I specifically booked this for new weds so that they can give a good calm room and asked that they provide a MOLD FREE ROOM because this has happened before and my sister is allergic to mold and stuffed closed unsunny rooms well guess what THEY GAVE THEM EXACTLY THAT a room on ground level exactly next to the reception lots of noise and moldy stuffy tiny room i honestly thought that they changed since my last horrible experience with the moldy room that me and my husband were given for a 4 day stay and i got sick the first night told them and the guest manager was rude and unprofessional insinuating that it should be fine for me to have that room they never changed that guy and they never got their room upgraded and cleaned from the mold either so i guess this was the last time absolute waste of money i paid almost $300 a night for a shi**ty room and seems like the hotel has some serious internal issues going on with mold i would go to and book for my family elsewhere next time.

Pequeno almoço bastante bom em quantidade e qualidade. Funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis. Restaurante com bom ambiente e boa cozinha quer tradicional quer internacional.

Piso do chão tradicional que não dá ar de asseio. Grupo de jovens espanhóis a fazerem muito barulho na piscina. Serviço na piscina um pouco demorado.

Le Riad est très beau et bien placé seulement à 5 minutes à pied de la plage . La piscine est grande et très agréable. Le spa qui est très beau . Le restaurant où les plats sont très bons et le service parfait . Le petit déjeuner qui est incroyable, et une mention particulière pour le serveur guinéen qui est professionnel et d’une gentillesse . Un grand merci au personne de la réception qui sont réactif et professionnels

Manque parfois de professionnalisme au niveau du personnel. Les chambres ne sont pas correctement vérifiées : il manquait du shampoing, du gel douche ainsi que des serviettes. Il y a également d’autres manquements, notamment l’absence de serviettes pour les transats. Il faut constamment se lever pour aller en demander, alors qu’au prix de 160 € la nuit, il me semble que ce type de service devrait être irréprochable. Ma fille a également réalisé un soin du visage. Étant seule dans la cabine, elle a constaté que la masseuse utilisait son téléphone pendant le soin et la massait d’une seule main. Je trouve cela particulièrement peu professionnel. Nous avions une chambre côté rue, malheureusement mal isolée phoniquement. La nuit, le bruit des scooters nous réveillait régulièrement. Enfin, la poignée de la baie vitrée nous est restée dans les mains, ce qui témoigne également d’un manque d’entretien. Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement pourrait être très agréable, mais au regard du prix de la chambre, nous nous attendions à un niveau de service et de qualité nettement supérieur.

De vreselijke rioolstank in de hele kamer. De hele nacht niet geslapen door de stank. Douche was verstop waardoor water niet doorliep. Verhuizen naar een andere kamer met een dochtertje vond ik lastig. Hotel is erg verouderd en niet onderhouden. Prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding.

We stayed here for a couple of days it was lovely we had an absolute amazing time.

Only issue was non of the menus came in English so we had to use Google to translate it for us

A quieter location away from all the huge resort style hotels and hustle and bustle ; we did walk all the way from the cable car / marina which took about an hour ....when we arrived at check in the hotel lady whilst friendly didn't supply lots of helpful info like we experienced at a Riad in Marrakech so we didn't get a local map until we went back and asked ( at the other riad they were more helpful with suggestions re resteraunts etc but the staff were friendly and a bar staff memeber helped me out with my bites reaction. The outside pool was out of action for part of our stay which was unfortunate but i guess couldnt be helped. the spa was huge unexpected bonus. room or should i say rooms were huge and turn down service was a lovely gesture. The gave me a kettle when i asked which was appreciated ; a wonderful riad inc all the resident animals

a working pool when we arrived a more informative receptionist to make us feel more welcome while we waited for our room, she could have showed us around the place but we were left to wander around ourselves and get a drink in the bar area...... noisy at nights from the bar area until past midnight which we felt was late for music and singing ....

We love coming here. So welcoming for our dog. Dinner absolutely fantastic, great ingredients, impeccable service and one of the best breakfasts we have had. Location in a quieter area off of the sea away from the big hotels which we preferred

Tolles Riad und eine wirklich schöne Marokkanische Alternative zu all den Pauschal-Bettenburgen in Agadir, mit guter Lage und nur 5 Minuten Gehweg zum großen Strand von Agadir. Unser Zimmer ging zur Straße raus, es war aber super ruhig. Dazu bietet das Hotel einen guten Luxus Standard, Betten werden Abends aufgedeckt und im Zimmer gab es frische Blumen. Das Indoor-Spa ist ganz nett (haben wir nicht genutzt), eigentliches Highlight ist aber der Outdoor-Pool und Garten, welche wir bei unserem Besuch fast für uns alleine hatten. Wir haben uns (weil uns das Frühstück mit 18€pP zu teuer war) nur 2 Kaffee per Roomservice aufs Zimmer bestellt, auf die wir vom Haus einfach so eingeladen wurden. Insbesondere das Personal war zudem sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Empfehlung!

Das Riad ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, durch die schöne Ausstattung und Sauberkeit hat es uns aber absolut nicht gestört. Wer aber mit er Lupe hinschaut, wird sicher das eine oder andere finden. Für Marokko ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sicher nicht das beste, für Agadir aber super und auf Grund des gewissen Luxus war es das aus unserer Sicht absolut wert.

Tout était magnifique! Un vrai riad marocain. Je recommande 100%. J’ai pensé un agréable séjour avec ma fille.

Beautiful hotel - the decoration is incredible, fantastic food and great service overall. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was wonderful. The option of both indoor and outdoor pools are great. Really a magical place.

The perfume smell around the hotel is a little too strong, the AC unfortunately didn't work (only the fan - even after they had a look at it), and we forgot to let them know that the faucet leaked onto our sink counter top. It's a bit away from other restaurants etc. Would have liked to see more non-alcoholic coctail options.

Que dire .... Ce Riad est exceptionnel. Je recommande vraiment. Tout d abord l'accueil est très chaleureux, tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous ❤️. Rien de ce que vous demandez n est pas fait.... La chaleur déborde vraiment. Le Riad est super calme . Calme et sérénité sont au rdv. Les chambres sont spacieuses , propres , confortables et bien agencées. Tout est prévu, peignoir ,essuis, produits , .... Le soir un petit passage pour une petite douceur.... Petite praline et bougie. Le restaurant tjs dans la même dynamique, serveurs aux petits soins, nourriture excellente , service irréprochable . Le soir ambiance hyper cosy , le riad a une odeur extraordinaire. En ce qui concerne le spa .... Superbe. Le personnel hyper flexible, d une gentillesse et d' une douceur exceptionnelle. Bouchra et Sana (désolée pour les fautes d orthographe) ont des mains en or. Elles se sont occupées de moi avec tellement de bienveillance et de douceur que je les remercie de tout cœur. Pour ce qui est de la piscine tout est nickel, serviettes à disposition, service le long de la piscine .Bref ce fut un excellent moment dans ce riad , je reviendrai 🙂. Un tout grand merci

The Restaurant and the ground floor layout looks really nice. Little cats everywhere.

No reception or concierge after 11pm... only restaurant staff are available but dont have a clue and they gave to always call the manager, who is always off duty!! The rooms where dirty, AC units dont work... bathroom floor was filthy and full of sticky resin!!! The floor rug was full of dirt... the fridge wasnt working... there is damp everywhere!! Downstairs Spa area, had a damp smell, water leaking from the pool, my wife used the hamman service but was put off by the hygiene levels. The reception staff, over charged me for city tax... and instead of holding my card, he debited 3000dh...

This is a beautiful Riad run really well with fantastic staff. The gardens are gorgeous. The spa lovely and the bedroom was so comfortable. We had a room with a sitting area and the bedroom was huge. The breakfast was vast and delicious and we ate round the pool and in the restaurant and everything we had was yummy. It’s really the staff that made the trip. Nothing was too much trouble for Amin at the pool, Hassan on the door or Jean at breakfast. And I’m just sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names as they were all great. We would definitely come back to Villa Blanche if we return to Agadir.

Great design of rooms and building

This place was a disappointment considering the amount of money paid for it. It was like sleeping on a top of a night club. The whole hotels was noisy till almost midnight. We moved room and still was a nightmare with like a generator noise on us. Also car park with people playing with motorbikes late at night. By far overpriced. Tourist trap. Also so expensive and no breakfast included. Their breakfast is far too expensive and you can get really nice breakfasts around. I do not recommend this hotel in agadir. Also some areas are dated. Really disappointing

Very friendly staff and a very cosy atmosphere. We fell home directly and didn’t want to leave after 2 nights. Next time we will try to stay longer! I would recommend this place to everyone. It’s Paradise!

The location was good and it was lovely that its a Boutique hotel with 18 rooms and close to the sea. The bed was very comfortable and we had an excellent supper in the hotel too.

The staff could have been a bit more friendly.

The only niggle is the smell of smoke in the bar. Perhaps more and smaller breakfast menu. I didnt always want the fabulous (but huge) breakfast. Also if the hairdryer could have a nozzle for styling hair. Also there wasn't a atm near by. Its useful to get cash sometimes. However, now I know I can get it at the airport.

All the public areas of the riad are beautiful and well maintained. The Restaurant serves excellent food and had impeccable service. Overall, the staff at the hotel was always gracious and competent. I don't think there is another traditional Riad in the area, and staying at the Villa Blanche was certainly preferable to staying in a large all inclusive hotel.

Though it is not the fault of the well meaning and attentive staff, the room facilities have been sorely neglected by the owners. The furniture in our room was very worn, there were stains on the cheap carpet, the blind in the room was broken, and worst of all the there was not a proper shower in the bathroom, apart from a hand held faucet. The bathtub had black mold around the fixtures and the water was only warm on one of the five days of our stay. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and it is 18$ a head. Furthermore, there are no facilities for making tea or coffee, which are routine at most all other hotels in Morocco. We visited during Ramadan and the gym and spa area was completely closed down from 5:00 pm, when most guests would have liked to use them. I think Villa Blanche could be the gem of Agadir, if the owners would commit to renovating the rooms and bathrooms.

Le SPA pas chauffé. Dans les chambres, on entend tout, pas d'isolation. Emplacement loin de tout sauf de la plage. Petit déjeuner pas inclus à un prix exorbitant par rapport aux petits déjeuners locaux. Accès au Hammam payant.

Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, das Restaurant und die Bar ebenso, Frühstück und Dinner waren großartig! Der Innenhof abends war mit Kerzen beleuchtet, ein paar Schildkröten wanderten durchs Haus. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und professionell. Ich vergaß meine Geldbörse im Safe und das Hotel hat sich sehr freundlich darum gekümmert, dass ich sie zurückbekommen haben. Vielen Dank!!!

Noise from the bar until late night.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, traditional Moroccan decor. Very clean everywhere. Room generous size with very comfortable beds. Large balcony to sit out on. Large shower and bath with delicious smelling Jasmine gels and creams. Pool area is very pretty, quiet and private. We did not go for a swim but really wish we had. Above all, every single staff member could not have made us more welcome. They were very kind and attentive.

Le prix des petits déjeuners par rapport aux prestations. Le manque d’accueil au SPA et la froideur de son personnel.

La situation géographique qui est à l’extrémité d’Agadir. De plus la zone est en travaux. Et pour aller au centre de la station il faut prendre un taxi. Notre chambre donnait sur une rue passante donc bruyante. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre et coûte 18 euros par personne.

Das Hotel hat einen gewissen Charme, und ist sicherlich anders als die ganzen All-Inclusive Hotels an der Promenade, aber das ist sicherlich Ansichtssache.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können nichts negatives berichten, auch wenn es einige negative Bewertungen von anderen gibt, diese kann ich aber nicht bestätigen.

The property is beautiful! Such a lovely building and interesting decor wherever you look. The room was extremely spacious and super comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly - the service was second to none

The only thing I could fault was the temperature of the water - it was consistently like warm in the shower and unfortunately the hot tub in the spa did not seem to be working as expected as was by no means hot

This Riad is an oasis of serenity with exceptional staff,food,cocktails!
