Muy anticuado. Las instalaciones no están cuidadas. No había enchufes al lado de la cama ni en el baño. El techo del baño estaba muy sucio. Le sobra una estrella con total tranquilidad. Muy caro para lo que se ofrece.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Rooms were spotless as was the toilet. Bar staff were unreal, especially Adrian, really made us feel welcome. Bar food and service top class as was the breakfast ( Full Irish best ever ). Will definitely stay again. 100% recommend.

Too expensive for what you got. Over £200 should include breakfast. The room has no overhead lights at all and one lamp didn’t work. It was hot, no air con and id you opened the window to let air in, all you heard was traffic. No plugs next to bed for phone chargers.

Room was a bit dated. Shower was a bit finicky and part of the bed headboard was missing. But over all the hotel was nice.

The property's restaurant menu offered virtually no plant-based options for either dinner or breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Good location and just a short walk from the town itself. Plenty of parking available and safe for parking a motorcycle. Very helpful reception staff, and good service at breakfast. Comfortable and large bedroom and everything worked well in the bathroom.
Hated the Perspex screen at reception as a horrible reminder of the COVID days. No need for this nowadays, and although it looks temporary it’s still there six years later. Not a good look on arrival !

Shower needs updating, the bathroom lights flicker a lot before turning on I suggest keeping the door closed until its fully on, the beds were old. And carpet needs changing. I asked house keeping for extra toilet rolls as we were staying for a short time so didnt want the room to be cleaned, they start giggling and went and retrieved the toilet room, threw some looks at eachother and start laughing. I mean maybe wait until the guest is out of sight before acting this way. I felt really uncomfortable by their attitudes. But the room was comfortable.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026It was an older, nice location, right next to a beautiful nature walk around a bog. We were just minutes away from the center of town where we could get dinner. But, on weekends, they have pizza on site.
The room smelled a little stale and the traditional restaurant to the hotel didn't offer any vegetarian-friendly meals.

Not value for money at rate paid. I think Ireland generally is getting too expensive. The hotel needs a bit if a refurb.
