Don Cesar Boutique Apartments

Lovely apartments right on the sea front in the old town. I paid extra for a room facing the sea and it was well worth it. Sitting on my balcony watching the world go by. Lovely and clean apartment and the place is not over big.

There were no instructions for any of the equipment. Like the hob. The coffee machine etc. they had supplied some cleaning stuff but I thought with it being boutique apartments you may have got some milk and water to greet you.

There’s a strong smell of food on the first floor, I think it’s from the restaurant below and it’s not in the room, just the foyer area

Mooi schoon en modern appartement. Wij hadden een kamer geboekt met uitzicht op zee en hadden een heerlijk balkon. Als de temperaturen te hoog zijn kun je niet comfortabel buiten zitten omdat je de gehele dag zon hebt. Juist in het voorjaar of najaar/winter is dit juist wel plezierig. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De receptie heeft een 24/7 service. Parasol en strandlakens zijn inclusief en te verkrijgen bij de receptie. Het appartement is goed geïsoleerd dus geen herrie van buitenaf alleen als ze s’avonds het terras opruimen hoor je dit maar dat kan ook komen omdat wij op de eerste etage verbleven. Je bent gelijk in de oude binnenstad.

Wij hadden het idee dat de airco niet naar behoren werkte maar hebben dit niet gemeld anders was dit gelijk opgelost waarschijnlijk omdat een lichtknop ook niet werkte en dit hadden wij wel gemeld en dit was gelijk hersteld.

An extra nice touch would be a bottle of water on first day as arrived very late.

La lokalisation. Cerca de todo. Me gusto que todo estaba limpio. El personal muy amable . Incluso nos prestaron toallones y sombrilla para ir a la playa.

The noise from late night revellers every night bar one and through the night till morning was annoying and a shame - but we had a corner apartment so I guess could hear much more than the inside apartments.

Yo reserve habitación con vistas al mar y primera línea de playa, cuando llegamos al alojamiento resulta que la reserva era diferente y ya no me hacian la devolución.

The property is brand new and perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, where most of Benidorm’s LGBT nightlife is concentrated. That said, it is worth mentioning that Benidorm no longer seems to attract the same large LGBT crowd described in many older reviews still found online. The hotel offers beautiful apartments with sea views and, in our case, we had a fantastic view from the 4th floor. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, and the internet connection in general was quite poor. Another downside is the strict policy of not allowing any external guests into the apartment, even just for a drink or an aperitif. This limits the experience, especially when choosing an apartment rather than a traditional hotel precisely to enjoy a little more privacy, independence and freedom while on holiday.

Las instalaciones eran muy amplias y cómodas, increíble calidad-precio. Super cerca de la playa, zonas de ocio y restauración.

A lokális nagyon jó,kedves segítőkész személyzet, minden nap takarítottak nálunk tisztaság volt mindíg a lépcsőházban es a recepción is! Minden szuper volt! Tavaly is voltunk ugyanitt,nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel, ezért most ismét itt töltöttük a családi nyaralásunkat,és még biztosan visszamegyünk! Ajánlom mindenkinek ezt a szállodát!

Excellent location, very clean and modern

Wifi is next to useless. Much of my online applications were unable to load. Or else they timed out.

The view was unbelievable waking up to that every morning was amazing. Beach towel and parasol available daily. Towels in room changed daily.

Stayed 5 nights and only cleaned and changed sheets on 4th night. No shower facilities or late check out.

Lovely clean accomodation. Staff were very helpful and the minor issue we had with air con was quickly resolved. Location was great too.

Proximité de la plage et du centre ville, emplacement idéal. Installations très propres et modernes. Personnel très disponible et professionnel.

L’accès à l’établissement avec le véhicule ( zone piétonne) et parking à 10minutes à pied. Ne pas oublier d’enregistrer le véhicule à l’accueil pour éviter les PV.

This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing seaside location. The views are stunning, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. The location is definitely one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area. Thet only one thing that felt a bit unrealistic was the expectation that guests wouldn't bring sand or wetness into the hotel after spending time at the beach. At a beachfront hotel, some sand and wet footprints are simply part of the experience. Better facilities for rinsing off, drying, or more understanding of this would definitely improve the guest experience. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with an excellent location and great comfort. Will surely stay again.

The whole experience was brilliant yet again. The apartment was fabulous and the staff are so welcoming especially Richard on the front desk.

Located on the beachfront, close to the Old Town. We had a Seaview corner apartment on the 4th floor, with amazing views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. They also provided beach towels.

Excellent location right on the beachfront, with the old town literally next to the apartments. The cleanest we have ever stayed in. Make sure you get a seaview apartment to people watch! Heard no noise at night. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Will definitely return.

We really loved the location of the apartment. The view was great and spending time on the balcony was so nice.The property was exceptionally clean too. The staff on reception were extremely good, helpful , friendly and professional.We also liked the fact that there was someone always on reception for security in the building. The cleaning staff were great too.The air conditioning worked well and was simple and straightforward to use.

The flat is well equipped but almost too minimalist. No little things for cooking, eg salt and pepper. The sofa had definitely seen better days and could do with being replaced. That said all the flat was well equipped and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the flat.

We always stay here, it is clean modern and the beds are so comfortable. its in a great location on the front of the old town, right on the beach, staff are friendly and helpful, clean towels everyday and beach towel which is an added bonus!

The air-conditioning was broken, and the noise outside our room was very loud so we could not open a window, eventually got to sleep at 4am, I asked to be swapped to another room because of noise & air-conditioning not working but was told we'd have to pay an extra €150 even though it was the hotels fault, would never book there again we stayed one night & had to push to get a refund for the other 3 nights 😏

Lovely clean, well equipped apartment in a lovely location in Old town and a stones throw to the beach. Staff on duty were helpful. Must say lovely beach towels supplied and all linen smelt lovely and fresh.

Made an error when booking and ended up in an apartment with no view or balcony. Their refund policy meant I would have lost the first night despite, Error on my behalf but was seen within 24hrs! they wouldn't do a refund! I was offered an alternative room but the cost was far to much. So had to go with it Next issue was checking out, no where to get changed, no toilet. Check out is 11 am we had a pickup at 13.00 asked to keep the room for 2 hrs cost was 45 euros. So changed in a back room ok for us but a family would have struggled especially with no toilet facility's Not the apartment's fault but it can be quite noisy, bar across road, noisy residents banging doors, shouting and clomping around at 4am
