animation team was fantastic and made every day fun with different activities. A big thank you as well to the housekeeping team for keeping our room clean every day and for always being friendly. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. This was one of our best holidays, and we can't wait to come back. We highly recommend JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar to anyone visiting Hurghada. This was my fourth stay with the Jaz group and my second stay at Jaz Casa del Mar Beach, and once again I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel. The food was good, the location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Cleanliness standards were consistently high throughout my stay. Most importantly, many staff members were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help, which contributed to a pleasant holiday. experience. Overall, the hotel continues to offer a relaxing atmosphere and the quality service that has made me a loyal guest of the Jaz brand over the years.

Having stayed at Jaz Casa del Mar Beach in 2023 and again in 2026, while also visiting several other Jaz properties in between, I was expecting to see a clear added value from the current « Elite » Concept. Unfortunately ,the prices has increased dramatically yet I did not experience a corresponding improvement in facilities, services, or overall guest experience. As a loyal Jaz guest, I feel that the Elite branding currently does not deliver enough tangible benefits to justify the significant increase in price!

What can we say? We have brought back so many incredibly happy memories from our stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the hotel and staff delivered excellence and service of the utmost quality. The grounds were impeccably clean and maintained, food was amazing in choice and quality and we loved the choice of spaces available…beach area, infinity pool with its vast entertainment, adults and kids areas. But what made this holiday was the staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. We cannot complete this review without a special shout out to Salah, our beach waiter, who kept us hydrated and always with a smile and Hatim who had our loungers saved and ready every day!! A perfect getaway in the sun and it is the first place we have stayed where we would happily return. Thank you!!

This was our second trip to the hotel and it just gets better and better. We brought my parents who are 83 and 80 and my dad says it’s one of the best holidays he’s ever had!! The staff were just incredible to them both and made them feel so special. Absolutely nothing was a trouble for any of your wonderful staff. The pool area at the beach is just fab with loads of room and such comfy sunbeds. The pool staff are so helpful and took such care of my parents even helping moving their sunbeds. Special thanks to Mina and Islam who are just a joy around the pool. The restaurants and food is to die for with so much choice. Our fabulous waiter Amman is just an angel he was so attentive and just such a lovely person to be around. Special thanks to Maraiha who was beyond kind to my wee mum ❤️ Haitham is just the best making us feel so welcome on our return and going out of his way to be helpful with dinner reservations. He even organised a snack to take on the plane. Ibrahim the manager was another beyond kind soul who made sure my dad had his decaf coffee in morning and was just so kind to us all. He is such a happy kind soul. One last huge shout out to the amazing Saleh we’re just gutted you went on holiday as you really made our holiday such fun. You have the best sense of humour you’re too funny and hopefully we will see you on our next time. We really hope you had a fab holiday at home and my husband loved the football banter!! Your hotel is just one of the best and we are just trying to work out when we can come back. There is honestly nothing we can fault and a big shout out to super helpful Mia in the entertainment team she is a wee ⭐. I expected a room with a sea view, which didn't happen. The beach bar left much to be desired. There are 4 restaurants: I always went to the same one because I didn'd know if I could go to the others.

Overall, I had a great stay. The staff, facilities, cleanliness, and service were excellent. The only downside was the noticeable presence of insects in the landscaped areas and gardens, which needs more attention. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect location ; close to the airport and shopping center. Beautiful beach and pools. Rooms are big size , super clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Service is one of the best. Excellent food quality and variety .

Just back from a fabulous week at Jaz Elite Casa del Mar. We are fans of Jaz hotels (our 5th visit) and this is the best. Smaller than some (227 rooms) it spreads over a large area. Many pools and only the infinity pool was busy. Even then there is space around the loungers. Swim up bar and right on the beach too. Buffet is excellent, lots of choice and mix of grilled and conventionally cooked dishes. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well as a fabulous steak at the à la carte grill. The Spa is amazing (we all had 3 massages) and also arranged a snorkelling day with the local dive centre in the hotel. All the staff were amazing. Special shout out to Mina (pool side bar at lounger service all day) and Assistant General Manager Josef who we bumped into several times and was always looking for tips to improve. We will definitely be back!

Just returned from a week at the Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar - it was the first holiday my husband and I have had on our own for a very long time. I have thought long and hard about something negative I could say and there is nothing! It was amazing, the staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. A special shout out to Karim and the team down at the splash pool who looked after us so well. Food was fab, ambience amazing, room terrific (and cleaned exceptionally every day). Will definitely be back!

What an amazing hotel! From the food and drinks to the entertainment and the rooms, everything was absolutely excellent. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly and professional. A special shout out to Abdullah at the Splash Bar, who was always so attentive, professional, and welcoming, with a big smile on his face every day. He really made my experience even more enjoyable. I also loved the beautiful scenery, the pool, and the animation team, who created such a fun atmosphere throughout the holiday. I would definitely return again and highly recommend this hotel!

We have 7 holidays per annum, all in 5* AI's usually in Turkey. In January 2026 we visited Hurghada for the first time staying at the Pickalbatros Blu Spa and really enjoyed it except for the area outside the complex. So booked again for Hurghada trying a different hotel Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar. We booked via EasyJet Holidays and requested a double bed quiet room, sadly we received a twin room which was situated above the front door and was extremely noisy with buses transporting to/from the airport throughout the night, we are aware all requests may not be facilitated but we just could not get a good nights sleep. The hotel was not perfect we did not enjoy the entertainment team, the daytime events and music were geared towards a younger group mainly situated around the pool, the older folk were located mainly on the beach and ignored by them plus soft relaxing music would be nice at times. Our final moan was sunbeds around the pool, forget it if you are not up and out before 8am. So why have we scored the hotel 5 bubbles? The hotel was spotlessly clean, the grounds and plants were beautifully manicured, the food was outstanding in both the buffet and the 3 a la carte restaurants and all the staff enjoyed serving you to ensure you had a truly memorable holiday. Best of all and something all other hotels could follow is the actions of senior management who visited us and all guests at our sunbeds on a daily basis to ensure the service received within the hotel was 100%. When we mentioned our room issues our room was changed immediately. I congratulate the senior management on their unique approach to ensure excellent service and when there are issues these are sorted immediately, we are all human. My final comment must be about the staff, the level of service they provide, all with a smile and considering the hours they work they deserve huge praise and a large tip. We wish to register special praise for Mahmoud Musamah and Hathim. We were so impressed we changed one of our booked holidays for 2027 to the Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar.

This is the only hotel we have ever returned to, we first came last September. Everything is perfect about this hotel. The food is tasty and plenty for everyone - even a fussy vegetarian like me. The rooms are clean, smart and comfortable ( though only BBC and CGN news on offer as English channels). Three great a la carte restaurants managed beautifully by Hassan and his team. Lovely little touches like chocolate cake in your room to welcome you, fruit platters left in your room, goodbye gifts, cucumber slices for your eyes bought to you at the pool, sunglasses cleaned at the pool for you, canapés and treats delivered to your sunbed, cornettos from the bar - lots of little things which add to your enjoyment. The best feature of this hotel though is the staff, they all make you feel valued and will do whatever they can to make your experience good. Special mention to my new friend Ibrahim Khaled, Assistant General Manager, who is constantly chatting to guests to make sure everything is ok. He makes you feel like a very special guest and helped me in so many ways just to make things perfect. My husband has some mobility problems and he even called the golf cart to take us to the local pharmacy, then checked in on us. Also he has now introduced us to warm rice pudding with vanilla ice cream - try it ! Thank you Ibrahim. One final thing, the whole hotel smells like roses in the public areas and toilets. I loved it and hope to be back.

This was our 5th stay at this hotel, and every time it gets better. The location is perfect and very convenient. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, making us feel at home every visit. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Great value for the price, with excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel. The noise level was very low, which made our stay peaceful and enjoyable. The service was outstanding as always — the staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The amenities and entertainment options were also excellent and added a lot to our experience. We definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again!

This is my first time in egypt and overall i had an amazing time. From start to finish everything was perfect. i have been to a lot of places before and nowhere else met my expectation like this place. Starting with the food. There is so much variety for everyone and different allocates to attend such as a grill and Italian with amazing service in all of them. Moving onto entertainment, the entertainment team are fabulous and friendly. They all individually have their own unique personalities which makes my time here fun speaking with each one. They offer so much within the hotel such as morning and afternoon activities. Things like stretching, zumba, darts, aqua gym and yoga. Every week there is pool parties, olympic day and beach parties which was very well organised and enjoyable. This was something i loved as i like to get involved and be active. Also everyday kids club is open offering face painting, cinema evenings and beach activities. Noise level was good, music in the day time was varied and not too loud, the dj also offer request and the evening was never too loud and music was off by 11pm. The hotel cleanliness was spot on. Toilets, Pool area, rooms, beach was all spotless and never once did i find something out of place here. The Loaction was beautiful. The pool overlooking the beach was what caught my eye in the first place but seeing it in person was lovely. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes from the airport which was perfect especially considering i landed in the evening and it was a fast process to get here. Overall this place is very good value and i will 100% be returning. I recommend this place to anyone and thankyou to everyone who made me feel so welcomed and relaxed

Everything was great. It was my first experience with all-inclusive resorts and it couldn’t have been better - accommodations, food, people, entertainment. Food was variable and tasty, I was hearing a lot about eating in buffet in Egypt but gladly I can say that in jaz casa del mar it is not the case, everything was great, both quality and taste. Staff members were unbelievably welcoming and nice We used spa facilities, it is paid service but totally worth it Beach was clean and comfortable, pools were nice too In general huge recommendation and many thanks to hotel, I hope to visit it again

I’ve stayed in so many hotels in Hurghada, but this is the only one I’ve visited twice and for good reason!! Everything here is simply perfect: the service, the food, the cleanliness, and especially the people. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the food. I have never eaten this well anywhere else in Hurghada, and I’ve truly stayed at many different hotels. You can enjoy every meal without worrying about getting sick or not tolerating the food, which can sometimes be a concern in Egypt. Here, dining is a real pleasure. Even the head chef personally comes around to ask if everything is okay and makes sure every guest is satisfied. The hotel offers many different areas, so there’s something for everyone. If you want peace and relaxation, there’s a quiet pool area, while the main pool is always full of fun and great energy. Shams is an amazing person. If I had to describe someone with the perfect Egyptian charm, it would definitely be him. He and his animation team are incredibly kind, friendly, and always make sure guests are having a great time. At the same time, they are very respectful! If you want to relax and be left alone, they completely respect that as well. I already loved the entertainment team during my first stay, but now they’ve become even better. And Mohamed from the beach bar was always attentive and made sure we were well taken care of at all times. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Hurghada! Both in terms of quality and the outstanding staff.

My final day at this great resort. Let's begin with the hotel .great very clean great room had a sea veiw highly recomend for the veiw and nice and quiet .. now on to the pools all great front pool is the busiest of all of them because of the entertainment ie fitness class in pool plus water polo etc .. beach is incredible 😲 loads of sunbeds all day sun ..beach bar for drinks with the amazing Simon ..the dive center is also great for trips etc did a half day trip fantastic 10/10 .. the little beach shop great for snacks etc 😋 and anything else u may have forgotten.. next we have the bar and restaurant staff all were amazing and helpful nothing to much trouble... steak house does great food ie fillet steak lamb chops plus loads of other choices...the entertainment team were great bunch big shout out to Mia for her daily chat .I don't care what anyone says this hotel blew me and my wife away we will be back next year for more fun at this wonderful hotel

This resort deserves 7* rating. We spent 5 nights there as a family. We have been before to 5 star resorts in Mexico, Caribbean, Jamaica, Bali and others. Jaz Elite Hurghada has exceeded all our expectations by far and was more favourable than any of the other resorts. Check in process was very smooth thanks to Adriana. Mr. Ahmed Farid at the front desk was very helpful in addressing our request. Our room was pool front and had very comfortable beds. The staff did a great daily job to keep it tidy and spotless. Mr Ibrahim Khaled, Mr Haithum and Mr Hany and all the staff at the buffet restaurant were very caring, continually attentive and genuinely hard working. Also, the buffet offered excellent wide variety of delicious high quality and luxurious food options that is different every day. Also, eating at the Mediterranean restaurant is highly recommended. The stay at the beach was amazing with plenty of beach chairs and towels. What truly made this resort exceptional is the staff with their attention to detail and personalised service. The resort had great shows and entertainment every evening. We had an excellent stay at this resort from the time of check in to the departure. Thank you everyone 🙏. Love this hotel from the moment we checked in we were treated like family all the staff amazing and make this hotel the diamond it is apologies I can't remember everyone but huge thanks to the entertainment team Mia Marianne Tag Leo Vanessa who worked tirelessly to keep everyone happy. All the waiters amazing and a massive thankyou to Ibrahim Khaled for the VIP cocktail party loved it was absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of staying for a week at Jaz Casa Del Mar Hurghada. The hotel is on a street redeveloped as a walking place with shops and artistic creations. The room I stayed in, 1255, was spacious, comfortable beds, a balcony overlooking the pool and equipped with what is generally necessary. The cleanliness was a 10. The main restaurant with numerous tables inside and outside offers a wide variety of dishes, desserts and drinks. Every day I ate something different. There are 4 swimming pools, and the large one called infinity seems to flow into the sea. It is also heated to 27 degrees. The beach is private in a cove with enough beds and umbrellas. For those who are thirsty, there is a bar on the beach and one at the large pool. All the staff were very kind and helpful. On the last day my wife had an accident. She fell and injured her knee and ankle. The hotel clinic took her to the office very quickly and professionally provided her with the necessary care. Thank you Mr. Solayman. We felt very good at this hotel and we recommend it
